The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 9a

I am currently looking into Romans 16:25-27 which states this in the ESV; "Now to Him Who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages  but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, to bring about the obedience of faith— to the only wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! The Amen." In our last meditation we looked at "Divine Abilities" which carries over to "foreordained plan of salvation" of which the old ancient prophets spoke of as a shadowy figure but now made known to those of GOD's salvation.

Foreordained Plan of Salvation;

First Recorded Promise concerning,

Genesis 3:8-19 "They heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden. For the LORD God called to the man and said to him, "Where are you?" And he said, "I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself." He said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?" The man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me fruit of the tree, and I ate." Then the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this that you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate." The LORD God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and above all beasts of the field; on your belly you will go, and dust you will eat all the days of your life. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you will bruise his heel." To the woman HE said, "I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you will bring forth children. Your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you." And to Adam HE said, "Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, 'You will not eat of it,' cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life; thorns and thistles it will bring forth for you; and you shall eat the plants of the field. By the sweat of your face you will eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you will return."

Announced by the Foreknowledge of GOD,

Acts 2:14-21, 22-28 "Peter, standing with the eleven, lifted up his voice and addressed them: "Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and give ear to my words. For these people are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third (9am) hour of the day. But this is what was uttered through the prophet Joel:" 'And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; even on My male servants and female servants in those days I will pour out My Spirit, and they shall prophesy. And I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke; the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day. And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.' (Joel 2:28-32)
"Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know—this Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men. God raised Him up, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for Him to be held by its power. For David says concerning Him, "'I saw the Lord always before me, for He is at my right hand that I may not be shaken; therefore My heart was glad, and My tongue rejoiced; My flesh also will dwell in hope. For You will not abandon My soul to Hades, or let Your Holy One see corruption. You have made known to Me the paths of life; You will make Me full of gladness with Your presence.'" (Psalm 16:8-11, 110:1f)

Based upon the Foreknowledge of GOD,

Romans 8:28-30 "We know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose. For those whom HE foreknew HE also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom HE predestined HE also called, and those whom HE called HE also justified, and those whom HE justified HE also glorified."

The Wisdom of,

1Corinthians 2:6-13 with Ephesians 1:5 "Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away. For we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of GOD, which GOD decreed before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. For, as it is written, "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him (Isaiah 64:4, 65:17)"— these things God has revealed to us through His Spirit. For His Spirit searches everything, even the depths of GOD. For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit Who is God, that we might understand the things freely given us of GOD. And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by His Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual."

Ephesians 1:3-14 "Blessed be the GOD and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as HE chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love HE predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will, to the praise of His glorious grace, with which HE has blessed us in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace, which HE lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of His will, according to His purpose, which HE set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in Himself, things in heaven and things on earth. In Him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him Who works all things according to the counsel of His will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of His glory. In Him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, Who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of His glory."

An Unchanging Purpose,

2Timothy 1:8-14 "Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our LORD, nor of me His prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of GOD, Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of His own purpose and grace, which HE gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began, and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, Who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, for which I was appointed a preacher and apostle and teacher, which is why I suffer as I do. For I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believe, and I am convinced that HE is able to guard[all] until that Day what has been entrusted to me. Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. By the Holy Spirit Who indwells us, guard this good deposit entrusted to you."

Antecedent to Creation,

Titus 1:1-3 "Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the sake of the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth, which accords with godliness, in hope of eternal life, which GOD, Who never lies, promised before the ages began and at the proper time manifested in His word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of GOD our Savior."

Provided for the Sanctification of Believers,

1Peter 1:1-2 "Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who are elect exiles of the Dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, according to the foreknowledge of GOD the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with His blood: May grace and peace be multiplied to you."

At the Beginning Contracted in the Death of Christ,

Revelation 13:7-10 "The dragon that rose from among the nations, out of the sea, was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain. If anyone has an ear, let him hear: If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints."

