The Mysteries of GOD
The Bereians..…”they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.” Acts 17:11b
“For all that was written of old has been written for our instruction (learning), so that we may always have hope through the power of endurance and the encouragement which the Scriptures afford.” Rom 15:4
For most of us, as we grow up, we do not know our purpose, our direction, or our reason for being here. Many stay in a perpetual state of wondering or having the feeling of being lost, we may jump from school to school or from job to job looking for purpose and direction. Many even go from church to church looking for the answers to life’s many mysteries or that thing that is missing. Then one day we see something or hear a word that changes our lives direction forever. Such is my case, one evening in August of 2007, the 14th to be more accurate, while driving home, after a prayer service, I heard a voice that asked me “Will you take my yoke upon you, and learn of me?” and I answered yes, Lord. When I got home I got my Bible and looked up that passage of scripture, I found it in Matthew 11:29 which reads, I’ll take it from 28-30 “Come unto me, all that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” I even dated it on that chapter and verse in my Bible so that later on I would always have that marker or monument before my eyes.
Then in October that same year, while in my early morning prayers I had a vision on the front living room window (as it was still dark outside and before day light) I saw myself hanging on the cross. While looking at the scene I asked: Lord, where is the blood, strips and the disfigurement of the face and body that Christ had as I did not see any of this on myself. Then just over the top of this scene I saw a roll of transparent film (you know how it looks clear and silvery at the same time), and it was rolled down over the top of me, on it was contained the figure of Christ Jesus with all the lacerations, blood and disfigurement of His face, upon Him, even the crown of thorns was there. I still could see myself through the image which covered me, it was then that Galatians 2:20 came to me “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.” I found this passage of scripture also and dated it for the same reason as before. Since that time to this we’ve been on a quest for understanding of the revealed truth, a hunger that we have not been able to satisfy and a burning desire to share what we’ve found.
This started our rethinking of all that we had learned over the past thirty to forty years or so and caused us to lay aside all that we had been taught or had learned. Which caused many to walked away from us and have all but stopped having anything to do with us. As they think that we’ve gone off the deep end or something like that. That’s okay because this put us into a category similar to Paul and has opened up to us a whole new realm of understanding of the Bible story and its meaning. Some of which we’ll share as we get into this study of the mysteries as revealed to Paul. We’ve looked for this same line of teaching but to date have not found anything like it from any one person, so for many this area will be unexplored grounds.
My wife found a program on TV that seemed to hold promise for us, so we started listening the guy was just teaching the Bible in simple language allowing the scripture to speak for itself. The Bible took on a life of it’s own in this manor, that it both fed us and watered us at the same time. We found his teaching program on line at www.lesfeldick.org and down loaded the books as they were called, at that time there were seventy two of them. We’ve up dated this free down load now having eighty two books each containing twelve sections of what are thirty minutes of TV time each. I read the first group through some twice within the first year and have also read the up dates. He, Les Feldick had another person’s material shown in his program and in one of the books, his name is Matthew McGee, his web site is www.sword.exe, it to has free down loads of some good stuff. Well both of these guys have some awesome teaching and eye opening materials that excite the mind to think, we would recommend for those interested to get a hold of their study materials. They just cause us to listen and to think about what the word is saying, it takes a clear mind to do so. What I mean by that is that we can not carry into a study our old baggage or old mind set based on what we’ve heard someone else tell us or one of our own opinion (right or wrong, true or false). Many have followed people into grievous err by doing just that. We have to approach the word as if it were for the first time and just listen to what is said. Our spirituality has nothing to do with it, saved or unsaved it makes no difference at all, and we just have to believe that we will receive something from our desire to just want to.
We’ve read many books over the years by such authors as Watchman Nee (his full library), Kenyon (full library), Smith Wigglesworth, A.W. Tozer, Charles Capps, Fred Price, William Law, A.B. Simpson and a host of others. In our every day usage we use an Interlinear Greek-English New Testament, a Thayer’s Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament, a Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words along with what ever Bible translation suits us at the time, though it is mostly the American Standard or the Old King James. We ask for eyes to see and ears to hear what the Lord is saying to us and then thank Him that we receive that which we’ve asked for. We also use our e-Sword electronic bible resources programs on our computers, these we turn on first thing each day. This is also a free down load available to all at www.e-Sword.net/downloads and we would highly recommend the materials to all, along with some financial support.
All my life, at lease from the age of about five or six when I sat in a Sunday School classroom by my self just thinking on the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It was after Sunday school but before church, when I was waiting for my parents to come in for the services that I went into the classroom. I was all alone and I found a place at the end of one of those low little people tables and like I said I was just thinking about who God really was. As I was thinking along this line out from the middle of my chest came this bright ball, about the size of a ping pong ball, it came out about a foot and as I watched it, it grew to the size of a soft ball and returned into my chest. While I was just sitting there I had this understanding that I knew, that I just knew and understood. As I was sitting there thinking about what had just happened, my Sunday school teacher came into the room, as she entered she looked at me and said, “Bill! What have you been into? You look like the cat that ate the canary!” What that was all about I still really do not know.
When I was nineteen I was given a military pocket Bible in the back of it was the sinners prayer, which I said out loud and I signed it and dated it. Some place I still have that Bible as it means a lot to me, that was back on September 16th, 1966, I was waiting in a motel room for my flight to basic training, early the next morning, as I was then in the Air Force and my way to a new adventure.
Then when I was about forty, it was early one Sunday morning, my wife and kids where in the kitchen fixing breakfast. I was in the living room on the couch looking outside, I had finished my early morning prayers when this ball about the size of a soft ball came out of my chest again as it had when I was a youngster. This time it grew to the size of what looked like a globe and again as at the first it returned into my chest. This time, what ever it was that impressed me had me on my face in tears on the floor, who long I was there I do not know. When I came to my wits I went into the kitchen and my wife looked at me and asked what the Lord had said to me. I could not tell her as I did not remember myself completely though it had something to do with a world wide ministry of some sort. That light or ball is the seed that God placed within man just before Adam ate of the fruit, it is that seed that the light breaks open to reveal Christ within us as Paul explained it when he said “that it pleased the Father to reveal Christ in me.” It requires the true light of the word to crack open that seeds shell, within mans soul. That was the purpose of the call and the vision of 2007.
We started putting together these scriptures to lay out the mysteries for ourselves to understand them more fully because we felt impressed to do so if for no other reason than for my own understanding. As our eyes and ears were being opened to see and hear what the word was saying, and learning how to ‘rightly divide the word of truth’ (2 Tim. 3:16) with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we started to get excited and wanted to share with family and friends what was being revealed to us. However, we were restrained. For the past now year and a half, we’ve had to keep all this to ourselves (my wife was studying with me of course). I thank God she is at my side to share with, otherwise we would have ‘busted a gut’ wanting to talk about it as we do together. What I mean by that is that we rehearse to each other what we just read heard or found out. What started out just as a small study of Paul’s mysteries has included a short study of Genesis chapters one through three. That alone was an eye opener because of what is missed when we just skim over the words without hearing what is being said or what is not said in some cases. In fact it is what is there revealed that helps put the backbone into what the rest of the Bible is all really about.
We found through the internet Bible resources that we did not know were available, so I’d have to say that it was because of the leading of the Holy Spirit. Glenda would find these things only after asking for help from Him and waiting for His led. It was through this that she found some very early writings that had been archived for hundreds of years an only recently have been put into the public domain. I’m putting in here an excerpt from one of those writings as it sheds some light on why people of this day are or stay in their darkness; this is taken from:
“The Grounds and Reasons of Christian Regeneration.” written by William Law
“The reason why we know so little of Jesus Christ, as our savior, atonement, and justification, why we are so destitute of that faith in him, which alone can change, rectify, and redeem our souls, why we live starving in the coldness and deadness of a formal, historical, hearsay-religion, is this; we are strangers to our own inward misery and wants, we know not that we lie in the jaws of death and hell; we keep all things quiet within us, partly by outward forms, and modes of religion and morality, and partly by the comforts, cares and delights of this world. Hence it is that we consent to receive a savior, as we consent to admit of the four gospels, because only four are received by the church. We believe in a savior, not because we feel an absolute want of one, but because we have been told there is one, and that it would be a rebellion against God to reject him. We believe in Christ as our atonement, just as we believe, that he cast seven devils out of Mary Magdalene, and so are no more helped, delivered, and justified by believing that he is our atonement, than by believing that he cured Mary Magdalene.
True faith, is a coming to Jesus Christ to be saved, and delivered from a sinful nature, as the Canaanites woman came to him, and would not be denied. It is a faith of love, a faith of hunger, a faith of thirst, a faith of certainty and firm assurance, that in love and longing, and hunger, and thirst, and full assurance, will lay hold on Christ, as its loving, assured, certain and infallible savior and atonement.”
Ours is an ever increasing growth in the revelation of our Lord and Savior. With that said it is ever increasing in depth because He is as His Hebrew name Spoken to Moses and found in Exodus 3:14 "I AM WHO I AM" or EHYEH asher EHYEH, changed to “Yehovah” to hide the name as a sacred name not to be spoken or written on penalty of death. "Yehovah" means; “I am” to be revealed” or the ever revealing one “I am”, who is to be more and more revealed. Even the name of Moses reveals the source of Jesus' name's meaning of salvation through him. Mo or Mu in Egyptian means water, Ieses or sheh means drawing out, rescued of water, Mosheh, the Israelitish lawgiver.
