"The Secrets of GOD," as revealed by John in the Revealtion of Christ, chapter 22:16, hidden insights, as seen with a renewed mind and our victory as foretold.

We are narrowing down our studies of the Revelation of Christ not only within the confines of Scripture but on this blog. Soon and very soon we shall come to the appointed end as all things of this world are also appointed to die and then the cleansing by fire to purify all things. Before they become new again. Today's post is composed of only two passages.


Jesus Is Coming (has come) or The Final Message:

Revelation 22:16, 17 "'I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.'
"And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely." (KJV)

Revelation 22:16, 17 "'I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.'
"The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come." And let the one who hears say, "Come." And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price." (ESV)

Revelation 22:16, 17, "'I am Jesus. I sent My Shepherd-Messengers to be witnesses of these things to you before the churches; Confirming to them that I am the Root and off spring of David, the radiant Morning Star!' (Rev. 5:5-6, Then one of the Elders said to me (John), "You need not weep anymore! Look! The Lion has conquered! He who is of the tribe of Judah, the root of David! His triumph qualifies Him to open the scroll and its seven seals!" So I looked to see the Lion, and there, as if fused into one with the Throne and in unison with the four living beings, taking center stage in the midst of the Elders, I saw a little Lamb, alive, alive and standing even though it seemed to have been violently butchered in sacrifice! It had seven horns and seven eyes which are the seven Spirits of GOD having been sent out to accomplish His bidding in all the earth (humanity)."

In Jesus, the prophetic word, which shines all along like a lamp (a great beacon) in the night, became the radiant Morning Star, rising in our hearts, announcing the full unveiled day! Rev. 9:1, "When the fifth Shepherd-Messenger blew his trumpet, I saw a star that had fallen to earth from the sky. This star given the key to the shaft into the fathomless depths of the Abyss." (The symbolic value of the number five is divine grace. Jesus is the bright Morning Star, Rev. 2:28 and 22:16, 'I am the bright Morning Star!' Also in 2Peter 1:19, [We have the prophetic word made more sure! RSV] For us the appearing of the Jewish Messiah is no longer a future promise but a fulfilled reality. Now it is our turn to have more than a second-hand, hearsay testimony. Take my word as one would take a lamp at night; The day is about to dawn for all humanity in our and their own understanding. When the Morning Star [phosphoros] appears, we no longer need a lamp; This will happen shortly for it is on the horizon of all human hearts and has happened in our own hearts already! In His death Jesus conquered the underworld and He has the keys; Absolutely, No-one else does! Rev. 1:17-18, "Observing all this I fell at His feet as a dead man; Then He laid His right hand on me and said, 'Do not be afraid! I am the origin and conclusion of all things. And the Living One; I became dead and 'Now, see,' here I am alive unto the ages of the ages and I have the keys wherewith I have disengaged the gates of Hades and Death!' Now look at Isaiah 14:12, [H1966 from H1984, הָלַל, to boast] הֵילֵל, means "shinning one," in the Greek, phosphoros - bearer of light [Septuagint] Latin, Lucifer, bearer of a false light! see note on The "Fallen Star" is the bright Morning Star, at the end of chapter 9.)
The Spirit and the Bride beckons, "Come!" And let everyone in whom this bold bidding resonates, extend the same urgent invitation, "Oh yes, come!" This is for the thirsty to come and quench their deepest longings by freely drinking from the water of Life!" (Now, Hear the prophetic echo in Isaiah's pleading of chapter 55:1-13, "'Ho, every one who thirsts, come to the waters; And he who has no money, come, buy and eat! "Come," buy wine and the finest wheat without money and without price! Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Hearken diligently to Me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in fatness. Incline your ear, and come to Me; Hear, that your souls may live; And I will make you an everlasting covenant, My steadfast, sure Agape for David. Behold, you shall call Nations that you know not, and Nations that knew you not shall run to you, because of the LORD your GOD, and the Holy One of Israel, for He has glorified you. "Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near; Let the wicked forsake his ways, and the unrighteous man his thoughts (perverse mindset); Let him return to the LORD, that He may have mercy on him, and to our GOD, for He will abundantly pardon. For My thoughts are not their thoughts, neither are their ways My way, says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than their ways and My thoughts than their thoughts. 'For as the rain (grace) and the snow (grace) come down from heaven, and return not thither (back again) but water the earth (humanity), making it bring forth and sprout (the hidden seed within human hearts), giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater (hearer), so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and prosper in the thing for which I sent it. 'For you shall go out in joy, and be led forth in peace; The mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress; instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; And it shall be to the LORD for a memorial, for an everlasting sign which shall not be cut off!'") We are into what many of my study Bible's call the Return of Jesus." Well let us see what we can discover of this or possibly some other hidden truth. Form the restored, renewed mindset that is. And not some religious theology of ideology concept.

 
Jesus is Coming Soon, or The Final Message:

Revelation 22:12-13, 14-15 "And, behold, (Jesus is speaking) 'I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.  
"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie." (KJV) 

Revelation 22:12-13, 14-15 "Behold, 'I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay each one for what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.' 
"Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood." (ESV)

Revelation 22:12-13, 14-15, "'Behold, [again in Aorist Imperative!] 'Now get the message, once and for all! 'I [1]am come!' There are no further delays! This is the hour the Prophets pointed to! And My reward is with Me, to give to each as His [the Lamb's] work is.' ( The verb, [1, G2064] ἔρχομαι erchomai, is in the Present Indicative Tense, I am come! Here john again repeated what the Prophets spoke concerning this time! [Isaiah 62:11], Behold, the LORD has made it to be heard to the end of the earth. Tell the daughter of Zion, Behold! Your salvation comes! Behold! His reward is [2] with Himself, and His work [3] before Him!] (The [2, H854] Hebrew, אֵת, 'êth, ayth,..Aleph Tau, are the first and last letters of their Alphabet just as Alpha and Omega are the first and the last letters of the Greek Alphabet! 'My works go [3] before Me,' Hebrew, [3, H6440] pânı̂ym, paw-neem', pawneem, is fullness of joy! The same as Psalm 16:11, "In your "presence" pawneen is fullness of joy! There is definitely no reference here of man's work - the entire prophetic context of salvation points to the work of the Messiah! Note, Your salvation is His work! Isaiah 62:11. See also 1Peter 1:17, "Now since you are defined in your Father, who does not judge anyone on face value, but always only according to His work; (His finished work in Christ) wherever you find yourself located geographically or emotionally, return to your 'at homeness' in Him; You are not defined by your circumstances. (The word G390 from G303 and G4762, anastrepho, suggests a radical returning; Literally a turning upside down! Actually G303 ana, means upward - so its a turning downside up!) and to further emphasize the strong influence of the hebrew text quoted here, the next verse continues with the same theme and further conclusion of the Aleph Tau and Alpha Omega!) I am the [1]Alpha and the Omega - the initiator and the [2]conclusion; the genesis and completeness.' ( ἐγώ τό εἰμί  Α καί τό Ω, ὁ  πρῶτος καί ὁ ἔσχατος, ἀρχή καί ὁ τέλος. ego to A kai to Ω , ho protos kai ho eschatos; arche kai telos! The union of Alpha and Omega, in Greek, make the verb aw, I breathe. And in hebrew the union of the first and last letter in their alphabet, Aleph and Tau makes אֵת, et, which the Rabbis interpreted the first matter out of which all things were formed, [Gen. 1:1] this is untranslatable into English but, says Rabbi Aben Ezra, "it signifies the substance of the thing!" The revelation of Jesus as the Alpha and Omega is the one in whom we live, more and have our being! he is indeed closer to us all than the air we breathe! Don't waste a day waiting for another day or time! I am the initiator and the eschatos. Eschatology is defined in My I-am-ness.) 