The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 9

Here we are now some 6000 plus (2000years from creation to Israel 2000 plus years with all things Israel, which includes the synoptic gospels) years from creation and almost 2000 from the giving of the Spirit of GOD to mankind (order in Acts 2) which took place about 30 years after the introduction of John the baptist and the baptism of Jesus. We are about to look at Romans chapter 16 and the mystery of Christ spoken of there. Of all the new witness books which compose the New Testament Romans is by far the most note worthy. We are in the process of what verse 20 of 16 speaks of which is this, "The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you." This is born out in the Revelation of Christ in John's many visions of Revelation. It has been my goal to bring GODS Light and Truth to all who find and read this blog from beginning to its appointed end, which date I am not at this time aware of. For all reveals the deep things of GOD in Christ and as Christ in Jesus. Okay Romans 16: 25-27, the ending of Romans which states this in the ESV; "Now to Him Who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal GOD, to bring about the obedience of faith— to the only wise GOD be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! Be The Amen." Like those mysteries that we have already looked into much of this will be repetition, as we have touched on it while examining those of the past and will again as we retrace of steps of the past years. Some areas of review are, GOD's Power, Preaching, Mystery of Christ, Secret Things, gospel universal, faith enjoined, GOD's Wisdom, and our glorifying GOD.

GOD's Power, some general references to,

1Chronicles 29:10-13 "Therefore David blessed the LORD in the presence of all the assembly. And David said: "Blessed are You, O LORD, the God of Israel our father, forever and ever. Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth are Yours. Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and You are exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all. In Your hand are power and might, and in Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all. And now we thank You, our God, and praise Your glorious name."

2Chronicles 25:5-10 "Then Amaziah assembled the men of Judah and set them by fathers' houses under commanders of thousands and of hundreds for all Judah and Benjamin. He mustered those twenty years old and upward, and found that they were 300,000 choice men, fit for war, able to handle spear and shield. He hired also 100,000 mighty men of valor from Israel for 100 talents of silver. But a man of God came to him and said, "O king, do not let the army of Israel go with you, for the LORD is not with Israel, with all these Ephraimites. But go, act, be strong for the battle. Why should you suppose that God will cast you down before the enemy? For God has power to help or to cast down." And Amaziah said to the man of God, "But what will we do about the hundred talents that I have given to the army of Israel?" The man of God answered, "The LORD is able to give you much more than this." Then Amaziah discharged the army that had come to him from Ephraim to go home again. And they became very angry with Judah and returned home in fierce anger."

Job 26:5-14 "The dead tremble under the waters and their inhabitants. Sheol is naked before GOD, and Abaddon [the place of destruction] has no covering. He stretches out the north over the void and hangs the earth on nothing. He binds up the waters in His thick clouds, and the cloud is not split open under them. He covers the face of the full moon and spreads over it His cloud. He has inscribed a circle on the face of the waters at the boundary between light and darkness. The pillars of heaven tremble and are astounded at His rebuke. By His power He stilled the sea; by His understanding He shattered Rahab. By His wind the heavens were made fair; His hand pierced the fleeing serpent. Behold, these are but the outskirts of His ways, and how small a whisper do we hear of Him! But the thunder of His power who can understand?"

Psalm 62:11-12 "Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God, and that to you, O LORD, belongs steadfast love. For You will render to a man according to his work."

Psalm 65:5-8 with Psalm 93:4; Nah 1:3 "By awesome deeds You answer us with righteousness, O GOD of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas; the one who by His strength established the mountains, being girded with might; who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples, so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe at Your signs. You make the going out of the morning and the evening to shout for joy."

Psalm 93:3-5 "The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring. Mightier than the thunders of many waters, mightier than the waves of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty! Your decrees are very trustworthy; holiness befits Your house, O LORD, forevermore."