Jesus showed that when He walked the dusty roads of Israel and again when He revealed to Saul later to become Paul the hidden things. Christ is all wisdom and in Him there is no shadow of turning, for He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow (forever) and, the height, depth, width, and length of Him no man knows.
That said, to understand some of that which is revealed we have to have an active knowledge of the first three chapters of Genesis as this is the revealing of the hidden things when we take the time to study, listening to what is revealed. Our study of Genesis the first three chapters will be attached as an additional paper to this out line. We have added other deeper research to this paper already and they will be added in each section as part of that study. Throughout the course of our studies we’ll be inserting definitions of words and phrases as a help to our growth in understanding and true knowledge of our Lord and savior.
There is an area that has not been addressed much by any one group and that is the intolerance of Christ which is seen in Matthew 12:30 and which George H. Morrison handles quite well and you will find at the end of this introduction.***
The first thing we had to learn when reading scriptures was that there are different dispensations (#6 , see notes), that there is a delineation (#5) given for each and that there are mysteries which had been hidden in the heart of God and now are revealed to Paul by the risen Lord Jesus Christ. And that there are three questions one must ask; “Who is speaking?”, “Who is he speaking to?” and “What dispensation is he speaking in?”
Paul is the Apostle of the Gentiles. But see, our Apostle of the Gentiles admonishes us to study all of the Scripture, not just Romans through Philemon. That’s the approach we have to take. The Apostle of the Gentiles writes: Rom 15:4 “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that through patience and through comfort of the scriptures we might have hope.” Now, what’s the difference between learning and doctrine? Well, all the difference in the world. Learning is background. Learning is to get an understanding of how did all this come about? How did it happen that Christ was crucified? How did it happen that He ascended back to Glory? How did it happen that He sent the Apostle Paul to the Gentiles? This is all background. But doctrine, what does that tell you? It tells us how to be saved, how to live the Christ like life, what to look for at the end, so far as we are concerned. That’s in Paul’s letters. But all of Scripture is for our learning. Always remember that.
The key to understanding scripture is knowing the distinct dispensations* of God’s dealings with Adam, mankind, Israel (#1) and mankind and the Body of Christ (#2), and that there are two separate and distinct gospels (#7); the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven (#3) that Jesus preached in His earthly ministry to the nation of Israel only with a few exceptions “at the end of time”, and which James, Peter, John and Jude carried out in their letters to the Jewish believers looking for the tribulation, to start at anytime, and the completion of the prophetic promises. Gods Gospel of Grace and the finished work of the cross (#4) as given to Paul, the mysteries revealed to him by the risen Lord, for the Gentiles, kings and the sons of Israel. (Acts 9:15) With the mystical Body of Christ being a part of the mystery revealed to Paul and no one else. (See the pictorial gospel explanation attached) One other point just picked up on is that there are four forms of redemptions in scripture they are:
Adam lost then redeemed;
Israel lost and then redeemed;
Mankind lost and then redeemed;
earth lost awaiting redemption.
*Dispensation: That which is dispensed or bestowed; a system of principles and rites enjoined; including the former, the Levitical law and rites (ordinances); the latter, the scheme of redemption by Christ.
Notes
1. The Old Testament is continued (Gods dealing with Israel and the establishing of the promised Kingdom of Heaven on earth) in, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, with Acts being a book of transition, Hebrews a letter of persuasion to the Jewish believers to move from a works religion to a faith plus nothing relationship with their Messiah. James, Peter, John, Jude are letters written to the Jewish believers looking for the tribulation and how to prepare to stand through it, and Revelations is a further revealing of the risen Christ as King of Israel, written to the believing Jews that are scattered. (see the Mysteries Timeline)
2. In Acts chapter 9 starts the building of the Body of Christ (not to be confused with the church as seen in Acts 11:26 the believing Jews) with the first member of the body being Saul of Tarsus as the example of the entry into the mystical Body of Christ, Acts 13:2 the separation or severing of Paul and Barnabas from their Judaism. Then Romans through Philemon is Paul teaching us (believers as Body members) the things revealed to him by the risen Lord. (see the Mysteries Timeline)
3. The gospel of the kingdom of heaven which is the preparation for entry into the first gate of
Regeneration as found in Mat. 4.17, 23a, 9.35; Mark 1.14-15; Ro. 15.8 which is for the Jewish believer.
4. The actual regeneration into the divine nature that Adam had lost: Acts 20:24; 1Co.2:13-14; Ro.1:16, 1Co. 15.1-6, Ro.10.8-10, 1Thess.4.14; Phil. 1.3-8.
Which is in the “Redemption” and the study on “Redemption” a revealing of the first three chapters of Genesis.
5. Delineation: Figuratively, to describe; to represent to the mind or understanding; to exhibit a likeness in words; as, to delineate the character or virtue of: 1 Tim. 1:16; 2Tim. 1:13
6. Dispensation: Distribution; the act of dealing out to different times, persons or places; as the dispensing of medicine: 1 Cor. 9:17; Eph. 1:10, 3:2; Col. 1:25
7. The two different gospels: Gal. 2:1-10(7-8), Acts 15:1-29 (8)
We also learned that there are three areas of Gods influence, the first is known as the Kingdom of God which is everything that is under Gods righteous control (it does not concern the lost, doomed, Hell or Hades) which is His sphere of work on earth. Within this sphere are two other separate entities which are as follows (see the illustration attached):
The Kingdom of Heaven, which is directed to the Nation of Israel, this will become Heaven on earth and will become a reality after the second advent of Christ, Christ’s return as the King of Israel in fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies, which the disciples are a part of and which God placed on hold until the fullness of the Gentiles come in (Rom. 11: 25 I would not, have you ignorant of this mystery, lest you be wise in your own conceits, that a hardening in part has befallen Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in). It will be like the rule of Israel during David’s reign.
The Body of Christ as revealed in this Age of Grace was given to Paul, outside the disciples, outside of Jerusalem’s walls and the Temple. This is for the Gentiles, kings and the sons of Israel with only one way of entry which the Lord Jesus Christ mentions in Mat. 7:13-14; Pro. 8:20; Jer. 6:16, Heb. 10:5 and is revealed in the mysteries given to Paul, a people called out unto God for His name. The Body of Christ is an entity within the Kingdom Of God and the Lord Jesus Christ is the gate or the door of entry. Which requires us to have “the mind of Christ” (Phil. 2:5) and to follow Paul’s example by learning the secrets. There was NO hint of this "Church Age" any where in the Old Testament or the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke or John nor in the first nine chapters of Acts. (See the pictorial gospel explanation attached)

Deut 29:29
The secret (1) things belong unto Yehovah* our God; but the things that are revealed (2) belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. (book or the word)
*Adonai is the Hebrew name meaning LORD or Lord/Master; Yehovah means: it is to be progressive revelation of the Ancient of Days, God the Son or the Son of God as He is revealed throughout scripture. He is the ever revealing one or a progressive revelation, a seed within all mankind, planted by God in Genesis 3:15 in man.
Mat 13:11-16
He answered and said to them, to you it is given to know the mysteries/secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever has, to him shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but whosoever has not, from him shall be taken away even that which he has. Therefore speak I to them in parables; because seeing they see not, and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And to them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which says, ‘By hearing you shall hear, and shall in no wise understand; And seeing you shall see, and shall in no wise perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, And their ears are dull of hearing, And their eyes they have closed; Lest haply they should perceive with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And should turn again, And I should heal them’. But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.’
The Gospel of our (Redemption leading to our) Salvation
1Cor 15:1-8 But let me recall to you, brethren, the Good News which I brought you, which you accepted, and on which you are standing, through which also you are obtaining salvation, if you bear in mind the words in which I proclaimed it--unless indeed your faith has been unreal from the very first. For I repeated to you the all-important fact which also I had been taught, that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures; that He was buried; that He rose to life again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and was seen by Peter, and then by the Twelve. Afterwards He was seen by more than five hundred brethren at once, most of whom are still alive, although some of them have now fallen asleep. Afterwards He was seen by James, and then by all the Apostles. Last of all, as to one of untimely birth, He appeared to me also.
Gal 1:11-12 For I must tell you, that the Good News which was proclaimed by me is not such as man approves of. For, in fact, it was not from man that I received or learned it, but by a revelation from Jesus Christ.
It is our faith in the truth of our being in Christ on the tree and our being raised in Him that we receive our redemption which leads us to our salvation which is our being revealed in Him in His glory. More will be revealed about this mystery in the following study of scripture.
For a fuller revelation
John 13:7 Jesus answered him, "What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand."
John 16:13-15 Jesus said: “When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.”
1Cor 13:9-12 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, (For us this is the printed Word of God and the revealing of the union and joining of us to Christ in the secret of our marriage betrothal to Him.) the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child; I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.
John 14:9-11 Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else believe on account of the works themselves.
“Things are all dark and confused now, in comparison of what they will be hereafter: Now we see through a glass darkly (en ainigmati, in a riddle), then face to face; now we know in part, but then we shall know as we are known. Now we can only discern things at a great distance, as through a telescope, and that involved in clouds and obscurity; but hereafter the things to be known will be near and obvious, open to our eyes; and our knowledge will be free from all obscurity and error. God is to be seen face to face; and we are to know him as we are known by him; not indeed as perfectly, but in some sense in the same manner. We are known to him by mere inspection; he turns his eye towards us, and sees and searches us throughout. We shall then fix our eye on him, and see him as he is 1John 3:2. We shall know how we are known; enter into all the mysteries of divine love and grace. O glorious change! To pass from darkness to light, from clouds to the clear sunshine of our Savior’s face, and in God's own light to see light! Psa 36:9. Note, It is the light of heaven only that will remove all clouds and darkness from the face of God. It is at best but twilight while we are in this world; (Especially for those who choose to remain under the veil of darkness.) there it will be perfect and eternal day.”