 

"Oh the [1]bliss and intense delight of those clothed in [2]washed garments - having realized the [3]authority of their redeemed innocence and identity; They have sourced their I-am-ness in the Tree of Life. This is their access thru the gates into the city. ( The word, [1, G3107,  a prolonged form of the poetical μάκαρ makar (meaning the same)] makarios, blessed, suggests, a special intensity of delight. The King James Bible, using the Textus Receptus, reads, Blessed are they that do his commandment, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city - ποιέω [do] ἔσομαι ἐντολή [commandments]; Instead of the much older manuscripts which read, νίπτω washed ἱμάτιον garments. The variation here is clearly a deliberate change. The observation of the commandments elsewhere uses terein, treasure not poiountes, do! The word translated authority, [3, G1849 from G1832 exesti, third person singular present indicative of a compound of G1537 and G1510;] exousia, privilege, from (G1537) ek, source and (G1510) eimi, I am.) [In total contrast to this bliss, are the thirst ones!] Those who love (G5368 phileo) and live lies are outside the city gates like stray dogs. The sorcerers and their witchcraft, selling their bodies in prostitution; Murders, consumed by the business of idolatry." (To them the Spirit and the bride say, COME!!! With this posting we have reached 2200 posts all dealing with the revelation of Christ in us and more about this special Spirit assigned to us by GOD our Father, as He also was the man Jesus of Deuteronomy 18's assignment of Him. The Jewish and Jew's Messiah. Who brought to light the Life of GOD restored within all of Humanity as first promised in Genesis 3 short after the first human ate of the forbidden tree's fruit, that through the system of all good thing into a tail spin down ward and all because of the flesh in place of the spiritual.


The River and the Tree of Life:
(Jesus is Coming)

Revelation 22:6, 7, 8-11 "And he (the angel of 21:9) said unto me, "These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done."
(The LORD is speaking) 'Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.'
"And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. Then saith he unto me, "See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God." And he saith unto me, "Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still." (KJV)

Revelation 22:6, 7, 8-11 "And he (the angel of 21:9) said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place."
(The LORD is speaking) 'And behold, I am coming soon. Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.'
"I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed them to me, but he said to me, "You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship God." And he said to me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near. Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy." (ESV) 

Revelation 22:6, 7, 8-11, "And he (the angel of 21:9) said to me, "These words are certain and true; The GOD of the spirits of the Prophets, has commissioned His Shepherd-Messenger to point His bond-servants, to that, which according to all the prophetic pointers, is to inevitably have happened in a brief moment of time." (A [1]bond servant (Gen. 15:2 and 44:9) is one who cleaves to his master out of no other obligation but total loving devotion.

This is a repeat of Revelation 1:1, "Jesus Christ [1] unveiled! This is the revelation of GOD's [2] gift which was wrapped up [3] in Him, in order to clearly illustrate to His bond-servants that, which according to prophetic pointers, [4] inevitably [5] was to have happened in a brief moment of time; This message was [6] vividly portrayed in symbolic pictures by His Shepherd-herald, commissioned to communicate its mystery to His bond-servant John." ( The word, [1, G602 from G601 apokaluptō, means to disclose and this is from G575 and G2572] apokalupsis, means to uncover. The word, [2, G1325] didōmi, means to give; To fashion; To extend; To present. The word [3, G846 from the particle αὖ au] autos, autoo, is the personal pronoun in the Dative case, indicating location in. The word, [4, G1163 third person singular active present of G1210; also δεόν deon which is neuter active participle] dei, to bind; Thus predictable, necessary, inevitable. John employs the verb, [5, G1096] ginomai, to beget, in the Aorist Infinitive tense, genesthai, which indicates prior completion of an action in relationship to a point in time. Greek infinitives could have either a present or Aorist form. The contrast between the two forms was not necessarily one of time, it is a difference of aspect. The present Infinitive was used to express progressive or imperceptive aspect. It pictures the action expressed by the verb as being in progress. The Aorist Infinitive however does not express progressive aspect. It presents the action expressed by the verb as a completed unit with a beginning and end. The word [6, G4591 from σῆμα sēma] sēmainō, to give a symbolic sign, to mark, signify; To picture; To portray. Symbolism and imagery played a significant role throughout this book. John would employ pictures that his mostly Jewish audience already understood, because they were familiar within their own prophetic writings.)

(Jesus now speaks) 'Behold, I am not distant from you! I am at hand - see My closeness, not My absence! Blessed is the one who treasures the prophetic value of the Scriptures.' (Revelation 1:2-3, John gave accurate evidence to the word of GOD and the testimony of Jesus Christ, exactly as he saw it. Blessed is the one who reads and those who hear with understanding the words of this prophetic enlightenment and treasure what is recorded in this writing; It's time has come!)

I, John am the one hearing and perceiving these things! I have indeed heard and seen! I fell prostrate in worship at the feet of the Shepherd-Messenger who showed me these things. He immediately stopped me and said, "I want you to see something else! As a Shepherd-Messenger I am a joint bond-servant and brother of your family, the Prophets. We are all one family!" (see also Rev. 19:10) He told me not to seal this conversation in futuristic, prophetic language since it's time has come! [This is the final conclusion where humanity's self-help programs are brought to naught!] This is not about how [1]out of sync or righteous you are; Neither about how soiled your garments or how squeaky clean and holy you are by your own efforts and standards! Those who are out of [1]sync, [2]so be it! Those whose garments are soiled [2]so be it! Those who are righteous and holy [2]so be it!" ( The word often translated, unrighteous, [1, G91 from G94 adikos, unjust, is from G1 a, (as a negative particle) and G1349 dikē,] (adike) (G91 adikeō), the G1 a , is a negative and the G1349 dike or dikay, means two parties in sync with one another; Shared likeness (seen in Gen. 1:26-27) - thus, adike means to be out of sync (this took place in Gen. 3). Our own doings do not define us! It is the Lamb's doings that define us all! From beginning to the end! He is our Alpha and Omega!

The [2] Aorist Imperative is employed here again and again, "Let them be! [2]So be it! - and thus, very intentionally, emphasizes the fact that whatever it is that people base their moral condition on, is just that - now leave it there; Don't try and change yourself - realize once and for all that its not our efforts that's gonna get it right! The distinction between the Aorist imperative and the present imperative in one of aspect, not tense. It's important to distinguish between tense [eg..past, present, future] and aspect [eg..completed, repeated, one-time, ongoing]. The Aorist Imperative points to a once and for all completed action, "Get it over and done with!") (The Mirror, with editing.)

No one has noticed or commented on the headings used of late. As all things have become new and especially our mindset as we have revealed within the context of Scripture. This can be heard and seen in Romans 12:1-3. Now for the last chapter in your Bible, Revelation 22, and its headings of:


The River of Life and the Tree of Life:

Revelation 22:1-5 "And he (the one that had one of the seven vessel, chapter 21:9) of  shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; And his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever." (KJV)

Revelation 22:1-5 "Then the angel (of chapter 21:9) showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever." (ESV)

Revelation 22:1-5, "And he (the Shepherd-Messenger or the angel of 21:9) pointed to me a river with crystal clear, living (meaning swiftly flowing) waters, flowing out of GOD's Throne, endorsing the reign of the Lamb. (Again this picture is taken from familiar Jewish prophetic narratives. Zechariah 14:7-8, 10-11, 16; and John 7:37-38; "And there shall be continuous day, no night; Every evening will be a new morning. On that day living waters shall flow out from Jerusalem, it shall continue in summer as in winter....The land will stretch out spaciously around Jerusalem --- to Geba in the north and Rimmon in the south, with Jerusalem towering at the center, and the commanding city gates --- Gate of Benjamin to First Gate to Corner Gate to Hananel Tower to the Royal Winery --- encircling the city. And they shall live in it. And there shall not again be a shutting in, but Jerusalem shall dwell safely....Then all the nations shall go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. And the LORD will become king over all the earth; On that day the LORD will be One and His name One. Now for John 7:37-38, "On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and proclaimed, 'If any one thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes Me, as the Scriptures say, 'Out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.'" Just like Babylon is not a city in the symbolic language of Revelation, it is a fallen-mindset society; So the New Jerusalem is not a city but the redeemed (Roman's 12:2 of 1-3, renewed mind set) society of all of humanity! The bride of Christ! In John 7:37-38, when Jesus spoke of waters gushing forth out of our innermost being, he said that you are that city! We are the bride! GOD's redeemed society!) The Tree of Life is the central theme throughout the City - right down the middle of the street, as well as on each side of the River, producing twelve varieties of ripe fruit, all year round. The [1]leaves of the Tree are for the healing of the Nations. (The leaves of this tree define the tree. This is where the remarkable process of photosynthesis takes place. With sunlight, the leaves convert leaves dioxide into oxygen.