Nahum 1:2-8 "The LORD is a jealous and avenging God; the LORD is avenging and wrathful; the LORD takes vengeance on His adversaries and keeps wrath for His enemies. The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, and the LORD will by no means clear the guilty. His way is in whirlwind and storm, and the clouds are the dust of His feet. He rebukes the sea and makes it dry; He dries up all the rivers; Bashan and Carmel wither; the bloom of Lebanon withers. The mountains quake before Him; the hills melt; the earth heaves before Him, the world and all who dwell in it. Who can stand before His indignation? Who can endure the heat of His anger? His wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken into pieces by Him. The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; He knows those who take refuge in Him. But with an overflowing flood He will make a complete end of the adversaries, and will pursue His enemies into darkness."

Romans 16:25-27 "Now to Him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal GOD, to bring about the obedience of faith----to the only wise GOD be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! The Amen."

Divine Ability;

Able to Deliver,

Daniel 3:16-18 "Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered and said to the king, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If this be so, our God Whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up."

To Rise up children from stones,

Luke 3:7-9 "He said therefore to the crowds that came out to be baptized by him, "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Bear fruits in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' For I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham. Even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees. Every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire."

To Fulfill promises,

Romans 4:16-25 "That is why it depends on faith, in order that the promise may rest on grace and be guaranteed to all his offspring—not only to the adherent of the law but also to the one who shares the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, as it is written, "I have made you the father of many nations (Genesis 17:5)"—in the presence of the GOD in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist. In hope he believed against hope, that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been told, "So shall your offspring be (Genesis 15:5)." He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead (since he was about a hundred years old), or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah's womb. No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of GOD, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to GOD, fully convinced that GOD was able to do what HE had promised. That is why his faith was "counted to him as righteousness." (Genesis 15:6) But the words "it was counted [credited] to him" were not written for his sake alone, but for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe Him Who raised from the dead Jesus our risen LORD, Who being delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification."

To make grace abound,

2Corithians 9:6-15 "The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. As it is written, "He has distributed freely, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever (Psalm 112:9)." Now He Who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God. By their approval of this service, they will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your confession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others, while they long for you and pray for you, because of the surpassing grace of God in you. Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!"

To Do exceeding abundantly,

Ephesians 3:20-21 "Now to Him Who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. The Amen."

To subdue all things,

Philippians 3:17-21 "Brothers, join in imitating me, and keep your eyes on those who walk according to the example you have in us. For many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, Who will transform our lowly body to be like His glorious body, by the power that enables Him even to subject all things to Himself."

To guard the soul's treasure,

2Timothy 1:8-14 "Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our LORD, nor of me His prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God, Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of His own purpose and grace, which He gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began*, and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, for which I was appointed a preacher and apostle and teacher, which is why I suffer as I do. But I am not ashamed, for I know Whom I have believed, and I am convinced that HE is able to guard until that Day what has been entrusted to me. Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. By the Holy Spirit Who dwells within us, guard the good deposit entrusted to you."

To save to the uttermost,

Hebrews 7:23-25 "The former priests were many in number, because they were prevented by death from continuing in office, but HE holds His priesthood permanently, because HE continues forever. Consequently, HE is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to GOD through Him, since HE always lives to make intercession for them."

To keep us from falling,

Jude 24-25 "Now to Him Who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of His glory with great joy, to the only GOD, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our LORD, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Be The Amen."

The LORD willing tomorrow I will draw from the * Foreordained Plan which brings Salvation.

The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 8j

Today's targeted subject areas are, "Knowledge Withheld form man, in the reasons for withholding knowledge, and then the Emptiness, by the Peril of an Empty Heart." All of this is keeping with what is hidden in Romans 11:25-12:2 and more particularly verses 33-36 which so many ignor as they speedily read through their Bible and ignore the Holy Spirit's speaking to them through the words printed on the page. I have through the social media seen this repeated far to many times and so it is that we take our time to painstakingly dig deep to find the resources of GOD's hidden treasures, often sitting patiently waiting on Him to show us what is hidden, where He has caused us to stop and look again. What saddens me is how foolishly so many well meaning "Christians" speak about things that they should both know and understand which tells me that they are missing the mark of life's journey and pilgrimage while here on earth. Now to the subject at hand.