2Tim 2:14-19
Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them in the sight of the Lord, that they strive not about words, to no profit, to the subverting of them that hear.* Give diligence to present thyself approved to God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, handling aright the word of truth.** But shun profane babblings: for they will proceed further in ungodliness, and their word will eat as does a gangrene: or whom is Hymenaeus an Philetus; men who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already, and overthrow the faith of some. Howbeit the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, The Lord knows them that are his: and, Let every one that names the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.
* Do not dispute against the truth of the Word causing those that hear to be overthrown or leave the truth.
** As a carpenter uses a square to lay a straight line, that is true with Christ as the foundation that Paul speaks of. This is known as delineation.
Mar 4:21-25
He said to them, “is the lamp brought to be put under the bushel, or under the bed, and not to be put on the stand? For there is nothing hid, save that it should be manifested; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light. If any man has ears to hear, let him hear.” He said to them, “Take heed what you hear (WHO AND WHAT YOU LISTEN TO, or what you understand): with what measure you mete it shall be measured to you; and more shall be given to you. For he that has, to him shall be given: and he that has not, from him shall be taken away even that which he has.”

1b) a graduated staff for measuring, a measuring rod
1c) proverbially, the rule or standard of judgment
2) determined extent, portion measured off, measure or limit

2Tim 3:10-17
You that follow my teachings in conduct, (discipline as I do Christ’s discipline) purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, patience, persecutions, and sufferings. What things befell me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured. Out of them all, the Lord delivered me. Yes, and all that would live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. Evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But abide in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing of whom you have learned them. That from a babe you have known the sacred writings which are able to make you wise to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. Every scripture inspired of God is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be complete, furnished (perfected, matured) completely to every good work.
How does one enter or become a member of the Body of Christ?
Rom 16:25-27 Now to him that is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept in silence through times eternal, but now is manifested, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, is made known to all the nations to obedience of faith: to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory for ever. Amen.
*** “The Intolerance of Christ Jesus” as done by George H. Morrison with limited editing.
The Intolerance of Jesus
He that is not with me is against me— Mat 12:30 (and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad.)
Christ Rejects Accusations Made against Him
Our Lord had just performed a notable miracle healing a man who was possessed of a devil. It had made a profound impression on the people, and had forced the conviction that this was indeed Messiah. Unable to dispute the miracle itself, the Pharisees tried to impugn the power behind it, and in their cowardly and treacherous way they suggested there was something demoniac about Christ. With a readiness of resource which never failed Him, Christ showed in a flash the weakness of that argument. If He was the friend of the demons, was He likely to make a brother-demon homeless? Then Christ moved to righteous anger by these slanders, He said, "He that is not with me is against me."
You Cannot Understand Christ if You Fail to Notice His Intolerance
I want to speak on the intolerance of Jesus Christ. However startling the subject may appear, and however the sound of it may jar upon us, I am convinced we shall never understand our Lord if we fail to take account of His intolerance. We have heard much of the geniality of Jesus, and of the depth and range of His compassion; nor can we ever exaggerate, in warmest language, the genial and generous aspect of His character. But it is well that the listening ear should be attuned to catch the sterner music of that life, lest, missing it, we miss the fine severity which goes to the perfecting of moral beauty. Wherever the spirit of Jesus is at work, there is found a sweet and masterful intolerance. The one thing that the Gospel cannot do is to look with easy good nature on the world. And if this passionate urgency of claim has ever marked the activities of Christendom, we must try to trace it to the fountainhead and find it in the character of Christ.
Intolerance Must Be Knowledgeable
Of course there is an intolerance so cold and hard that it must always be alien from the Master's Spirit. All that is best in us condemns the temper which lacks the redeeming touch of comprehension. When the poet Shelley was a lad still in his teens, he fell violently in love with his cousin Harriet Grove. Shelley was a skeptic even then, and on account of his skepticism his cousin was removed from him. And those of you who have read his letters of that period will remember how they throb with the great hope that he might live to do battle with intolerance. Now Shelley was a poet, with all a poet's ardor, yet I think that most young men have had that feeling. Nor is it one of those feelings that pass away with youth; it generally strengthens with the tale of years. "One has only to grow old," says Goethe, "to become tolerant." As life advances, if we live it well, we commonly grow less rigid in our judgment. By all we have seen and suffered, all we have tried and failed in, our sympathies grow broader with the years. We learn how precious the grace of charity is; how near akin may be the fiercest combatants; how great is the allowance we must make for those of whose hidden life we know so little.
But when one chooses to take the Lord’s hand to follow Him in His request to “take His yoke” we learn of this intolerance of the spirit of the world and its hold on those held by its chains and under it’s veil.
Christ Died Because of His Intolerance
I mention that just to make plain to you that I am not shutting my eyes to common truths. Yet the fact remains that in all great personalities, there is a strain of what is called intolerance. There are things in which it must be yea or nay—the everlasting no, as Carlyle has it. There are spheres in which all compromise is treachery, and when a man must say with Luther, "Here I stand." And that intolerance, so far from being the enemy of love and sympathy and generous culture, is the rock that a man needs to set his feet on, if he is to cast his rope to those who cry for help. You find it in the God of the Old Testament—"Thou shalt have no other gods before me." He is a jealous God, and brooks no rival. He must be loved with heart and soul and strength and mind. You find it in the music of the psalmist, and in the message of prophet and apostle, and you find it bosomed amid all the love that shone in the character of Jesus Christ. Never was man as tender as the Lord. Never was man so swift to sympathize. Never did sinners so feel that they were understood. Never did the lost so feel that they were loved. Yet with all that pity and grace and boundless comprehension, I say you have never fathomed the spirit of the Master, until you have recognized within its range a certain glorious and divine intolerance. We talk of the infinite tolerance of Shakespeare; it is a commonplace of all Shakespearean criticism. Nothing was alien from that mighty genius; the world was a stage and he knew all the players. But underneath that worldwide comprehension there is a scorn of scorn, a hate of hate; there is such doom on the worthless and the wicked as can scarce be paralleled in any literature; and till you have heard that message of severity—that judgment which is the other side of love—you have never learned the secret of the dramatist. In a loftier and a more spiritual sense that is true of our Master, Jesus Christ. He loved us and He gave Himself for us. He says to every weary heart, "Come unto me." But that same spirit which was so true and tender could be superbly unyielding and inflexible. The gentle Saviour was splendidly intolerant, and because of His intolerance He died.
It is for this death and the total benefit of its finished work that there is intolerance of any scorn by the unfaithful and the unbelieving soul who chooses to stay in his condition after hearing the truth of the Gospel of Gods salvation for them already paid for and open to all.
Intolerant toward Hypocrisy
We trace the intolerance of Christ, for instance, in His attitude towards hypocrisy. One thing that was unendurable to Jesus was the shallow profession of religion. You can always detect an element of pity when Jesus is face to face with other sins. There is the yearning of infinite love over the lost; the hand outstretched to welcome back the prodigal. But for the hypocrite there is no gleam of pity, only the blasting and withering of wrath. "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites!" It is the intolerance of Jesus Christ.
Christ Is Intolerant of Sharing His Uniqueness
We trace it again in those stupendous claims that Jesus Christ put forward for Himself. The Lord our God is a jealous God, and the Lord our Saviour is a jealous Saviour. "I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life"—"No man comes unto the Father but by Me"—"No man knows the Father save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him." What do you make of these amazing claims, and of that splendid intolerance of any rival?—yet all these words are in the Gospel record as surely as "a bruised reed shall he not break." Do you say there are many doorways to the Father? Christ Jesus stands and says, "I am the door." Do you say there are many shepherds of the sheep? Christ stands in His majesty, and says, "I am the shepherd." Pitiful, merciful, full of a great compassion, Christ is intolerant of any rival; He stands alone to be worshiped and adored, or He disappears into the mists of fable. So far as I am aware that is unique; there is nothing like it in religious history.
The ancient pantheons had always room for the introduction of another god. It is Christ alone, the meek and lowly Saviour, who lifts Himself up in isolated splendor. Friend of the friendless and Brother of the weakest, He is intolerant of any sharing of His claims.
Christ Is Intolerant When It Comes to Sharing the Allegiance He Demands from us
Again I trace this same intolerance in the allegiance which Christ demands from us. He is willing to take the lowest place upon the cross; but He will not take it in your heart and mine. When He was born in the fullness of the time, He did not ask for the splendor of the palace. He was born in a manger, reared in a lowly home, and grew to His manhood in obscurest station. But the moment He enters the kingdom of the heart, where He is LORD by conquest and by right, there everything is changed, and with a great intolerance He refuses every place except the first. "He that loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me"—"Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead." That is the word of a King in His own Kingdom, claiming His rightful place among His subjects. And when you speak of the meek and lowly Jesus, never forget there is that imperial note there. He is divinely intolerant of everybody who would usurp the throne that is His right.
Such, then, are one or two instances of the intolerance of Jesus Christ, and now I want to examine its true nature, that we may see how worthy it was of Christ.