Again these beautiful pictures are reflecting Jewish prophetic writings.... see Eze. 47:12, "For the river itself, on both banks, will grow fruit trees of all kinds. Their leaves won't wither, the fruit won't fail. Every month they'll bear fresh fruit because of the river from the Sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing."

Then in Genesis 3:22, on the Tree of Life, "'Behold (GOD is speaking), The man, who was already created like one of US, now also partook of the knowledge of evil; [the idea of, "I am not who GOD says that I am and created me to be;"] (the lie of all lies) and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of this Tree of Life, and eat and live for ever in this "lost identity" state..." The text does not say, "he has now become like one of US!" The original Hebrew and the most authentic versions use the Perfect Tense, hayah, which is the qal stem, masculine, third person, active, and in the perfect form, and signifies was, not "is." The Samaritan text, the Syriac, and the Septuagint, have the same tense. The Greek verb, is the perfect active indicative tense of ginomai. See the note on 1John 3:12, Thought on, "Why the other tree and why the temptation in the Garden?") There will be no memory of any [1]curse! GOD's Throne, endorsing the reign of the Lamb will be the presence in her. Mankind's redeemed innocence is the central theme of this city! And they, His [2]bond-Bride, will [3]worship Him for all eternity! (See Galatians 3:11-14,(The Mirror) "Habakkuk confirmed conclusively the righteousness by GOD's Faith is the only basis of life; This terminated any possible justification before GOD based on our behavior. (Hab. 2:4, 3:17-19) The Law and faith have nothing in common! The Law measures a person's doing and experience as defining their life. While Faith measures GOD's doing in redeeming His design in us, as defining our lives, Now; Christ redeemed us from the [1]curse as the consequence of our failures to keep the Law. In His Cross He concentrated the total curse of the human race upon Himself. In His abandoning Himself to our death sentence, He absorbed and dissolved the horror of the curse in His own (humanity as a) human person. Scripture declares that anyone hung on a tree embodies the curse. (Deu. 21:23) This act of Christ released the blessing of Abraham upon the Gentiles! Now we are free to receive the blessing of the Spirit. (Righteousness by GOD's faith in the achievement of Christ, and not as a reward for our behavior.) In the obedience of Christ, Deuteronomy 28 is out-dated and destroyed! [Romans 5:19, Ephesians 1:3] The mass of non-Jewish Nations are equally included.)

Again quoting from Jewish Scripture, Zech. 14:11, "And the city shall be inhabited, for there shall be no more curse; Jerusalem shall dwell in security." (RSV)

The word, [2, G1401 from G1210] doulos, means slave, is from (G1210) deo, to bind; Also, to be bound together in wedlock. (Also from a French word (found in Genesis 3:15 'heel') meaning to bind as in to hinder, to lock up, to resist, to restrict.)

Here John intentionally employed the Jewish word for worship, [3, G3000, translated serve] latreuō, from λάτρις latris, to serve [in some contexts, for a wage; For hire,] but in the Jewish context describing their sacrificial service to GOD; see Paul's use in Acts 26:6-7, "And now for the hope of the promise having been made by GOD to the fathers; To which our twelve tribes hope to arrive, worshiping [latreuo] in earnestness night and day."

A Jew would be offended by the application of this term to Christian worship. In Philippians 3:3, Paul, however, takes this word and converts it to spirit worship, "We give "circumcision" its true spiritual meaning! Our worship (G3000) [latreuo] is not defined by anything external that should even remotely resemble the Law of works and religious rituals, doctrines, rites, and unbelief! We worship GOD in the certainty of our redeemed innocence and rejoice in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Faith-righteousness gives substance to spiritual worship; The flesh occupies the religious (corrupted) mindset with its own futile efforts to attain to righteousness.") And we will gaze upon Him, face to face; Recognizing every distinct detail of His divine features mirrored within you! his Name will find a face in you! (The word [1, G3359, from G3326 and ὤψ ōps, countenance, forehead] metopon, the face, is from (G3326) meta, properly denoting accompaniment. Also used in Rev. 3:12. see Psalm 17:15, "As for me, I shall behold Your face in righteousness; When I awaken, I shall be satisfied, beholding Your form." and then in Psalm 34:5, "Look Him in the face - you'll glisten with GOD. You'll gleam, your face will scream, "GOD!" 2Cor. 3:18, "We've got our masks off; GOD's brilliance is bounding off our faces! We're a glow from knowing Him!" Quote taken from Rob Lacey.

"The whole earth is full of His Glory!" Isaiah 6:3) No more night! No lamps; Not even sunlight is required! Master GOD engulfs them with Light. We are now at the threshold of the second of two notes written by the author of the Mirror Study Bible, a Bible like no other because it takes the redeemed and restored mindset approach to the Scriptures. A Bible style like that I myself would have written after doing the deep dive kind of researching of the Scriptures. And the Secret Things of GOD, spoken of in Deuteronomy 29:29 and the Mystery's of Jesus, that were in a limited fashion of reveal speaking because He was under restraint of the Psalms and the Prophets. Now for the "Splendor of the Gates - the redeemed beauty of the Bride." Preparing the way for chapter 22 and a new revealing.


Splendor of the Gates - the redeemed beauty of the Bride:

Revelation 21:18-22, "And the structure (the city cube) of its wall were of jasper; And the city was pure gold, like pure crystalline glass. And the thresholds of every gate in the wall of this city were beautifully adorned with every precious stone. The first threshold, jasper; The second, sapphire; The third, chalcedony; The fourth, emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; The sixth, sadius; The seventh, chrysolite; The eighth, beryl; The ninth, topaz; The tenth, chrysoprasus; The eleventh, [1] hyacinth; The twelfth, amethyst. (see note on Hyacinth in Rev. 9:17) And each one of the twelve gates were an individual giant pearl. And the streets of this city are purest gold like transparent crystalline glass. And I saw no temple in it, for the LORD GOD, the Supreme power vest in the Lamb, is its Temple." (The twelve gems correspond closely with the twelve gem stones on the breastplate of the priest's of Exodus 28:17, and 39:10. The Hebrew term for the breastplate (H2833), חֹשֶׁן, chôshen (hosen), describes its appearance, probably derived from the same source as the Arabic (hasuna), which means "to be beautiful" see Ezra 28:12-13.

Exodus 24:10 "And they saw the GOD of Israel; And there was under his feet as it were a pavement of sapphire stone, like the very heaven for its transparency."

Isaiah 54:10-14 "'For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but My steadfast Agape shall not depart from you, and My covenant of Peace shall not be removed, says the LORD, who has compassion on you. O, afflicted one, storm-tossed, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires. I will make your pinnacles of rubes, and your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones. All your sons shall be taught by the LORD (Hos. 6:1-3), and great shall be the prosperity of your sons. in His righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.'"

Everything lost (hidden within us by the actions of) Adam and woman (Eve) is Now fully redeemed in the (Ekklesia) Bride.