The Peril of an Empty Heart,

Matthew 12:43-45 (Jesus is speaking) "When the unclean spirit [that is in all humans from birth forward] has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. Then it says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation."

Knowledge Withheld from man, Reasons for Withholding;

Because Perilous,

Genesis 2:15-17 with Deuteronomy 18:18-19, 29:29 "The LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you will not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."

Deuteronomy 18:15-22 "The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brothers—it is to Him you shall listen— just as you desired of the LORD your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly, when you said, 'Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God or see this great fire any more, lest I die.' And the LORD said to me, 'They are right in what they have spoken. I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. And I will put My words in His mouth, and He will speak to them all that I command Him. And whoever will not listen to My words that He will speak in My name, I Myself will require it of him. But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in My name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.' And if you say in your heart, 'How may we know the word that the LORD has not spoken?'—when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the LORD has not spoken; that prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him."

Deuteronomy 29:29 "The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law (the path that one is to take in this life, Ancient Hebrew Strong's H8451)."

Inability to Apprehend Truth,

John 13:1-11 "Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end. During supper, when the devil had already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray Him, Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going back to God, rose from supper. He laid aside His outer garments, and taking a towel, tied it around His waist. Then He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel that was wrapped around Him. He came to Simon Peter, who said to Him, "Lord, do You wash my feet?" Jesus answered him, "What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand." Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet." Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no share with Me." Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, not my feet only but also my hands and my head!" Jesus said to him, "The one who has bathed does not need to wash, except for his feet, but is completely clean. And you are clean, but not every one of you." For He knew who was to betray Him; that was why He said, "Not all of you are clean."

Human Weakness Necessitates,

John 16:12-15 (Jesus is speaking) "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, and He will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take what is Mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is Mine; therefore I said that He will take what is Mine and declare it to you."

Earthly Limitations Fetter,

1Corinthians 13:8-13 "Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love."

Gradual Revelation, the Divine Plan,

Ephesians 3:1-13 "For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner for Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles—assuming that you have heard of the stewardship of God's grace that was given to me for you, how the mystery was made known to me by revelation, (Deuteronomy 29:29) as I have written briefly. When you read this, you can perceive my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to the sons of men in other generations as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit. This mystery is that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through this gospel. Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God's grace, which was given me by the working of His power. To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things, so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was according to the eternal purpose that He has realized in Christ Jesus our LORD, in Whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in Him. So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory."

To give Opportunity for Faith,

1John 3:1-3 "See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.  Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we will be like Him, because we will see Him as He is. And everyone who thus hopes in Him purifies himself as He is pure."

The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 8i continued again x2

In my quest for the truth hidden within scripture I have found one thing that stands out, and it is that GOD in an effort to bring things to our attention by repeating those areas of greatest importance within the same chapter and often close together. But in the new witness Paul made use of the term "therefore" to bring out the important things that were relational in his revelation of Christ in us as He was in the man Jesus. This was hidden first in Genesis chapters 1-3 and then later on around chapter 12, not discounting Enoch or Noah and their relationship with Christ as a shadowy figure. Now to pull some of this together while remaining in Romans 11-2:2. I want to look at first "GODs being veiled and then GODs being Invisible" these first before knowledge withheld and then the secret things that belong to GOD.

GOD Veiled, GOD spoken of as hiding Himself,

Job 23:8-17 "Behold, I go forward, but He is not there, and backward, but I do not perceive Him; on the left hand when He is working, I do not behold Him; He turns to the right hand, but I do not see Him. For He knows the way that I take; when He has tried me, I will come out as gold. My foot has held fast to His steps; I have kept His way and have not turned aside. I have not departed from the commandment of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my portion of food. For He is unchangeable, and who can turn Him back? What He desires, that He does. For He will complete what He appoints for me, and many such things are with Him. Therefore I am terrified at His presence; when I consider, I am in dread of Him. GOD has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me; yet I am not silenced because of the darkness, nor because thick darkness covers my face."