The Intolerance of Christ Is the Child of Glowing Faith
The first thing I note in the intolerance of Jesus is that it is the child of glowing faith. The intolerance of Christ is little else than the other side of His perfect trust in God. When one is a stranger to you, bound by no ties of love, you are little affected by what is said about him. The talk may be true, or it may not be true, but it is none of your business, and you do not know. But the moment a man becomes a hero to you, that moment you grow intolerant of liberties. If you believe in a woman, your heart becomes aflame with anger should anyone sully her name even with a breath. A French poet tells us that when he was a youth he was a passionate worshiper of Victor Hugo. He believed in Hugo with all his heart and soul; he thought there had never been a poet like him. And he says that even in a dark cellar underground, where nobody possibly could have overheard him, he could not bear to whisper to himself that a single verse of Hugo's poetry was bad. That is the fine intolerance of faith in ardent and eager and devoted natures. That is the faith which Jesus Christ was filled with, in God and His righteousness and providential order. And with a faith like that there can be no compromise; no light and shallow acceptance of alternatives. Under the sway of such a glowing trust certain intolerance is quite inevitable. It is easy to be infinitely tolerant, if all that Christ lived for means but little to you. An age that can tolerate every kind of creed is always an age whose faith is burning low. And just because Christ's faith burned with a perfect light, and flashed its radiance full on the heart of God, you find in Him, in all His God ward life, a steady and magnificent intolerance.
Christ's Intolerance Was Found in His Perfect Understanding
Then once again the intolerance of Jesus is the intolerance of perfect understanding. It was because He knew so fully, and sympathized so deeply, that there were certain things He could not bear. One great complaint we make against intolerance is that it does not sympathetically understand us. It is harsh in judgment, and fails in comprehension, and has no conception of what things mean for us. We have all met with intolerance like that, but remember there is another kind. Take the case of drunkenness, for instance; there are many people very tolerant of drunkenness. They talk about it lightly, make a jest of it; they are none of your rigid, long faced Pharisees. But sometimes you meet a man, sometimes a woman, to whom such jesting talk is quite intolerable, and it is intolerable not because they know so little; it is intolerable because they know so much. The curse has crossed the threshold of their home, and laid its fatal grip on someone who was dear. They have seen the wreck and ruin of it, and all its daily misery, and the drying up of every wellspring of the heart. So in their grief they grow terribly intolerant, and it is not because they do not understand; they are intolerant because they understand so well. Never forget that it is so with Christ. He is intolerant because He comprehends. He knows what sin is; He knows how sweet it is; He knows its havoc, its loneliness, its dust and ashes. And therefore is He stern, uncompromising, and says to us, "Choose ye this day whom ye will serve." There are men who are intolerant because of ignorance; Christ is intolerant because He knows.
Christ's Intolerance Is Based on His Love
Lastly, the intolerance of Jesus is very signally the intolerance of love. Love bears all things—all things except one, and that is the harm or hurt of the beloved. Here is a little child out in the streets, ragged and shoeless in the raw March weather. Let it stay out till midnight, no one complains at home. Let it use the foulest of language, no one corrects it. Poor little waif, in whom all things are tolerated, and tolerated just because no one loves it! What kind of mother has that little child? What kind of father has that little child? You know them in the street, swollen and coarse, reeking with all the vileness of the city. They tolerate everything because they do not love; when love steps in, that toleration ceases. Now we all know that when our Saviour came, He came at the bidding and in the power of love; love wonderful, love that endured the worst, love that went up to Calvary to die. And just because that love was so intense, and burned with the ardor of the heart of God, things that had been tolerable once were found to be intolerable now.
That is the secret of the Gospel's sternness and of its passionate protest against sin. That is why age after age it clears the issues, and says, "He that is not with me is against me." The love that bears all things cannot bear that hurt or harm should rest on the beloved. Christ is intolerant because He loves.
The Gospel of Christ is not found in the scriptures of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John or even within Acts. The Gospel of God, the Gospel that was received from the risen Lord is found in His revelation to Paul as found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-8, Galatians 1:11-12 and in parts within the letter to the Romans. The gospels referred to by George H. Morrison are the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John which contain the works of the Lords ministry to Israel which also contains the gospel of Israel’s salvation only and which is not to be applied to the gentiles and our “church age”.

We are to gather with Him through His revelations that were given to Paul shortly after Saul received the Lord on the Damascus road. Remember that Saul’s name was changed to Paul when he became an apostle of the Lord, this was an action of God’s doing and not one of Saul’s doing. Saul had to make the free-will choice on his own grounds as we all are required to do in order to be “gathered” with Him. That is why he later reveals that he is the chief in line of the Masters redeemed. And now we’ll look at what Paul says that parallel’s this scripture, to compare scripture with scripture.
2Cor 6:14-18 Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness? What concord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has he that believes with an infidel? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God,and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be you separate,” said the Lord, and “touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters,” said the Lord Almighty.
The following is a article written by my wife Glenda and opens up Romans chapter 7 verses 1-4, which ties nicely with the above scriptures.
Romans 7:1-4 “Or do you not know, brothers (for I am speaking to those who know the law) that the law is binding on a person only as long as he lives?”
If Israel’s leaving God and going to worship other gods is called adultery, then what is someone called if they are one with the world, still bound by the law of sin and death, and they go to church to worship God?
Romans 2-4 A married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the law of marriage. Accordingly, she will be called an adulteress if she lives with another man while her husband is alive. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law, and if she marries another man she is not an adulteress. Likewise, my brothers, you also have died to the law (The law of sin and death that holds all in thick darkness and blindness.) through the body of Christ, so that you may belong to another, to him who has been raised from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God.
Israel was called adulterers and whores, because they left Him, the One God, to go out worshiping other gods of the pagan nations around them. Now, my question is....if Israel was called adulterers and whores for worshiping other gods, then what are we (as gentiles) who belong to the world, bound by the law of sin and death, if we go to church once or twice a week to worship God or sneak around to read the Bible on occasion? Until WE die, or by faith see ourselves crucified in Christ on that cross, we are bound by law to the spirit of the world, the prince of the power of the air, and commit adultery and are playing the harlot by trying to sneaking around with God. I say, "Trying to sneak around with God" because while we belong to another, God can not have us as His.

The revealing of the Revelation and the mysteries in the Light of the Gospel of the risen Lord Jesus Christ as given to Paul the Apostle to the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel. As contained in the letters of Paul, to the Romans on through Philemon and the letter of persuasion written to the Hebrews. A Bible study and other insights. So we should get off that milk bottle. We have to tell those who find us and begin to read the posts to throw the milk bottle away.

During my life growing up, I had always been told that if I believed Jesus died on the cross and rose again that I would be saved.
THE MEANING OF THE CROSS
During my life growing up, I had always been told that if I believed Jesus died on the cross and rose again that I would be saved. Something just didn’t set right with that statement. How could someone be saved just by believing someone died and rose again? Yes, this is a historical fact, so of course I believe it! I also believe that Christopher Columbus “sailed the ocean blue in 1492”! Does that save me?? Believing in both of these things takes faith. So, where’s the works of that faith?
The works, or requirement, of faith in the case of our salvation is for us to literally put ourselves on that cross, emptying ourselves of our self will, in obedience to our faith. This is the action (works) that is required!
In Philippians 2:12-13 Paul tells us, “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.”
This mornings devotional “Our Daily Walk” by F B Meyer, says it best.
"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." Philippians 2:5.
FAITH IS not simply an intellectual experience of a statement of fact, but it is our personal trust and confidence in Him of whom the fact is true. We are not saved merely because we believe that Jesus Christ died for us on the Cross, but because we trust in Him who died. It is the personal touch between Christ and ourselves that causes His life to pass into our nature, making us sound and healthy, as well as secure and safe.
What does the Cross mean to you and me? Does it not mean that there our Lord gave Himself absolutely to the Father's will? Never in any way did He make Himself the origin and fountain of His action, but was ever the empty channel through which God poured Himself. "He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross." It seemed as if He went down lower and lower, on rung after rung of the ladder until He reached Hades, giving up everything only to follow the Will of God; but out of the lowest depths God raised Him to the Eternal Throne.
In each one of us there is strong self-will. You say, "I am resolved to be a good man or woman, to live a noble life, to give up bad habits--I will." But it can never be accomplished in that way. It is only when we are willing to see ourselves, our own energy, our good self as well as our bad self brought to an end on the Cross of Jesus, that we shall be able to enter into and live His eternal life.
At this moment I would summon you to stand beneath the Cross and to see there One who entirely yielded up His own will. More than that, I want you to see your self-life nailed there, and turn from it to God in adoration, saying that you are prepared to be weak and helpless so far as your own energies are concerned, that He may put forth in your life the mighty energy of that power (authority) which raised Christ from the dead. It is only when we are weak that we are really strong; it is only when we have surrender ourselves to the power of the Cross, so that we realize that we have been crucified with Christ that we are able to share in His eternal victory over the devil and the power of evil.
Now a personal note of my own.
It is only when we have done this that we can say as Paul said in Galatians 2:19-21 “I through the law am dead to the law,(for the gentile this is only found in Genesis 2:16-17, the law of sin and death placed upon all humanity.) that I might live unto God. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness comes by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.” This is then the answer to the Lords statement found in Matthew 11:28-30 “Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” In this way we become the connate (Taken from Webster's 1812 Dictionary: connate; Born with another; being of the same birth; In botany, united in origin; growing from one base, or united at their bases; united into one body.)or conjoined to Christ,of God in Christ Jesus and He begins to live His Life within us, again.