A graphic narrative is recorded on the perfect beauty of mankind in the garden of Eden and their fall from grace and glory into the Prostitute-mindset-systems of the DIY - Tree. Looking to Ezekiel 28:12-19, "You were  the signet of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of GOD (speaking of the fallen angel known as Satan); Every precious stone was your covering, carnelian, topaz, and jasper, chrysolite, beryl, and onyx, sapphire, carbuncle, and emerald; And wrought in gold were your settings and your engravings. On the day that you were created they were prepared. With an anointed guardian cherub I placed you; You were on the holy mountain of GOD; In the midst of the stones of fire you walked. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you. In the abundance of your trade [see note on the currency of sin-consciousness at the end of Rev. 13] you were filled with violence, and you sinned; So I cast you as a profane thing from the mountain of GOD, and the guardian cherub drove you out from the midst of the stones of fire. Your heart was proud because of your beauty; You corruption because your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the (earth's) ground; I exposed you before kings, to feast their eyes on you. By the multitude of your iniquities, in the unrighteousness of your trade you profaned your sanctuaries; So I brought forth fire from the midst of you; It consumed you, and I turned you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who saw you. All who you among the peoples are appalled at you; You have come to a dreadful end and shall be no more for ever." (See the note on the Lake of Fire at the end of Rev. 19. also the notes on the Sword of the LORD, Rev. 2:16 and 1:16, The sword would always point back to mankind's original identity. The Hebrew word in Genesis 3:24, [where the cherub with the flaming sword was positioned at the Eastern Gate of Eden] (H2015) הָפַךְ, hâphak, is of a primitive root; meaning to turn about; By implication to change, to return, to be converted, turn back. Also in the Septuagint the same thought is communicated in the Greek word, strepho, which is the strengthened form of the base word, tropay; To turn around or reverse: - convert, turn again, back again, to turn self about! As seen in Luke 15, where the prodigal son returns to himself - Plato is quoted by Ackerman [Christian Element in Plato] as thinking of redemption as coming to oneself! To awaken to our true estate of the flesh ruled life verses our original design of a spirit life.

In the symbolic language the judgment of the Dragon, the beast and the Whore; The counterfeit Trinity, is not a judgment against an entity (humanity), but against a corrupt mindset-system. A virus doesn't have a life system of its own - it requires a host!) (The Mirror, with editing.)

With the last portion we find that our "judgement of a wrong mindset" is not a judgment of a person, but rather a personality, as so many wrongly say; But is rather against that which has already been judged. We then exercise discernment.

The New Heaven and Earth:
(The Kingdom that cannot be Broken)

2Corinthians 5:17, "The old things have passed away, behold, everything has become new!" [Rev. 21:4, "He wipes every tear from their eyes and [1]blots out every hurtful memory! And death shall be no more. Nor any association with it; No more mourning and bitter weeping nor any reference to pain! For the former things have passed away!" ( The word, [1, G1813, is from G1537 and G218 ] exaleipho, means to erase tears, pardon sin, comes from (G1537) ek, out of, and (G218 from G1 (as a particle of union) and the base of G3045) aleipho, anoint, with (G1) a, as a particle of union, and (G3045) liparos, to grease, to leave a stain; Scars of hurtful experiences were like grease stains stored in memory.)]

Revelation 21:3-4, "And a glorious announcement was heralded out of the Throne, "Behold, GOD's tabernacle is with the human race!" He has taken up permanent residence in human skin to be with them in the closest possible association of oneness. They are His own possession: His tribe and He is their GOD inseparably entwined within them. ( Rev. 7:15, "Standing free and forgiven in their redeemed innocence and union, face to face (again as in the beginning, as seen in Gen. 2) before the Throne of GOD, they are fully engaged, day and night in their priestly service of worship in the inner sanctuary." The one seated on the Throne is their tabernacle - He shelters them with His presence.) He wipes every tear from their eyes and blots out every hurtful memory! And death shall be no more. Nor any association with it; No more mourning and bitter weeping nor any reference to pain! For the former things have passed away!"

Isaiah 25:6-8, "The LORD of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; A banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, and refined, aged wine. And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil/vail (H4541) which was stretched over all Nations. He will swallow up death for all time, and the LORD GOD will wipe tears away from all faces, and He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; For the LORD has spoken.....Holman Christian Standard Bible. 

Isaiah 25:7 again, "On this mountain, He will swallow up the burial shroud that enfolds/engulfs all peoples (John 11:44), the vail/veil that is spread over all Nations---"

Isaiah 51:11, "And the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with singing; Everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away."

Observes Socrates, "How thrice happy of mortals, who, having had these ends in view, depart to hades; For them alone it is given there to live; But to others, all things there are evil" (Fragmented). And Euripides: "The dead, tear-less, forgets his pain."

Revelation 7:16-17, "Here there is no memory of hunger or thirst or a scorching sun to plague them!" (Isaiah 49 is fulfilled! see Isa. 49:6, 10, "I will give you as a light to the Nations, that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth. The tribes of Judah as prophetic pointer to the entire population of the planet are gathered as one in worship.....They shall not hunger or thirst, neither scorching wind nor sun shall smite them, for he who has pity on them will lead them, and by springs of water will guide them.") For the little Lamb who occupies the center stage of the Throne will Shepherd them and lead them beside living springs of pure water and GOD shall [1, reference to 21:4]blot out every hurtful memory of the tears they have cried! ( A similar scene is set here to mirror the historic deliverance of Israel out of (their mental) slavery in the build-up to the first prophetic Passover - this time the dramatic symbolism pictured reflects the final Passover and the slain Lamb on the Throne addressing and bringing closure and conclusion to the many ideas of judgment so deeply entrenched in the Jewish mind (this includes the religious world as well, those under the vail) and consciousness. Their stories and symbolic prophetic pictures are repeated again and again, waging war against their perceived reasoning and philosophies portrayed in their own historic priesthood and altar services. 




The number seven brings out the varied forms as well as their essential oneness; Whether the "seven Spirits of GOD;" The "seven churches," the "seven horns" and "seven eyes" of the Lamb, the "seven seals," the "seven trumpets," and the "seven bowls.")

Revelation 21:5-6, "And the one seated on the Throne said, 'Behold, I make all things New! And he instructed me to write, because these words are true and to be relied on! ( see Isaiah 43:18, 'Do not remember former things, not consider the things of old.') And He said to me, 'everything is Now [1]fully accomplished. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the sum total of the entire prophetic conversation concerning humanity's redemption. I am both the origin and the conclusion of all things. Anyone thirsty can come and drink freely from the gift of the waters of Life from its source!'" ( The word, [1, G1096] gegonan is from (G1096) ginomai, to make or given birth, is in the Perfect Active Indicative Tense denoting an action which is completed in the past, but the effects of which are regarded as continuing into the present. Isaiah 55:1-3, "Ho, every one who thirsts, come to the waters; And he who has no money, come buy and eat! Come, buy wine and the finest wheat without money and without price. Why do you spend your money for what is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? hearken diligently to Me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in fatness. Incline your ear, and come to Me: hear, that your soul may live: And I will make with you an everlasting covenant, My steadfast, sure Agape for David.") (The Mirror, with editing.)

We are about to fulfill our calling to put the Scriptures together that the LORD spoke within my wife and I back in the middle 80's, while we were in prayer with a few others that evening. It was during that prayer time that He told us we would be taught by Himself within our four walls. This took place before in the late 80's that He impressed upon me that He would take His ministry through me to the Nations of the World, this He has also fulfilled with little or no effort on my part. Okay, here goes a fresh look at Hebrews chapter 12 which carries a heading of "A Kingdom That Cannot Be Shaken" in one of my many Study Bibles.

New Heaven and Earth:
(The Kingdom that cannot be Broken)