Psalm 10:1-2 "Why, O LORD, do You stand far away? Why do You hide Yourself in times of trouble? In arrogance the wicked hotly (burn in their) pursue the poor; let them be caught in the schemes that they have devised."

Psalm 13:1-2 "How long, O LORD? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me? How long must I take counsel in my soul and have sorrow in my heart all the day? How long will my enemy be exalted over me?"

Psalm 89:46 "How long, O LORD? Will You hide Yourself forever? How long will Your wrath burn like fire [in man]? Remember how short my time is! For what vanity You have created in all the children of man! What man can live and never see death? Who can deliver his soul from the power of Sheol [hells fire]?"

Isaiah 45:14-17 "Thus says the LORD: "The wealth of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush, and the Sabeans, men of stature, will come over to you and be yours; they will follow you; they will come over in chains and bow down to you. They will plead with you, saying: 'Surely God is in you, and there is no other, no god besides Him.'" Truly, You are a God who hides Himself, O God of Israel, the Savior. All of them are put to shame and confounded; the makers of idols go in confusion together. But Israel is saved by the LORD with everlasting salvation; You will not be put to shame or confounded to all eternity."

GOD Invisible, to man,

Exodus 33:17-23 with Job 9:11, 23:8 "The LORD said to Moses, "This very thing that you have spoken I will do, for you have found favor in My sight, and I know you by name." Moses said, "Please show me Your glory." And the LORD said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you My name 'The LORD.' And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. Then,"He said, "you cannot see My face, for man shall not see Me and live." And the LORD said, "Behold, there is a place by Me where you will stand on the rock, and while My glory passes by I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and I will cover you with My hand until I have passed by. Then I will take away My hand, and you will see My back, but My face shall not be seen."

Job 9:1-12 "Then Job answered and said: "Truly I know that it is so: But how can a man be in the right before God? If one wished to contend with Him, one could not answer Him once in a thousand times. He is wise in heart and mighty in strength —who has hardened himself against Him, and succeeded?—He who removes mountains, and they know it not, when He overturns them in His anger, who shakes the earth out of its place, and its pillars tremble; who commands the sun, and it does not rise; who seals up the stars; who alone stretched out the heavens and trampled the waves of the sea; who made the Bear and Orion, the Pleiades and the chambers of the south; who does great things beyond searching out, and marvelous things beyond number. Behold, He passes by me, and I see Him not; He moves on, but I do not perceive Him. Behold, He snatches away; who can turn Him back? Who will say to Him, 'What are You doing?'"

Job 23:8-17 "Behold, I go forward, but He is not there, and backward, but I do not perceive Him; on the left hand when He is working, I do not behold Him; He turns to the right hand, but I do not see Him. But He knows the way that I take; when He has tried me, I will come out as gold.

John 1:14-18 "The Word became (put on) flesh and dwelt among us (for a short while), and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John [the baptizer] bore witness about Him, and cried out, "This was He of whom I said, 'He who comes after me ranks before me, because He was before me.'") For from His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, He has made Him known.

John 5:30, 31-47 (Jesus is speaking) "I can do nothing on My own. As I hear, I judge, and My judgment is just, because I seek not My own will but the will of Him Who sent Me.
If I alone bear witness about Myself, My testimony is not true. There is another who bears witness about Me, and I know that the testimony that He bears about Me is true.
The Witness of John,
You sent to John, and he has borne witness to the truth. Not that the testimony that I receive is from man, but I say these things so that you may be saved. He was a burning and shining lamp, and you were willing to rejoice for a while in his light.
The Witness of the works,
But the testimony that I have is greater than that of John. For the works that the Father has given Me to accomplish, the very works that I am doing, bear witness about Me that the Father has sent Me. The Witness of the Father,
The Father who sent Me has Himself bares witness about Me. His voice you have never heard, His form you have never seen, and you do not have His word abiding in you, for you do not believe the one whom HE has sent.
The Witness of Scripture,
You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is they that bear witness about Me, yet you refuse to come to Me that you may have life. I do not receive glory from people. For I know that you do not have the love of God within you. I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me. If another comes in his own name, you will receive him. How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from only God? Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father. There is one who accuses you: Moses, on whom you have set your hope. For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote of Me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?"