The Intolerance of Jesus Christ and the Death to the law of sin and death.
*** “The Intolerance of Christ Jesus” as done by George H. Morrison with limited editing.
The Intolerance of Jesus He that is not with me is against me— Mat 12:30 (and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad.)
But when one chooses to take the Lord’s hand to walk with Him in His request to “take His yoke” we learn of this intolerance of the spirit of the world and its hold on those held by its chains and under it’s veil.
You find it in the God of the Old Testament—"Thou shall have no other gods before me." He is a jealous God, and brooks no rival. He must be loved with heart and soul and strength and mind. You find it in the music of the psalmist, and in the message of prophet and apostle, and you find it housed in your bosom amid all the love that shone in the character of Jesus Christ, when you've become receptive of Him. Never was man as tender as the Lord. Never was man so swift to sympathize. Never did sinners so feel that they were understood. Never did the lost so feel that they were loved.
The Lord our God is a jealous God, and the Lord our Savior is a jealous Savior. "I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life"—"No man comes to the Father but by Me"—"No man knows the Father save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him." What do you make of these amazing claims, and of that splendid intolerance of any rival?—yet all these words are in the Gospel record as surely as "a bruised reed shall he not break." Do you say there are many doorways to the Father? Christ Jesus stands and says, "I am the door." Do you say there are many shepherds of the sheep? Christ stands in His majesty, and says, "I am the shepherd." Pitiful, merciful, full of a great compassion, Christ is intolerant of any rival; He stands alone to be worshiped and adored, or He disappears into the mists of fable. So far as I am aware that is unique; there is nothing like it in religious history. The ancient pantheons had always room for the introduction of another god. It is Christ alone, the meek and lowly Savior, who lifts Himself up in isolated splendor.
Christ's Intolerance Is Based on His Love.
And just because that love was so intense, and burned with the ardor of the heart of God, things that had been tolerable once are found to be intolerable now. That is the secret of the Gospel's sternness and of its passionate protest against sin. That is why age after age it clears the issues, and says, "He that is not with me is against me." The love that bears all things cannot bear that hurt or harm should rest on the beloved. Christ is intolerant because of His lavishness of love.
Morrison are the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John which contain the works of the Lords ministry to Israel which also contains the gospel of Israel’s salvation, only, and which is not to be applied to the gentiles or to Israel in this the "church age" or the age of God's Graces, that is extended to all.

Part of Speech: verb
We are to gather with Him through His revelation that was given to Paul shortly after Saul received the Lord on the Damascus road. Remember that Saul’s name was changed to Paul when he became an apostle of the Lord, this was an action of God’s doing and not one of Saul’s doing. Saul had to make the free--will choice on his own grounds as we all are required to do in order to be “gathered” with Him.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be separate,” said the Lord, and “touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters,” said the Lord Almighty.
The following is a article written by my wife Glenda and opens up Romans chapter 7 verses 1-4, which ties nicely with the above scriptures.
Romans 7:1 ESV “Or do you not know, brothers (for I am speaking to those who know the law) that the law is binding on a person only as long as he lives?”
If Israel’s leaving God and going to worship other gods is called adultery, then what is someone called if they are one with the world, still bound by the law of sin and death, and they go to church to worship God?
Romans 7:2-4 ESV A married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the law of marriage.
To learn the answer to these and other such questions it will require doing a study on wickedness, iniquity, lawless and evil. Which I've under taken and to date have fifty four single pages of references.

The Intolerance of Jesus He that is not with me is against me— Mat 12:30 (and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad.)
But when one chooses to take the Lord’s hand to walk with Him in His request to “take His yoke” we learn of this intolerance of the spirit of the world and its hold on those held by its chains and under it’s veil.
The gentle Savior was splendidly intolerant, and because of His intolerance He died.

Knowledge of God's Mystery
Knowledge of God’s Mystery
Here we are again where we find ourselves in a maze of worldly confusion where it not that we have the Holy Spirit to guide us through. All things spiritual start with an understanding of the first three chapters’ of Genesis because it is there that we learn just what it is that was lost to mankind. Genesis is the foundation upon which Christ in all wisdom and knowledge is first seen and known.
For it is there that the first law of “ONE” is revealed which holds the key to all else in the Bible for us. Genesis through Acts chapter 8 and a portion at the end of 9 we find God’s working with the earthy man (This is also seen in Romans chapters one through five verse five) and then those men who have been accounted as righteous or spiritual, that meat God’s requirements. Then in Acts chapter 9 He focuses on one man again just as He did with Moses this man has his name changed by God from Saul to Paul indicating the change of direction and God’s acceptance of him as His voice (from here on into Romans through Philemon).
Those who do not understand the word do not see or hear this change taking place because the god of this evil world has their minds blinded or veiled to it. Men of the intellectual institutions do not have a clue as to what the Lord is doing; they reveal this in their mixing of the scriptures and the bending of them to get them to say something that is not there.
The people that are hungry and thirsty for the truth do not know where to turn to because they have been lead astray and deceived into believing a lie as contained in a feel good gospel a gospel in many cases that was meant for Israel only. From here then let us move on.
Col 2:1-7
For I want you to know how great a struggle I have for you and for those at Laodicea and for all who have not seen me face to face, that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I say this in order that no one may delude* you with plausible arguments.** For though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order (discipline) and the firmness of your faith in Christ. As you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him, and established in your faith, even as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.
* Delude: is to deceive, beguile to turn away from as a wife turns her back on
her husband to pursue another; as Israel and the church have done by turning
toward the spirit of the world.
** Arguments: persuasive words
Col 4:2-6
Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison-- that I may make it clear, which is how I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward outsiders,* making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.
• Outsiders: unbelievers and the enemies of the cross of Christ (a sinner),
seeing your manner of living (conversation).
Knowledge of the Mystery
Col. 2.1-5 & 4.2-6
Col 2:9-17 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead corporeally as the foundation or federal head of the Body. And you are filled with Him (John 1:16), who is the head of all principality and power. In whom also you are circumcised with circumcision not made by hand in despoiling (stripping away or destroying by the circumcision) of the body of the flesh: but in the circumcision of Christ. Buried with Him in baptism (this is an action of the Holy Spirit and not with water): in whom also you are raised again by the faith of the operation of God who has raised (you in Him) Him up from the dead. And you, when you were dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has quickened (made alive in regeneration of the spirit or your inner man) together with Him, forgiving your all offences: blotting out the handwriting of the decree that was against us, which was contrary to us (that which was lost in Adam). And He has taken the same out of the way, fastening it to the cross. Despoiling the principalities and powers (the spirit of the world in the flesh of man), he has exposed them confidently in open show, triumphing over them in Himself (when He was raised from the dead). Let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink or in respect of a festival day or of the new moon or of the Sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come: but the body is of Christ.
Eph 1:7-14 In Him we have redemption (present possession) through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace (the seed that is opened by the Gospel of Grace), which He lavished upon us (this is found in Genesis chapters 2 and 3), in all wisdom and insight (the full knowledge of) making known to us the mystery of His will, according to His purpose, which He set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in Him again, things in heaven and things on earth. In Him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of His glory. In Him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your redemption, and believed in Him, were sealed(baptized) with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it (our salvation and the home of our hope), to the praise of His glory.
Col 3:1-4 If then you have been raised with Christ (in His incarnation, passion, death, and resurrection), seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, (been crucified in Christ) and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
Php 3:20-21 For our citizenship is in heaven; whence also we wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ: who shall fashion anew the body of our humiliation, that it may be conformed to the body of His glory, according to the working whereby He is able even to subject all things unto Himself.
Now for the warning:
Col 2:8 See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.
Col 2:18-23 Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism (rigid self denial) and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God. If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations--21 "Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch" (referring to things that all perish as they are used)--according to human precepts and teachings? These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism (which is spiritual pride under the mock guise of humility) and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh and the wrath to come.
Christ Himself warns in Mat 23:27-28 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead people's bones and all uncleanness. So you also outwardly appear righteous to others, but within you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.
2Co 11:13-15 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.
And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.
1Ti 4:3-5 who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is made holy by the word of God and prayer.
Php 3:18-19 For many walk, of whom I told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is perdition, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.
Col 3:5-15 Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these the wrath of God is coming. In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all. Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. Above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. Be thankful.
So Sunday or Saturday, Wednesday, Easter, Christmas, Saint Patrick’s Day or any other man made holiday of worship is defilement to the Christian and the Jewish community of believers. Many billions of believers have gone to the death without knowing the mystery of the Gospel of God’s Grace in truth because of mans own ignorance from which there is NO escape. That is why the LORD through Paul and the others warns us time and time again to study the scriptures for ourselves. We are accountable to no one else but to Him for our own selves and our ignorance bears on no one else. Though the blood of all that sit under such false prophets and teachers is on their hands for they carry the heaver load or weight.

Genesis the Untold Story
Genesis
The Untold Story
Genesis is the start of the revelation of Jesus Christ and mans need for redemption, the story of mans fallen nature his origin and his final salvation back to the angelic magical being that he was at the first. Paul reveals that this mystery is only understood by those who of their own free will and accord choose to put to death their evil sinful self will (found in mans flesh) to fall into God’s hands to become sons of God again.