Hebrews 12:22-29; Isaiah 9:6-7, "By contrast, we have been welcomed into an invisible mount Zion; The city of Peace (New Jerusalem), the residence of the Living GOD, the festive assemblage of an innumerable Angelic host! We are participating with a mass in joint-celebration of heavenly and earthly beings; The true Ekklesia-church of the first born (those of their union in the awakening of resurrection and ascension power and authority of the LORD's victory) mirror-inscribed in the heavenlies. (Of our true original identity, [1, G1577 from a compound of G1537 and a derivative of G2564; a calling out, (Christian community of awakened members on earth or Saints in heaven or both)], ekklesia, from (G1537) ek, a preposition that always denotes origin, and (G2564) kaleo, meaning to identify by name, to be surname], is endorsed by Jesus, patterned in Him, the first born from the dead,,,,ie. born from above. This kept secret by man's imaginary devilish religions, broken into denominations and its many figure systems, and withheld from the masses of human beings under its spell of falseness, lies and doctrines of demon and devils. Directed from the pit wherein these spirits are held. The powers and principalities against the which the true Ekklesia Now stands.) Jesus is the spokesman and arbitrator of the New Testament order. His blood signature sanctions humanity's innocence. This a complete new language that communicates better things, in that it is the very substance of what was spoken in the shadow-type message of the blood sacrifice that Abel brought. (Abel's faith was a prophetic introduction to the sacrificial shadow system of the Old Covenant. Jesus is the substance of things hoped for! Heb. 11:4, "It was faith made the difference between the sacrifices of Abel and Cain, and confirmed Abel's righteousness.GOD bore witness to righteousness as a gift rather than a reward! Even though Abel was murdered, his faith still has a most relevant prophetic voice.") If Jesus is the crescendo of GOD's final message to humanity, we cannot afford to politely excuse ourselves from this conversation. Consider the prominent place that Moses played in the history of Israel: If you think that Moses or any of the Prophets who spoke with authority on earth deserve honor, how much more should this word that GOD declared from heaven concerning our renewed sonship, and our redeemed innocence and mindset reveal in the Messiah Himself, deserve our undivided attention! Especially, when He introduced the prophetic shadow of what was to come (of the Law system), His voice visibly shook the earth. (Ex. 19:18) But now the Messiah has come ( He is the desire of the Nations; He is what heaven and earth were waiting for [Hag. 2:6-7]) The voice of GOD (articulated in Christ's birth, life, ministry, death, and resurrection) has rocked not only the systems on the earth, but also every unseen principality in the heavens, to their very foundations! In the words of the Prophet, "Yet once more will I shake every unstable system of man's efforts to rule himself" ( in Ps. 102:26-27, Eze. 21:27) GOD clearly indicated His plan to remove the old and replace it with the New. The second shaking supersedes any other significance of the first shaking. Then it was a physical quaking of the earth; Now the very foundations of every man-made system will be shaken to the core while the heavens were impacted by the announcement of His permanent rule on earth as it is mirrored in heaven. We are fully associated in this immovable Kingdom; An authority that cannot be challenged or contradicted. Our participation echoes grace (and not pleasing, to accommodate yourselves in obedience) as we [1]accommodate ourselves to GOD's delight, by yielding in awe to His embrace. ( The word, [1, G2102, from G2101 euarestos, fully agreeable, from G2095 eu, of a primary word εὖς eus (good) and G701 arestos, agreeable; by implication fit.] euaresto, means well pleasing, to accommodate oneself to GOD's delight.) His zeal for humanity burns within us like a fire. (Deu. 4:24 and Luke 24:32)

Isaiah 9:6-7, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder, and His name will be called, "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty GOD, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." On the increase of His government and of peace there will be no end, upon the Throne of David, and over His kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth-ward and for evermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this." (The Mirror, with editing.)

Now is the time now is the reason for this fire to burn within all called out ones, the Saints of the LORD. (2Cor. 6:11-7:3)

We shall the LORD willing pick up the flow with 2Corinthians 5 in our next visit. Now may He who "ISh," bring all things together for His purpose within us.

We are and have been since 2007 been digging into the Secret Things of Deuteronomy 29:29 and what Jesus called the Mysteries in Matthew 13:11's mysteries and Mark 4:11 Mystery. Like a skilled researcher we have been digging throughout the text of Scripture to find all things hidden about the Christ and while doing so we have discovered many other things of interest for us all. And Not like a Bible School (college or university) taught theologian, who have a good business education, who  become a person of letters.


The New heaven and New Earth:

Revelation 20:10-11, 4, "The Devil, who led them ( as recorded in Genesis 3, Adam and woman, after words the humanity of this world) astray will be hurled into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone where his puppet partners, the Beast and the False Prophet have already been confined to. Day and Night they will be the subject of GOD's [1]touchstone for the ages of the ages - the very atmosphere of the entire universe will be thoroughly fumigated from any evidence of Satanas' existence. (see the notes on the [1] touchstone in Rev. 14:10 shared elsewhere in this blog) And I (John) saw a huge white Throne and it was as if heaven and earth fled away from the presence of the one seated upon this Throne and its place was never found again. ( Daniel 2:34-35, Rev. 12:8, This means that there is no accusation in the heavens or upon the earth that could possibly stand in the presence of the Lamb, the One seated on this Throne of Judgment judges in Righteousness - His Throne gives testimony to all of humanity's redeemed acquittal. see Hebrews 1:3, "Having made purification/sanctification of sin(s) He sat down." There exists no more evidence that could be brought from any sphere or dimension that could possibly testify against the human race - Acts 17, "The GOD of Creation has overlooked the times of ignorance and Now urgently persuades all of  His Humanity everywhere to awaken in their understanding to this fact of their total innocence - He appointed a day and a person (Deu. 18:15-19, with its wronging 20-22) and on that day and in that person GOD judged the world in righteousness and of this he was given proof by raising Jesus from the dead! The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the official receipt and verification confirming all of humanity's restored/renewed/regenerated innocence! Romans 4:25. The entire universe Now bears witness to humanity's redeemed state of innocence.).....I saw thrones and those seated on these throne have been given judgment. They are the souls/spirits who didn't worship the Beast or it image (Dan. 2) , and did not take his mark (corrupted mindset, a willful action of rebellion, resistance, delusion) in their foreheads or on their (implanted in) hands. The system of the Beast [1]axed them because of the Testimony of Jesus and because of the Word (revelation) of GOD, since they didn't fit into the religious mold! They are the living beings, joined together in the Christ Life, reigning from their joint-seatedness in the Throne of the Lamb for a thousand years. (see the note on the thousand years of chapter 20, in part 1 of 3. In Rev. 1:2, John gave accurate evidence to the Word of GOD and the Testimony of Jesus Christ, exactly as he saw it. [It is this Testimony of Jesus Christ that is the context of the prophetic word.] The word, [1, G3990 from a derivative of G4141 plēssō, as a potter pounds the clay and G4111 plasso, to mold] pelekizo, to cut off, from (G4111) plasso, to form, mold something from clay, wax, etc. - used of a potter - they would not be molded into a distorted mindset or image. Rev. 21:1, Mat. 19:28, "Jesus said to them, 'Truly, I say to you, in the (1) rebooting/regeneration of mankind, when the Son of man shall sit on His glorious Throne, you who have followed Me (He did not disclose what the Nations of humanity would be, because He was under restraint of the Law, Psalms and Prophets) will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.'" The word, (1, G3824 παλιγγενεσία, rebirth, is from G3825 and G1078 ) paliggenesia, suggests a complete restoration to our original identity, in modern terms a rebooting. From (G3825) palin, the idea of oscillatory repetition, anew and (G1078) genesis, means nativity, genesis, our life source, as seen in Gen. 1:26-27.) (The Mirror, with editing.)

With our next visit we shall, the LORD willing, begin with a look again at Hebrews 12. Until then  may our LORD GOD awaken all of the world to His truth, light and justice by pushing out of the corrupted mindset to delusional thinking of those not yet awakened.

With this posting we will finish our look at the mystery of the New Jerusalem come down out of the heavens above. Picking back up at verse 22. And the cities source of Light, which by the way is also our source, the glory within all of humanity. That is in many and is busting at our seams to come out for all to see.