Colossians 1:15-20 "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For in [because of] Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him. And He is [has existed prior to] before all things, and in Him all things hold [endure] together. And He is the head of the Body, the Church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything He might be preeminent. For in Him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood (2:13) of His cross."

1Timothy 1:12-17 "I thank Him Who has given me strength, Christ Jesus our LORD, because He judged me faithful, appointing me to His service, though formerly I (as a Pharisee) was a blasphemer, persecutor, and insolent opponent. But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief, and the grace of our LORD overflowed for me with His faith light Life and love that are in Christ, as in Jesus. The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. For I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display His perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe Him for eternal life. To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. The Amen."

1Timothy 6:11-16 with 1John 4:12 "As for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I charge you in the presence of God, Who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, Who in His testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which He will display at the proper time—HE Who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and LORD of lords, Who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, Whom no one has ever seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion. The Amen."

1John 4:7-14 "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from GOD, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent His only Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that HE loves us and sent His Son to be the propitiation [2:2 our satisfaction] for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen GOD; if we love one another, GOD abides in us and His love is perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him and HE in us, because HE has given us of His Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son to be the Savior of the world."

The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 8i continued again

Over the past 9 years or so that this blog has been up we have seen the coastlines of the law that directs us in the way that we should go, but that does not always mean that we do so. Why is this a fact of life one answer can be found and known in the following passage taken from our text of Romans 11:25-12:2 it is in verses 34-36 of this passage and states this, "For who has known the mind of the LORD, or who has been His counselor?" (Isaiah 40:13f) "Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?" (Job 35:7, 41:1) For from [Because of] Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever, [the] Amen." Within this we have the stumbling block of many in religions stronghold of blindness and ignorance of spiritual things when they call all to "God Unsearchable Ways." Today I want to look at this a little more closely.

GOD Unsearchable, His ways and working,

Job 5:8-16 "As for me, I would seek God, and to God would I commit my cause, Who does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number: He gives rain on the earth and sends waters on the fields; He sets on high those who are lowly, and those who mourn are lifted to safety. He frustrates the devices of the crafty, so that their hands achieve no success. He catches the wise in their own craftiness, and the schemes of the wily are brought to a quick end. They meet with darkness in the daytime and grope at noonday as in the night. But He saves the needy from the sword (wrath) of their mouth and from the hand of the mighty. So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts her mouth."

Job 11:7-12 "Can you find out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limit of the Almighty? It is higher than heaven—what can you do? Deeper than Sheol—what can you know? Its measure is longer than the earth and broader than the sea. If He passes through and imprisons and summons the court, who can turn Him back? For He knows worthless men; when He sees iniquity, will He not consider it? But a stupid man will get understanding when a wild donkey's colt is born a man!"

Ecclesiastes 3:9-11 with 8:17 What gain has the worker from his toil? I have seen the business that God has given to the children of man to be busy with. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity (Genesis 2:15-17, 3:15) into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end."

Ecclesiastes 8:16-17 "When I applied my heart to know wisdom, and to see the business that is done on earth, how neither day nor night do one's eyes see sleep, then I saw all the work of God, that man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun. However much man may toil in seeking, he will not find it out. Even though a wise man claims to know, he cannot find it out."