In The Beginning
Gen 1:26-28 God [Elohim-Yehovah] said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over the whole earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. God [Elohim-Christ] created Man in his image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. God blessed them; and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heavens, and over every animal that moves on the earth.(This ties to Gen. 2:7)
[Man is given authority over all of this renewed creation and is put over it to keep it under his feet, to subdue it and have dominion over it. Man is created as a mirror image, having a portion of each member of the triune Godhead, Elohim in his nature or inward life or Christ with Christ in him (Grace, holiness, righteousness, justice) as a divine creature made of the Elements of Spirit [which are light, fire, and Spirit] eternal or immortal his outward state. Made a little lower than the angels, and crowned with glory and honor from the elements of the earth; dust, earthy and other materials, fire, and water. Man has in himself the ability to reproduce other like beings; thusly man has within himself two natures all ready at work. [See Matthew 1:14-23; Luke 1:26-35, 37-38] He walks with God as a divine spirit being a true son of God and is an eternal being.]
[John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.
Col 1:15-17 He who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; for in Him were all things created, in the heavens and upon the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through [in] Him, and to Him; and He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.
Eph 1:4-6 Even as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love 5 He predestined us for adoption as sons through [in] Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will, 6 to the praise of His glorious grace, with which He has blessed us in the Beloved.
Eph 2:10 We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. The names for the Word are; Yehovah-Elohim, Immanuel, the Son of God, the Holy Ghost or the Holy Spirit, Jesus the Messiah, Jesus Christ, Christ and many others. (EHYEH asher EHYEH)Yehovah means progressive revelation or the ever revealing one.
Eph 4:4-7 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all. 7 But unto each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Deu 30:15-18 "See, I have set before you today life and good (water and Life), death and evil (death and fire). If you obey the commandments of the LORD your God that I command you today, by loving the LORD your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and the LORD your God will bless you in the land (the kingdom of His rule) that you are entering to take possession of it. But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods and serve them, I declare to you today, that you shall surely perish (death and fire).]
Gen 2:7-9 Yehovah-Elohim formed Man, from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and Man became a living soul. Yehovah Elohim planted a garden in Eden eastward, and there put Man whom he had formed. Out of the ground Yehovah Elohim made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; and the tree of life, in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. (This ties back to Gen. 1:26-28 above)
[The Life force, the vary Divine nature and character (Grace, Righteousness, Holiness, Justice, Love) of God, which is composed of portions of the trinity each contributing a part of Himself so man is a mirror image of his Creator. The Grace of God in Christ this new creation, man, a spirit being in which are life, love, and light, living in the covering of glory and the Kingdom of God that is within him and that is the vary realm of his divine being, immortal. A love creature created to respond to God in love in perfect perfection. Man is born into the Divine life; he has the position of being in both heaven and earth. A spirit being, with a free will, made a little lower than the angels who also have a will made out of the earth in whom was breathed the breath of lives, in order to multiply and bring forth sons of like nature of perfection (with two natures at work within him) . Who has contact with his Creator in heaven and on earth in perfect worship.
Man looking upon the nature of the created things about him desired to know what their nature was made of for they were different than himself. This desire was mixed with his will which caused the tree of the knowledge of good and evil to grow, as this mystery is held inside of God as part of His supernatural magical powers.
The elements of the earth are wind, minerals, water and fire. The materials of the earth are darkness, fire, death, wrath, sickness, and thickness. These relate to pride, selfishness, wrath, envy, and murder and all manor of evil or what is called or known as Satan. Nature is broken off from God because it contains all the materials and elements of the natural nature of the fallen angels and is a reflection of the nature of the invisible God. All this was caused by the fallen angels of the rebellion (when their will became defiled by self-will, envy, pride this was caused by Satan). When they fell they took their portion of the crystal sea from which they ministered to the throne of God. This (corrupted portion of the crystal sea) became gross darkness, they, the fallen angels, being incased within its thickness and darkness. God compacted the broken portion creating earth after calling His Light into it.
The earth will return to the Kingdom of God in Light, in the form as the fluid glassy sea of Revelation 4:6, 22:1, as revealed in 2 Peter 3:12.]
Gen 2:15 The Lord God took man, and put him into the paradise of pleasure, to dress it, and to keep it.
[This is heaven on earth, in the goodness, love, and pleasure of the Kingdom of God.]
Gen 2:16-17 Yehovah Elohim commanded man, saying, of every tree of the garden you shall freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it; for in the day that you eat of it you will certainly die.
[This is a spiritual separation from the nature and character, (known as Christ or Grace) of God a separation from Christ both inward and outward. This putting man on the level of the animal life: fleshly, carnal, earthy, reasoning, natural with the animals fearing man and man having the bestial nature or having the nature of all that is evil. The exchange of the divine nature and character of Christ is that of his free will choice to have the eyes of man opened, from the heavenly things to which man is now blind, to flesh and blood the natural life that all the rest of creation experiences or lives in, in anguish of sin.]
Gen 2:19-20 The Lord God having formed out of the ground all the beasts of the earth, and all the fowls of the air, brought them to Adam to see what he would call them: for whatsoever Adam called any living creature the same is its name. 20 Adam called all the beasts by their names, and all the fowls of the air, and all the cattle of the field: but for Adam there was not found a helper like himself.
[Adams first signs of craving or desiring through reasoning for the nature of the animal, something more within himself, the spirit of the world is given seed causing a stronger draw on him, than his normal relationship with God and His love. This desire is what caused the tree of the knowledge of good and evil to grow, it produced its fruit because of the desire of man, a flaw of mans will and proves to become his down fall, just as it did the fallen angels who’s evil nature covers the earth in the form of dust. God warns man not to eat of it because He knows that when man does that man will suffer death. The death of his eternal nature and love of God his creator and that he will take on the nature of nature, sin and death the result of corruption. The animals have no ignorance of what concerns them, they have a sensible intuitive knowledge of everything that is required for food, shelter, protection and reproduction and Adam desired this knowledge. It is better known as the knowledge of the natural world of nature or the spirit of the world (Satan is deception, materialism, wealth, desire for things of the bestial nature or more stuff.)]
Gen 2:18 The Lord God said: It is not good for man to be alone: let us make him a help like to himself.
[Woman is mans first line of redemption, for Adams turning from God and His love, to desiring what he saw in the animal kingdom in the pairs and in the plant life or the natural nature of things of God’s creation. Woman is mans completion or helpmeet, being taken from Adam, man now carries the seed of Christ within. As man was Christ’s helpmeet being taken from Him and will be reunited within Him again and the two shall become one flesh because of the seed spoken or the word of God.]
[Rom 11:29 The gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
1Co 1:25-31 For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For consider your calling: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. Because of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, "Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord."
2Ti 1:9 Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of His own purpose and grace, which He gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began, 10 and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through this Gospel of God’s Grace, 11 for which I was appointed a preacher and apostle and teacher.
2Pe 1:5-11 For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins. Therefore, be all the more diligent to make your calling and election sure, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.]
Gen 2:21-23 Then the Lord God cast a deep sleep upon Adam: and when he was fast asleep, he took one of his ribs, and filled up flesh for it. The Lord God built the rib which he took from Adam into a woman: and brought her to Adam. Adam said: This now is bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called woman, because she was taken out of man.
[Rule of the first is seen here in that He, Yehovah had created man a complete being in himself and therefore is required to take from that which was created to create again, a mystery hid in scripture because it was spoken and is the Word of God. A thing that angels can not do, they are not able to reproduce or regenerate in themselves.]
Gen 3:1-7 The serpent was craftier than any animal of the field which Yehovah-Elohim had made. It said to the woman, “is it even so, that God has said you shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” The woman said to the serpent, “we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘you shall not eat of it, and you shall not touch it, lest you die’.” The serpent said to the woman, “you will not certainly die; for God knows that in the day you eat of it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be as god, knowing good and evil.” The woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a pleasure for the eyes, and the tree was to be desired to give intelligence; and she took of its fruit, and ate, and gave also to her husband with her, and he ate. The eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked. They sewed fig-leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
[The chief angel, Satan (the first deceived self, pride, covetousness), also called the dragon, that led the rebellion, who took with him his regiment when thrown out of the presence of God and of Heaven, taking a portion of the crystal sea with him and his angels, which underwent corruption and compaction to become the earth (Revelations chapter twelve). He is the spirit of the world that corrupts everything on it and in it. Questioning the vary word of God and causing doubt, or reasoning [unbelief] that birthed lust in the mind of the woman. The seed of self will the desire or lust for the things of the bestial nature is given root in mans divine nature again. The eyes of the flesh will be opened and the eyes of the spirit or soul will be closed or veiled in man. Adams free will choice separates him from being a little below angels, a spiritual being, that God had made him to be, and changes him into the bestial nature of the serpent. He takes on the animal nature of life, temporary as it is in its life to death, in corruption, and is now subject to the worldly spirit and all manor of evil, demonic and makes him a slave to that nature. The nature and character of God and the glory of God, Christ, dies and becomes a seed within man, this seed then is passed on through woman. The blood is defiled, for the life of man is in the blood. This seed contains all the nature and likeness of God in Christ but requires the operation of God the fire, light and love, the Holy Spirit and the death of the bestial nature for this seed to come to life again. An action of mans free will of choice, that allows the light of God contained in the word and the Spirit to give life (quicken) to this seed. As a seed of grain has to have the out ward husk, this is the evil that sealed the good of God, to die before the ovule can bring forth new life, God in Christ in man again in regeneration. This seed when properly feed on the word of God grows into a large tree that is drawing it’s nourishment from the root which is also Christ the Father of mankind.]