New Jerusalem:

Revelation 21:22-27 "And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life." (KJV)

Revelation 21:22-27 "And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it, and its gates will never be shut by day—and there will be no night there. They will bring into it the glory and the honor of the nations. But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life." (ESV)

Revelation 21:22-27, "I saw no temple in it, for the LORD GOD, the supreme power vested in the Lamb, is its temple. (The entire city is Now one Holy Temple of GOD. We are made kings and priests. Rev. 1:6, 21:3, "And glorious announcement was heralded out of the Throne, 'Behold, GOD's tabernacle is with the Human Race'" He has taken up permanent residence in humanity's skin to be with them in the closest possible association of seamless unity and oneness. Also Rev. 7:15, "The one seated upon the Throne is their tabernacle - He shelters them with His presence." It is almost unspeakable that of all the Biblical themes GOD has revealed, that He could now choose from to celebrate the central authority of the Throne Room, He chose the Lamb! Humanity's redeemed innocence is the theme of the Throne of heaven, forever! "Having accomplished purification of sin(s), He sat down......" His Throne is proof of humanity's redeemed innocence and status Now! Heb. 1:3.) And the city has no need of the sun, nor of the moon, that they might shine in it, for the glory of GOD illuminates it; The lamb is its lamp. And the Nations will conduct their lives in the Lamb's light; And the kings of the earth bring their glory [their people] into her. (Erasmus added, "of the ones saved" and so did innumerable editors, evidently following His authority without any further examination! Codex 1 dates from the 11th or 12th century, which Erasmus used in making his Greek text. The words, "of the ones saved" eventually became part of the Textus Receptus and were translated into the KJV and the NKJV. These words were not in the older manuscripts! Again a manipulation of the text in order to exclude the majority of the masses who didn't know or responded to the Good news! This reminds of a similar miss-translation of Isaiah 35:8, 10, "The highway in the wilderness will be called the Highway of holiness! It will be so obvious that no "unclean person" will miss it! Not even fools will get lost. This is their way of escape! Their salvation from the wilderness of their lost-ness!....And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with singing; Everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away!" See the beautiful context! Isaiah 35:1-6, "The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad, the desert shall rejoice and blossom; Like the crocus it shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the LORD, the majesty of our GOD. Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who are of a fearful heart, "Be strong, fear not! Behold, our GOD will come and save you." Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped; Then shall the lame man leap like a hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing for joy. For waters shall break forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert!") And your gates will be open continually! day or night they'll never be shut. (see Isaiah 60:11 and Zech. 14:7) And they will bring the glory and the honor of the Nations into her. The Nations will discover their redeemed, authentic doxa-identity and priceless value in the light of the Lamb! And no-one classified as [1]common will enter into her, nor anyone making an abomination or a lie; But only the ones whose lives are defined in the Lamb's Book of Life. That which were common, abominable and the fruit of deception were all dealt with in the Lamb's doing! Now, the Lamb's Book of Life defines us and never again our own doing! (The word, [1, G2839] koinos, means profane: - common, defiled, unclean, unholy, to have all things in common; [Acts 2:44, 4:32] reminds of the word, koinonia. But koinos, in this context, means common - non Jewish - often referring to the nations - see Acts 10:14-15, 28, "But Peter said, "No, Lord; For I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean." And the voice came back to him again a second time, 'What GOD has cleaned, you must not call common.'....and he (Peter) said to them, "You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a jew to associate with or to visit any one of another nation; But GOD has shown me that I should not call anyone common or unclean! Behold the Lamb of GOD who took away the sin of the world!!

Here John clearly records that the nations and their kings have been equally cleansed and embraced in innocence and are equally part of the Bride! Their old Jewish fears, perceptions and definitions have all been conclusively addressed!

Also Ephesians 3:14-15, "Overwhelmed by what grace communicates, I bow my knee in awe before Father. Every family in heaven and on the earth originated in Him; His is humanity's name and he remains the authentic identity of every Nation."

Isaiah saw the new Jerusalem-Bride in the context of the powerful prophetic salvation poetry recorded in Isa. 52:53-54.

Isaiah 52:1, "Awaken, awaken; Put on thy strength, O Zion; Put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean...(Notice to lack of the word, repent and any of its forms here. Addressing the city of Jerusalem in the feminine singular in Hebrew. The Jewish narrative explains the entire context of the Gospel!) (The Mirror, with editing.)

The LORD is in the process of revealing all that humanity aught to be and become these days by showing the divide that is fictitiously dividing humanity and the Nations. But we are not about this for we are looking into the deep things of Christ's Revelation and now the city hidden from vision in the heavenly realm, giving a description of it, and more.


New Jerusalem:

Revelation 21:15-21 "And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass. And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst. The wall was built of jasper, while the city was pure gold, like clear glass. The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with every kind of jewel. The first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth onyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates made of a single pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass." (ESV)

Revelation 21:15-21, "The one speaking with me had a golden reed wherewith to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. And the city was structured in a perfect quadrangular cube. And he measured the city with this reed at twelve thousand stadia; Its length and width and height are equal. (As eight furlongs make a mile, the extent of the walls, therefore, must have been three hundred and seventy-five miles each. [15000 miles divided by 4]. The symbolism of this picture emphasizes that its height, three hundred and seventy-five miles, suggests a fusion with the heavens, and is equal to its width and length. [Earth's atmosphere is about 300 miles.] The vertical dimensions equal  the horizontal dimensions - the bride-city's relationship with the Bridegroom in her fusion with heaven equally translates to he horizontal relationships on earth. A perfect cube like the Holy of Holies in Solomon's temple. 1Kings 6:19-20.

Adam Clarke suggests that, "the quadrangular form intimates its perfect and stability, for the square figure was a figure of perfection among the Greeks; τετράγωνος, the square or cubical man, was, with them, a man of unsullied integrity, perfect in all things.") And he also measured its wall, a hundred and forty four cubits; His measure was the stature of a man which is the measure of the prophetic Shepherd-Messenger [The Incarnate Messiah]. ( Eph. 4:13, ...."to bring everyone into the realization of the fullness of the measure of Christ in them!" The word, xristos, the Anointed one, is from (G5548) χρίω chrio, to smear or rub with oil, to anoint; To draw the hand over, to measure; Form (G5495) χείρ cheir, hand. [We still measure the height of horses by hand - ie. "A seventeen hand horse!"] See also the Hebrew for Messiah (H4899), mashach, to draw the hand over, to measure! [Analytical Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon, B Daidson] In Jesus Christ, GOD has measured humanity innocent, He is the blueprint of our original design! Christ in us defines who we all are! He measures our true identity, our sonship that never was broken, our true value, our innocence and our royalty.

And the structure of its wall was jsper; And the city pure gold, like pure glass. And the thresholds of every gate in the wall of the city was beautifully adorned with every precious stone: The first threshold, jasper; The seond, sapphire; The third, chalcedony; The fourth, emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; The sixth, sardius; The seventh, chrysolite; The eighth, beryl; The ninth, topaz; The tenth, chrysoprasus; The eleventh, [1, (G5192)]hyacinth; The twelfth, amethyst. (The twelve gems correspond closely with the twelve stones on the priest's breastplate, of Ex. 28:17-20, 39:10. The Hebrew term for the breastplate, (H2833) חֹשֶׁן chôshen (hosen), appears to be named from its appearance, probably derived from the same source as Arabic (hasuna), meaning "to be beautiful." see Ez. 28:12-13. see the note on The splendor of the Gates - The redeemed beauty of the Bride at the end of this chapter.) We are looking at the things that have commonly been over looked or misunderstood by the religious theologians, within the context of John's Revelation of Christ and all that is "CHRIST." Much of which is taken from the Old Testament and not properly applied to this book by gross misunderstandings; Because of its symbolism and Jewish language, making use of picture talk and the old mythology, customs and traditions of the Jewish and pagan past. All of which GOD in His Wisdom is now opening up for the world to see and hear like never before in humanity's history. Today's subject begins with a look to the New Jerusalem.


New Jerusalem:

Revelation 21:9-14 "And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb." (KJV)