Isaiah 40:27-31 with Romans 11:34 "Why do you say, O Jacob, and speak, O Israel, "My way is hidden from the LORD, and my right is disregarded by my God"? Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases strength. Even youths will faint and be weary, and young men will fall exhausted; but they who wait for [to be bound together with] the LORD will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not be weary; they will walk and not faint."

Romans 11:33-36 "Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! "For who has known the mind of the LORD [Who is the LORD Christ in Jesus], or who has been his counselor?" (Isaiah 40:13f) "Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?" (Job 35:7, 41:11) For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. The Amen."

1Corinthians 2:14-16 "The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one. "For who has understood the mind of the LORD so as to instructed Him?" (Isaiah 40:13) For we have the mind* of Christ."
*Thayer''s Greek Definitions, Strong's G1097 the base of G3563 states this about "mind;"  to know, understand, perceive, have knowledge of,  to understand, to know.

The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 8i continued

In yesterdays post we began to look at Romans 11:25 which states this, "Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in." Today I am picking this thought back up with the conversion f the Gentile nations with some Bible examples of the same. What is not known is this, "until the fullness" is there a predetermined number that is still held in secret by the Father GOD, GOD of spirits of man. We have to keep in mine that fact that all mankind is born a spirit and it depends upon which spirit that we knowingly and unknowingly lesson to. This spirit of evil resides within all unredeemed, non-redeemed of mankind, even the babe in Christ is counted among such people. Because he is a babe, unable to discern between that which is of GOD, this is to say Christ, and the evil one within them. Okay, now for my target of the examples of "Converted Gentiles."

Converted Gentiles, by example,

Acts 10:44-48 "While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word. And the believers from among the circumcised who had come with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit was (poured) given out even on the Gentiles. For they were hearing them speaking in tongues and extolling (Mark 16:17) GOD. Then Peter declared, "Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?" And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to remain for some days."

Acts 11:1-18 "Now the apostles and the brothers who were throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party criticized him, saying, "You went to uncircumcised men and ate with them." But Peter began and explained it to them in order: "I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance I saw a vision, something like a great sheet descending, being let down from heaven by its four corners, and it came down to me. Looking at it closely, I observed animals and beasts of prey and reptiles and birds of the air. And I heard a voice saying to me, 'Rise, Peter; kill and eat.' But I said, 'By no means, LORD; for nothing common or unclean has ever entered my mouth.' But the voice answered a second time from heaven, 'What GOD has made clean, do not call common.' This happened three times, and all was drawn up again into heaven. And behold, at that very moment three men arrived at the house in which we were, sent to me from Caesarea. And the Spirit (unction within me) told me to go with them, making no distinction. These six brothers also accompanied me, and we entered the man's house. And he told us how he had seen the angel stand in his house and say, 'Send to Joppa and bring Simon who is called Peter; he will declare to you a message by which you will be saved, you and all your household.' As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them just as on us at the beginning. And I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, 'John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with (or in) the Holy Spirit.' (Mark 1:8) If then GOD gave the same gift to them as He gave to us when we believed the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in GOD's way?" When they heard these things they fell silent. And they glorified GOD, saying, "Then to the Gentiles also GOD has granted repentance that leads to life."(2Corinthians 7:10)

Acts 13:44-47, 48-52 "The next Sabbath almost the whole city gathered to hear the word of the Lord. But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and began to contradict what was spoken by Paul, reviling him. And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, "It was necessary that the word of GOD be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it aside and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles. For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, "'I have made you a (Isaiah 9:2, 42:6, 49:6) light for the Gentiles, (Luke 2:32) that you may be for salvation to the ends of the earth.'"
And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed. And the word of the LORD was spreading throughout the whole region. (Deuteronomy 18:18-19) But the Jews incited the devout women of high standing and the leading men of the city, stirred up persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and drove them out of their district. But they shook off the dust from their feet against them and went to Iconium. And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit."