Gen 3:9-13 The Lord God called Adam, and said to him: Where are you Adam? He said: I heard your voice in paradise; and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself. He said to him: And who has told you that you are naked, but that you have eaten of the tree whereof I commanded you that you should not eat? Adam said: the woman, whom you gave me to be my companion, gave me of the tree, and I did eat. The Lord God said to the woman: Why have you done this? She answered: the serpent deceived me, and I did eat.
[The results of mans eating now having the inward knowledge of good and evil and the ability to see Gods hand in all of the creation or nature around him, his spiritual eyes are now closed. All mankind is without excuse for all is revealed to him by nature itself (and within man is that desire for his original nature to be restored again, known as anguish). The second encounter with deception and again the choice is turned to self will above that which was commanded the vary thing that caused Satan to fall in the first place. Now man is the slave of the bestial nature and all of its ugly components, the thing that the earth is made up of; darkness, fire, thickness, death, wrath, disease and all the offspring of them.]
[Eph 2:4-9 God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loves us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together within Christ--by grace you have been saved-- and raised us up within Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages He might show the immeasurable riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. By grace you have been saved through faith. This is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 1Co 15:22 In Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.]
[It should be noted that had Christ not been in all things from the beginning He could not have been allowed to do the works of righteousness in bring redemption to mankind. To redeem or buy back that which was lost of mankind and the earths rule and dominion and the taking of the title deed from Lucifer which is now awaiting the seals to be broken that keep it sealed. Revelations 5:1-9]
Gen 3:14-20 The Lord God said to the serpent (the influence of Satan’s fallen nature, corruption, of self): because you have done this thing, you are cursed among all cattle, and beasts of the earth: upon your breast, belly shall you go, and earth shall you eat all the days of your life. I will put enmities between you and the woman, and your seed and her seed: she shall crush your head, and you shall lie in wait for her heel. To the woman he said: I will multiply your sorrows, and your conceptions: in sorrow shall you bring forth children, and you shall be under your husband's power, and he shall have dominion over you. To Adam he said: because you have hearkened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded you, that you should not eat, cursed is the earth in your work: with labor and toil shall you eat thereof all the days of thy life. Thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to you, and you shall eat the herbs of the earth. In the sweat of thy face shall you eat bread till you return to the earth out of which you were taken: for dust you are, and into dust you shall return. Adam called the name of his wife Eve: because she was the mother of all the living.
[The seed of evil that is at work in merchandising worldliness and its passions of self will and their evil offspring (through reasoning and philosophy).
The establishing of this covenant the placement of the seed of redemption to reestablish the Kingdom of God in the soul of man, the way is made for the death of mans selfish will and slavery to all evil in his fallen nature which requires its being dealt with. The promise of a coming redemption for all mankind that will destroy the evil nature that is at work in and through fallen man. God is setting up for the wrath to come in the enmity of the two natures now found in man. One a physical, fleshly, earthy life in sorrow and shame under the lordship of a heavy task master the fear of death caused by sin (which is revealed in the law) and the sting of that death. Man no more having the dominion over creation, having lost that to the enemy of God and man, Satan, the dragon and beast. The curse reveals the fallen nature of all created creatures, nature and creation which has been broken off of God and waits in anguish for the revealing of the sons of God. All have only this consuming fire, which is a part of God, contained in them which are wrath and darkness because the presence of God is removed from them. Adam put out the life, light and love of God and put man into the natural nature of the fallen angels and the creatures in this fallen nature, temporary as it is. Man is now the carrier of the seed in his/her soul that will be the destroyer of the power of darkness, mans eternal separation from the love and light of God, who will bring the truth, the way and the life back into man, his redeemer. Man now carries the spiritual torch awaiting the flame to reignite the fire of eternal life the promise of mans redemption to a spirit being again and the future salvation in which we now hope for.]
Gen 3:21-23 The Lord God made for Adam and his wife garments of skins, and clothed them. He said: behold Adam is become as one of us, knowing good and evil: now therefore lest perhaps he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever. The Lord God sent him out of the paradise of pleasure, to till the earth from which he was taken.
[The first action of atonement with the shedding of blood and the covering with the skins to cover mans new nature of sin and death, temporary as this new. This is the first action of the covenant to the recovery and redemption of man to a place of at-one-ment with his creator. No one ascend unless they are born again, born from above or regenerated into the eternal nature the first true state of created man. This covenant was taught to the sons of Adam. Seth carries on in place of Abel who Cain the earthy man killed. Remember the law of the first hidden in scripture; the first born son is usually the spiritual one of the family when he is conceived according to God’s program. This however is not the way God deals with the individual, first the earthy nature when the earthy is dealt with then the spiritual nature. See Paul’s writings Romans through Philemon, and Jesus’ teaching on the narrow and broad way Matthew 7: 13-14, the pearl of great price Matthew 13:45-46, and the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32 and the seed John 12:24-26.]
[1Co 15:45-49 It is written, "The first man Adam became a living being"; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit. It is not the spiritual that is first but the natural, and then the spiritual. The first man was from the earth, a man of dust; the second man is from heaven. As was the man of dust, so also are those who are of the dust, and as is the man of heaven, so also are those who are of heaven. Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.
Rom 1:19-21 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. His invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.]
Gen 5:3 When Adam had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.
[Seth carries on in place of Abel who Cain the earthy man killed. Seth is the father of Noah, Noah is the father of Shem, Shem is the great grand father of Eber a relative of Abram, [who will become known as Abraham] as found in the book of Jasher in it, it is told that Abram [at the age of ten] stayed with Noah and Shem to learn the ways of the Lord for twenty-nine years. Shem is the king of Salem and the high priest of the Most High God. His heirs will become the children of Israel who will become the nation of promise through whom Yehovah will come in the flesh or the humiliation of man as Immanuel, Jesus of Nazareth the Messiah of Israel the incarnation of Adam again as at the first perfection. And Paul will show by revealed revelation to be the redeemer of the world and all mankind.]
“The will of the creature is the only opener of all evil or good in the creature. The will stands between God and nature and must in its entire workings unite either with God or nature. The will totally resigned and given up to God is one spirit with God and God dwells in it. The will turned from God is taken prisoner in the wrath, fire, sickness and darkness of nature.”
A quote in part from William Law 1686-1761
Now, from this original doctrine of the creation of man, known to all the first inhabitants of the world, and published in the front of the first written Word of God; these great truths have been more or less declared to all the nations of the world. First, that all mankind are the created offspring of the one God. Secondly, that in all men there is a spirit or breath of lives that did not begin to be out of nothing, or was created out of nothing; but came from the true God into man, as His own breath of life breathed into him. Thirdly, that therefore there is in all men, wherever dispersed over the earth, a divine, immortal, never-ending spirit, that can have nothing of death in it, but must live for ever, because it is the breath of the ever living God. Fourthly, that by this immortal breath, or Spirit of God in man, all mankind stand in the same nearness of relation to God, are all equally His children, are all under the same necessity of paying the same homage of love and obedience to Him, all fitted to receive the same blessing and happiness from Him, all created for the same eternal enjoyment of His love and presence within them, all equally called to worship and adore Him in spirit and truth, all equally capable of seeking and finding Him, of having a blessed union and communion with Him.
These great truths, the first pillars of all true and spiritual religion, on which the holy and divine lives of the ancient patriarchs was supported, by which they worshiped God in a true and right faith; these truths, I say, were most eminently and plainly declared in the express letter of the Mosaic writings, here quoted. And no writer, whether Jewish or Christian, has so plainly, so fully, so deeply laid open the true ground, and necessity of an eternal, never- ceasing relation between God, and all the human nature; no one has so incontestably asserted the immortality of the soul, or spirit of man; or so deeply laid open, and proved the necessity of one religion, common to all human nature, as the legislator of the Jewish theocracy had done. Life and immortality are indeed justly said to be brought to light by the Gospel of the Grace of God revealed to Paul; not only because they there stand in a new degree of light, largely explained, and much appealed to, and absolutely promised by the Son of God Himself, but chiefly because the precious means and mysteries of obtaining a blessed life, and a blessed immortality, were only revealed, or brought to light by the Gospel of God’s Grace.
But the incontestable ground and reason of an immortal life, and eternal relation between God, and the whole human nature, and which lays all mankind under the same obligations to the same true worship of God, is most fully set forth by Moses, who alone tells us the true fact; how, and why man is immortal in his nature, therefore, because the beginning of his life was a breath, breathed into him from God; and for this end, that he might be a living image and likeness of God, created to partake of the nature and immortality of God.
This is the great doctrine of the Jewish legislator, and which justly places him amongst the greatest preachers of true religion. That Paul used a very powerful argument to persuade the Athenians to own the true God, and the true religion, when he told them, "that God made the world and all things therein; that He gives life and breath and all things; that He has made of one blood, all nations of men to dwell on the earth; that they should all seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after, and find Him, seeing He is not far from any of us, because in Him we live, move, and have our being." {Acts 17:24.} And yet this doctrine, which Paul preaches to the Athenians, is nothing else, but that same divine and heavenly instruction, which he had learned from Moses, which Moses openly and plainly taught all the Jews. The Jewish theocracy therefore was by no means an intimation to that people, that they had no concern with the true God, but as children of this world, under His temporal protection or punishment; for their lawgiver left them no room for such a thought, because he had as plainly taught them their eternal nature and eternal relation, which they had to God in common with all mankind; as Paul did to the Athenians, who only set before them that very doctrine that Moses taught all the Jews. The great end of the Jewish theocracy was to show, both to Jew and gentile, the absolute, uncontrollable power of the one God, by such a covenanted interposition of His providence, that all the world might know, that the one God, from whom both Jew and gentile were fallen away, by departing from the faith and religion of their first fathers, was the only God, from whom all mankind could receive either blessing or cursing.