Revelation 21:9-14, "And one of the seven angels, having the seven vessels being filled with the seven last wounds, came to me and spoke thusly to me, saying, "Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife." (The (G3564 a primary but obsolete verb νύπτω nuptō (to veil as a bride; compare the Latin “nupto,” to marry) numphe, Bride, is placed in sharp contrast with the (G4204 feminine of G4205 pornos, from πέρνημι pernēmi (to sell, to traffic)porne, Harlot, see same setting in Rev. 17:1, also Rev. 15:6-7, "And the seven Shepherd-Messengers representing the seven wounds proceeded out of the inner shrine being arrayed in spotlessly clean linen shining with the radiant brightness of a precious stone and with golden girdles wrapped around their chests. And one of the four living creatures gave each of the Shepherd-Messengers a typical temple vessel; A broad shallow saucer of pure gold, filled with the coals from the bronze altar where the Lamb was sacrificed - this is the passion of GOD. These golden fare-pans were loaded with the entire meaning of the sacrifice! This golden saucer was for the purpose of carrying fire, in order to burn incense on the day of Atonement once a year in the ultimate place of worship.) He carried me away in spirit onto a great and high mountain, and pointed out to me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from GOD. (see Ezra 40:2. See the language of Rev. 17:7.) Possessing the glory of GOD her radiance resembled a very precious and flawless jasper stone, transparent like crystal.  She had an impressive high wall with twelve gates and the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel inscribed in them. (see Eze. 48:31-34, the gates of the city being named after the tribes of Israel.) From the east, three gates; From the north, three gates; From the south, three gates; and from the west, three gates. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations or thresholds to the gates, and in them the names of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb. (see Ephesians 2:17-22, "On that basis He made His public appearance, proclaiming the Good News of peace to the entire human race; Both those who felt left out in the cold (as far as the promises and covenants were concerned), as well as to those who were near all along (because of their Jewish identity). Because of Christ both Jew and Gentile now enjoying equal access to their Father in one Spirit. The conclusion is clear; You are no longer frowned upon as a foreigner; You are where you belong and are part of an intimate family! Your lives now give tangible definition/expression to the spiritual structure, having been built into it by GOD upon the foundation that the Prophets and Apostles proclaimed. The first evidence of this building is Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone. (He is that Rock, the visible testimony to the restoration image and likeness of GOD in human form, of Genesis 1:26-27, 2:7.) In Him everyone of us are like [1]living Lego blocks fitted together of the same fabric (1, conversation), giving ever [2]increasing articulation to a global mobile [3]sanctuary intertwined in the LORD. (The word, [1, G4883] sunarmologeo, comes from sun, meaning abiding, seamless union, and harmo meaning harmony, and logeo, meaning conversation. The word, [2, G387] auxano, means to grow, expanding growth, not stagnant. The word, [3, G3485 from a primary word ναίω naiō (to dwell)] naos, is translated as the most sacred dwelling space.) In Him we are co-constructed together as GOD's permanent spiritual residence. We are GOD's address! As light merges from two directions to form One Ray or sharp beam a lazier of bright intensity. Revelation 21:5-8, 17:4, "And the One seated on the Throne said, 'Behold, I make all things new!' And He instructed me to write, because these words are true and to be relied on! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the sum total of the entire prophetic conversation concerning humanity's redemption. I am both the origin and the conclusion of all things. Anyone thirsty can come and drink freely from the gift of the waters of life direct from its source! Rev. 17:4, "The woman was draped in purple and scarlet fabric, festooned and sprinkled with golden glitter and ornaments; She was elaborately decorated with gold, precious stones and pearls. Holding a golden chalice in her hand, brimming with defiling obscenities, and the stench of her impurities. We are deep into the revealings of GOD's Secret's (Deu. 29:29) and Jesus' mysteries (Mark 4:11) that are contained within words and phrases, meanings, in the Scriptures. That are often over looked by religions theologians and us common everyday Bible readers. That is until the risen Lord/LORD Jesus appears to us or from within the depth of our being asks a question or shows us a vision, all dealing with our, until then, unknown relationship with Him. Much similar to the question asked of the disciples in Matthew 16 or the appearance to Saul of Tarsus on the Damascus road in Acts 2 or how about the two disciples who were walking home when He appeared to them after His resurrection in Mark 16. Chapter 21 begins with a vision of a New Heaven and Earth and so I shall use that as my introduction.


The New Heaven and Earth:

Revelation 21:1-4 "And I John saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; And there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. Revelation 21:1-4, "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the age of the previous heaven and earth has passed away. Also the sea was no longer present. ( Isaiah 65:17, "For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former things shall not be remembered or come into mind." see the note on the New Heaven and Earth at the end of this chapter.) Rev. 7:15, Standing free and forgiven in their redeemed innocence and union, face to face before the Throne of GOD, they are fully engaged, day and night in their priestly service of worship in the inner sanctuary. The one seated upon the Throne is their tabernacle - He shelters them with His presence. [2, G 4862], sun, means union, a primary preposition denoting union; with or together.) He wipes every tear from their eyes and [1]blots out every hurtful memory! And death shall be no more. Nor any association with it; No more mourning and bitter weeping nor any reference to pain! For the former things have all passed away!" (The word, [1, G1813, from G1537 and G218 with G1 ] exaleiphō, obliterate, wipe away, comes from (G1537) ek, out of, and (G218 from G1 (as a particle of union) and the base of G3045) aleiphō, anoint, with (G1) a, as a particle of union, and (G3045 from λιπος lipos) liparos, to grease, to leave a stain; Scars of hurtful experiences were like grease stains stored in memory. "The Secrets of GOD," as revealed by John in the Revealtion of Christ, chapter 20's hidden insights, part 3 of 3b, with a renewed mind and our victory as foretold.

We are looking at the author's notes on Revelation 20 and with this posting we should finish them with a look at Romans 11.


Israel:

Romans 11:1-4, 9-12, 24-33, "I (Paul) want to make it clear that I am not saying that GOD rejected Israel, my own life bears witness to that, and I am as Jewish as you can get; You can trace me back to Benjamin and Abraham. GOD did not push His people aside; His reference is His knowledge of them before they rejected Him. Scripture accounts occasions where GOD had abundant reason to abandon Israel. Elijah hits out against them and lists their sins to persuade GOD to utterly cast them off. (G4267 proginosko - to know in advance, is from G4253 pro, prior to, and G1097 ginōskō, to know, understand, to perceive) "LORD, they butchered Your Prophets, and undermined Your provision through the sacrificial altar; I am the only one left and scared to death." (1Kings 19:14) Yet GOD answered him in a completely different tone, 'You are counting wrong, you are not alone; I have seven times a thousand on reserve who have not bowed the knee to Baal. They have not exchanged Me for a foreign owner.'" (Seven times a thousand refers to a innumerable amount and not to an exact 7000 people. The Hebrew word "Baal" means owner, husband or master [1Kings 19:18]).....
David saw how the very table of blessing had become a stumbling block to them through their ignorance. The table of the LORD is the prophetic celebration of the sacrificed Lamb, where GOD Himself provides redemption according to the promise; Yet therein they were trapped and snared and they stumbled by their own unbelief. Now their only reward is the table they set for themselves. ([Ps. 69]. Commentary by John Gill: "....the table may be called altar." 'You put unclean bread on My altar. And you say, "How have we made it unclean?" By your saying, the table of the Lord is of no value!' [Mat. 1:7]
The sacrifices offered up upon "the table," their meat offerings and drink offerings, and all others, likewise the Laws concerning the differences of meats and indeed the whole ceremonial Law which lay in meats and drinks and such like things; Now the Jews are placing their justifying righteousness before GOD, in the observance of these rites and ceremonies, and imagining that by these sacrifices their sins are really expiated and atones for; They neglected and submitted not to the righteousness of Christ, but went about to establish their own so that which should have led them to Christ became a handwriting of ordinances against them, and rendered Christ of no value or effect to them. Moreover, the sacred writings, which are full of spiritual food and divine refreshment, the prophecies of the Old Testament which clearly pointed out Christ, are not understood but misapplied by them, (and those who choose to follow in their path,) and proves to be a trap, a snare, and a stumbling block to them.") This is the penalty of their disbelief; Eyes that constantly fail to focus on the fact that Christ took their burdens and Now their backs are still bending to the point of breaking under the strain of their own burdens. Does this mean that the Jews are beyond redemption? Is their stumbling permanent? No! May it never be too late for them. Their failure emphasizes their inclusion with the Gentile nations. May it only prove to be their wake-up call. If their stumbling enriches the rest of the world and their lack empowers the Gentiles, how much more significant will their realizing their completeness to be? You were cut out of the unfruitful olive tree and were grafted into the stock of the original tree (the vine is the LORD) . How much more will these natural branches be grafted again into their original identity. Do not be ignorant then of this mystery of their temporal exclusion; Their blindness opened your own eyes to the fullness of GOD's plan for the whole world (of humanity). Once the nation realizes the full extent of their inclusion, then all Israel shall be saved. Just as it is written prophetically, "There shall come a Deliverer out of Zion (Psa.14:7, 106:47; Isa. 11:11-16, 54:6-10, 59:20) ; He shall turn ungodliness away from Jacob (Mat.1:21; Acts 3:26; Titus 2:14). 'For this is My covenant with them that I shall take away their sins.' ("'And as a Savior He will come to Zion, turning away sin from Jacob, says the LORD.' [Is. 59:20] "'And as for Me, this is My agreement with them, says the LORD: My Spirit which is in you, and My words which I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouth of your children, or from the mouth of your children's children, says the LORD, from Now and for the ages to come.'" [Is. 59:21]) In your estimation they appear to be enemies of the gospel, but their Father's Agape for them has not changed. He knows their original worth. For GOD's Grace gifts and His persuasion of humanity's original identity are irrevocable. (G2564 kaleo - to surname, to identify by name.) In days gone by, you did not believe GOD; Yet in a sense Israel's unbelief opened the door for your realization of GOD's mercies. Now you are returning the favor as it were; Your testimony of His Mercies extends an opportunity to them to turn from their unbelief and embrace His Mercy. Oh, how amazing is the depth of the wealth of GOD's wisdom and knowledge. The understanding of His judgments can only be sourced in a conversation that originates from above; also His ways are only accessed in the footprints of His thoughts." ( The word, (G419 ἀνεξερεύνητος anexereunetos, is from (G1 a ), (as a negative particle) and a presumed derivative of G1830 exereunaō , from G1537 and G2045) , G1 ana, upwards and (G1830) exereunao, to search out [1Peter 1:10] is from (G1537) ek, meaning source, and (G2046) ereo, to utter, to speak -- [only here and in Eph. 3:8] Again the next word begins with the preposition ana - (G421 from G1 ana, up wards, (as a negative particle) and a presumed derivative of a compound of G1537 and a derivative of G2487) ἀνεξιχνίαστος anexichniastos and (G1537) ek, source and (G2487) ichnos, a footprint. Sadly, both of these words have been wrongly translated to suggest that it is impossible to explain GOD's decisions or to understand His ways! Sounds like Isaiah 55:8-9 until verse 10 comes to the rescue! 'BUT! Just as the rain (grace) and snow come down from heaven [from above] and saturate the soil (human soul/heart - the awakened spirit/seed of GOD's image and likeness with All), SO shall My Word be!' The Incarnation is the key to understanding GOD's thoughts and His ways!) (The Mirror, with editing.)

With this visit to Revelation chapter 20's notes we find ourselves looking at Romans 9 beginning with the 10th verse and its dealings and treatment of revealings with Israel.


Israel:

Romans 9:10-14, 25-33, "Rebecca and Isaac also conceived, consistent with the promise, to further prove the point of faith versus performance. GOD spoke to Rebecca while the twins were still in her womb. Nothing distinguished them in terms of good looks or performance ( except the fact that the one would be born minutes before the other, which would give him 1st born preference, according to human tradition). It was recorded to emphasize the principle of [1] faith-identity as the ultimate value above any preference according to the flesh. (The word often translated as "election" is the word [1, G1589 from G1586 eklegomai, to elect, middle voice from G1537 and G3004] ekloge, it comes from ( G1537) ek, meaning origin, source, and the word (G3004 ) lego, which is from (G3056) logos, the word, see John 1:1 and 14. Faith nullifies any ground the flesh has to boast in Rom. 3:27.) She was told, 'the elder shall serve the younger.' We would say that Esau had the raw deal; He was disliked while Jacob was favored. (And the LORD said to her, 'Two Nations are in your womb, and two peoples, born of you, shall be divided; The one shall be stronger than the other; The elder shall serve the younger.' [Gen. 25:23] 

The two come out of the same mold; Yet they represent two types of people: one who understands his true identity by faith and one who seeks to identify himself after the flesh. Again, the law of performance verses the law of Faith is emphasized in order to prepare the ground for the promise-principle. Humanity's salvation would be by promise and not by Performance, i.e. it would not be a reward for good behavior. No one will be justified by the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; (G4190) poneros, "evil," full of hardships, annoyances and labor!) To say that GOD is unfair, is to miss the whole point...... Being Jewish or Gentile no longer defines US; GOD's faith defines us. (He "called" US; (G2564) kaleo, to identify us by name, to surname.) Hosea voiced the heart of GOD when he said, "I will call a people without identity, My people, and her who was unloved, My Darling." (Hosea 1:1-2, 2:23; 1Peter 2:10) ( 'Even Esau whom you said that I hated' [ver. 13]. It was common among the Hebrews to use the terms "love" and "hatred" in this comparative sens, where the former implied strong positive attachment, and the latter, not positive hatred, but merely a lesser love, or the withholding of the expressions of affection [compare Gen. 29:30-31; Luke 14:26]) He prophesied that the very same people who were told that they were not GOD's people, will be told that they are indeed the children of the Living GOD. Isaiah wept for Israel: "You might feel lost in the crowd, because your numbers equal the grains of the sand of the sea, but GOD does not abandon the individual." Numbers do not distract GOD's attention from the value of the one. ("Israel maintains this same emphasis: If each grain of sand on the seashore were numbered and the sum labelled "chosen of God." They'd be numbers still, not names; Salvation comes by individuals realization, of their true identity. GOD doesn't just count us; He calls us all by name. Arithmetic is not His focus we are!) For His word will perfect His righteousness without delay; His word is poetry upon the earth. (John 1:1, 14, Rom. 1:16-17) The LORD of the [1]multitudes preserves us a Seed, to rescue us from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. ( From Hebrew, (tsabaoth), meaning a mass of people. [see note on Rom. 3:10 in our section on it elsewhere (earlier) within this blog site] In Genesis 18, Abraham interceded for Sodom and Gomorrah, "If there perhaps are 50 righteous people, will you save the city on their behalf?" He continued to negotiate with GOD, until he's down to "perhaps ten?"....there was none righteous, no not one....." The remnant represents the one Seed that would rescue the mass of humanity! In Romans 5:17, "one man's obedience and act of righteousness, surpasses the effects of a multitude of sins!" If (spiritual) death saw the gap in one sin, and grabbed the opportunity to dominate humanity in Adam, how much more may we now seize the advantage to reign in righteousness in this life through that one action of Christ, who declared us innocent by His Grace. Grace is superior in authority to all transgressions! The single (light beam is dim compared to two joined as one, both become one brighter beam) grain of wheat did not abide alone! [John 12:24] Rom. 5:18-19, states, "The conclusion is clear: it took just one offense to condemn humanity; One act of righteousness declared the same humanity (G1342) innocent/righteous! The disobedience of the one exhibited humanity as sinners; While the obedience of another (second Adam) exhibits humanity as righteous!") This means that the Nations/individuals that stand outside and exclude themselves, exhibit the very Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness through religious disciplines of any kind, have stumbled (pierced themselves through) upon this treasure of faith. Yet Israel who sought to achieve righteousness through keeping the Law, based upon their own discipline and willpower, have failed to gain what they sought/seek. How did they fail? Faith seemed just too good to be true. They were merely more familiar and felt more comfortable with their own futile efforts than what they did with faith. Their faith identity (reflected in Christ, their promised Messiah) was a stone of offense (and it remains so). The conclusion of the prophetic references pointed towards the Rock as the spirit identity of human life. In Their Messiah/Christ, GOD has placed His testimony of humanity's identity in front of their eyes, in Zion, the center of their religious focus, yet, blinded by their own efforts to justify themselves, they tripped over Him. But those who recognized Him by faith, as the Rock from which they are hewn, are freed from the shame of their sense of failure and inferiority. (see Deu. 32:18, "you have forgotten the Rock that birthed you....," and Isaiah 51:1, "Look to the Rock from which you were hewn." It is only in Him that humanity will discover what they are looking for. "Who is the son of man?" Humanity's physical identity is defined by their spiritual awakening to their origin, (Gen. 1:26-27, 2:7), in the image and likeness of GOD, 'I say you are Petros, you are Mr. Rock, a chip of the old block!' [mat. 16:13-19]. Humanity's origin and true identity is preserved and revealed again in the Rock of the ages. The term, "rock" in those days represented what we call the "hard drive" in our computer language; The place where data is securely preserved for a long time. Rock fossils carry the oldest date and evidence of life.) (The Mirror, with editing.)