This was the great thing intended to be proclaimed to the entire world by this theocracy, that being, that only the God of Israel had power to save or destroy, to punish or reward, according to His pleasure; and that therefore all the gods of the heathens, were mere vanity. If therefore any Jews, by reason of those extraordinary temporal blessings and cursing which they received under their theocracy, grew grossly ignorant, or dully senseless of their eternal nature, and eternal relation to God, and of that one true religion, which by nature they were obliged to observe in common with all mankind; if they took God only to be their local or tutelary deity, and themselves to be only animals of this world; such a grossness of belief was no more to be charged upon their great lawgiver, Moses, than if they had believed, that a golden calf was their true god. But to return to the creation.
It is impossible, that this world, in the state and condition it is now in, should have been an immediate and original creation of God: this is as impossible, as that God should create evil, either natural or moral. That this world has evil in all its parts; that its matter is in a corrupt, disordered state, full of grossness, disease, impurity, wrath, death and darkness, is as evident, as that there is light, beauty, order and harmony everywhere to be found in it. Therefore it is as impossible; that this outward state and condition of things should be a first and immediate work of God, as that there should be good and evil in God Himself. All storms and tempests, every fierceness of heat, every wrath of cold proves with the same certainty, that outward nature is not a first work of God, as the selfishness, envy, pride, wrath, and malice of devils, and men proves, that they are not in the first state of their creation. As no kind or degree of moral evil could possibly have its cause in, or from God, so there cannot be the least shadow of imperfection and disorder in outward nature, but what must have sprung up in the same manner, and from the same causes, as sickness and corrupt flesh is come into the human body, namely, from the sin of the creature. Storms, tempests, gravel, stone, sour and dead earth are the same things, the same diseases, the same effects of sin, produced in the same manner in the outward body of nature, as corrupt flesh, fevers, dropsy, plagues, gravel, stone, and gout, are produced in the outward body of man. For that, and that only which produces stone in the body of man, did produce stone in the outward nature, as shall plainly appear by and by. For nature within, and without man, is one and the same, and has but one and the same way of working; a stone in the body, and a stone out of the body of man, proceeds from one and the same disorder of nature.
When therefore you see a diseased, gouty, leprous, asthmatically, scorbutic man, you can with the utmost certainty say, this is not that human body which God first created in paradise; so, when you see the disorders of heat and cold, the poisonous earth, unfruitful seasons, and malignant qualities of outward nature, you can with the same certainty affirm, this state of nature is not a first creation of God, but that same must have happened to it, which has happened to the body of man. For dark, sour, hard, dead earth can no more be a first, immediate creation of God, than a wrathful devil, as such, can be created by Him. For dark, sour, dead earth is as disordered in its kind, as the devils are, and has as certainly lost its first heavenly condition and nature, as the devils have lost theirs. But now, as in man, the little world, there is excellencies and perfection enough to prove, that human nature is the work of an all-perfect being, yet, so much impurity and disease of corrupt flesh and blood, as undeniably shows, that sin has almost quite spoiled the work of God. So, in the great world, the footsteps of an infinite wisdom in the order and harmony of the whole, sufficiently appears; yet, the disorders, tumults, and evils of nature, plainly demonstrate, that the present condition of this world is only the remains or ruins, first, of a heaven spoiled by the fall of angels, and then of a paradise lost by the sin of man. So that man, and the world in which he lives, lie both in the same state of disorder and impurity, have both the same marks of life and death in them, both bring forth the same sort of evils, both want a redeemer, and have need of the same kind of death and resurrection, before they can come to their first state of purity and perfection.
That this outward world was not created out of nothing is plainly taught by Paul, who declares, Rom.1:20, that the creation of the world is out of the invisible things of God; so that the outward condition and frame of invisible nature, is a plain manifestation of that spiritual world from whence it is descended. For as every outside necessarily supposes an inside, and as temporal light and darkness must be the product of eternal light and darkness, so this outward, visible state of things necessarily supposes some inward, invisible state, from whence it is come into this degree of outwardness. Thus all that is on earth is only a change or alteration of something that was in heaven: and heaven itself is nothing else but the first glorious out-birth, the majestic manifestation, the beatific visibility of the one God in Trinity. Thus we find out, how this temporal nature is related to God; it is only a gross out-birth of that which is an eternal nature, or a blessed heaven, and stands only in such a degree of distance from it, as water does to air; and this is the reason why the last fire will, and must turn this gross, temporal nature into its first, heavenly state 2 Peter 3:10-13. But to suppose the gross matter of this world to be made out of nothing, or compacted nothing, is more absurd, than to suppose ice that has congealed nothing, a yard that is not made up of inches, or a pound that is not the product of ounces.

Gen 1:4-5 God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
Here we are given the two realms that are at work around us; the one is light or day and is good, the other is darkness or night and is evil for more evil deeds are done under the darkness of night then during the day.
Gen 1:20-22 God said, Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. God created the great sea-monsters, and every living creature that moves, wherewith the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind: and God saw that it was good. God blessed them, saying, be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.
Gen 1:23-25 There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day. God said, let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind, cattle, and creeping things, and beasts of the earth after their kind: and it was so. God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps upon the ground after its kind: and God saw that it was good.
Here we have the creation of all natural creatures that have in themselves the intuitive nature to know how to hunt for food, reproduce, seek shelter, and that when they die they return back to the earth from which they were created. They do not have a soul, spirit nor are they spiritual they are not eternal in nature or makeup, they are temporal. They are beasts only and as such live according to there
government, though after the fall of man they do take upon themselves a slightly different nature because they become subjected to the curse as all the earth and nature is put under it’s government, which is only temporary. For all creatures and creation wait the revealing of the sons of God and the regeneration that starts when this happens.
Gen 2:19-20 Out of the ground (Jehovah-Elohim) God formed every beast of the field, and every bird of the heavens; and brought them unto the man to see what he would call them: and whatsoever the man called every living creature that was the name thereof. The man gave names to all cattle, and to the birds of the heavens and to every beast of the field; but for man there was not found a help meet for him.
This ties to Genesis chapter one verse 20 and 24-25 and this is the ground of all scripture for scripture dovetails into scripture or agrees with scripture. As Peter said in 2 Peter chapter one: 19-21 We have the word of prophecy made more sure; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as unto a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day-star arise in your hearts: knowing this first, that no prophecy of scripture is of private interpretation. For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but men spoke from God, being moved by the Holy Spirit.
This first principle is not to be lost sight of and that is no writer is to be an uninspired or not a Spirit lead writer and no scripture is to be subject to an uninspired persons interpretation. For it is God’s inspiration by His disclosure and origination to us that make known and understand His word.
1Co 2:13-14 Which things also we speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Spirit teaches; combining spiritual things with spiritual words. Now the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged. (discerned, understood, accepted) This is how the scripture are compared or proven, when they compliment each other. This passage compliments that of 2 Peter 1:19-20, in this way confusion is removed and the truth is revealed and understood. The spiritual person when under the yoke of the Lord and in agreement with Him as the Lord tells us in John chapter 17 becomes one within Him and He within that person. The secret is then disclosed to that person and he passes through the gates of redemption into regeneration to the first created state again, with Christ as his Father.
Rom 12:6-8 Having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith; or ministry, let us give ourselves to our ministry; or he that teaches, to his teaching; or he that exhorts, to his exhorting: he that gives, let him do it with liberality; he that rules, with diligence; he that shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
The point here is found in the first verse for it is by grace that is given or that seed that receives new life as grace is a seed faith planted within all mankind by God and can by found in Genesis chapter two verse eighteen. Remember that some scripture has a double meaning.
Rom 8:1-10 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled (restored) in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. To set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness.(restored or regenerated to it’s first state)
Note: Lucifer (the ruler of Tyre and Persians king who was Satan personified), Adam, mankind, and Jesus were all tempted by thought. Thought when it becomes desire is united with the will and it is spoken freely becomes a force. Jesus resisted this thought and the desire by quoting the word, our two edge sword which destroys the thought and desire by taking it into captivity. Christ came to put to death self will contained in the flesh of mankind because it is the source or origin of thought and desire, which opposes the knowledge of God in man. The thought, given into, becomes desire and mixed with the will of man can create a thing. Satan is the corruption that can cause the thought to become a force for evil because of the desire for self gratification in what ever form. This corruption is what caused Lucifer to desire to be higher or above God (it is known as selfishness or self love, pride, it is a self pleasing love) and caused him to be cast out of heaven. This is what caused Adam to first desire to know nature and the nature of the beasts that were around him, it caused the tree of the knowledge of good and evil to grow. This force of self love brings with it wrath, disease, darkness, thickness, death and destruction. Satan was found to be in Lucifer as the chief of the fallen angels, the evil and prince of darkness, mankind’s enemy that is also found in the self ego of fallen man. This is who keeps fallen man (and some "Christians") under a veil of deceptions, especially those who have not submitted to the word of God by their free will into His Word or Will, when it is received by them.

Taken from a book written by William Law 1686-1761 which is found in the public domain.