Acts 15:6-11 "The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter. And after there had been much (disputing) debate, Peter stood up and said to them, "Brothers, you know that in the early days GOD made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. And GOD, who knows the heart, bore witness to them, by giving them the Holy Spirit just as HE did to us, and HE made no distinction between us and them, having cleansed their hearts by faith. Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will."

Acts 18:5-11 "When Silas and Timothy arrived from Macedonia, Paul was occupied with the word, testifying to the Jews that the Christ was in Jesus. And when they opposed and reviled him, he shook out his garments (Nehemiah 5:13) and said to them, "Your blood be on your own heads! (2Samuel 1:16, 1Kings 2:33, Ezekiel 18:13, 33:4, 6, 8) I am innocent. From now on I will go to the Gentiles." (Acts 13:46 above) And he left there and went to the house of a man named Titius Justus, a worshiper of God. His house was next door to the synagogue. Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, together with his entire household. And many of the Corinthians hearing Paul believed and were baptized. And the LORD said to Paul one night in a vision, "Do not be afraid, but go on speaking and do not be silent, for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are My people." And he stayed a year and six months, teaching the word of GOD among them."

Acts 28:23-28 with Romans 9:24 (After Paul arrived in Rome) "When they had appointed a day for Paul, they came to him at his lodging in greater numbers. From morning till evening he expounded to them, testifying to the kingdom of God and trying to convince them about Jesus both from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets. And some were convinced by what he said, but others disbelieved. And disagreeing among themselves, they departed after Paul had made one statement: "The Holy Spirit was right in saying to your fathers through Isaiah the prophet: "'Go to this people, and say, (Isaiah 6:9-10, with Matthew 13:14) "You will indeed hear but never understand, and you will indeed see but never perceive. For this people's heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed; lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.'" Therefore let it be known to you that this salvation of GOD (Psalm 98:3) has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen."

Romans 9:15-18, 19-26 "For GOD said to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on GOD, who has mercy. For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I might show My power in you, and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth." So then HE has mercy on whomever HE wills, and HE hardens whomever HE wills.
You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who can resist His will?" (2Chronicles 20:6, Job 9:12, Daniel 4:35) But who are you, O man, (Job 33:13) to answer back to God? (Isaiah 33:13) Will what is molded say to its molder, "Why have you made me like this?" (Isaiah 29:16, 45:9, 64:8; Jeremiah 18:6) Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use? What if God, desiring to show His wrath and to make known His power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, in order to make known the riches of His glory in vessels of mercy, which HE has prepared beforehand for glory— even us whom HE has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?
Rom 9:25 As indeed he says in Hosea, "Those who were not my people I will call 'my people,' and her who was not beloved I will call 'beloved.'" (Hosea 2:23) "And in the very place where it was said to them, 'You are not My people,' (Hosea 1:10) there they will be called 'sons of the living God.'" (Matthew 16:16)

Romans 15:4-6, 7-13 with Galatians 3:14 "For whatever was written (Romans 14:1-4, 4:16-25) in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance (with perseverance) and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. May the GOD of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the GOD and Father of spirits in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of GOD. For I tell you that Jesus became a servant to the circumcised to show God's truthfulness and faithfulness, in order to confirm the promises given to the patriarchs, and in order that the Gentiles might glorify GOD for His mercy. As it is written, "Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing of Your name." (2Samuel 22:50, Psalm 18:49) And again it is said, "Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people." (Deuteronomy 32:43) And again, "Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples extol Him." (Psalm 117:1) And again Isaiah says, "The root of Jesse will come, even He who arises to rule the Gentiles; in Him will the Gentiles hope." (Isaiah 11:10, Revelation 5:5, 22:16, Matthew 12:21) May the GOD of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope."

Galatians 3:10-14 "For all who rely on works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written, "Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them." (Deuteronomy 24:26) Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the Law, for "The righteous shall live by faith." (Habakkuk 2:4) But the Law is not of faith, rather "The one who does them will live in them." (Leviticus 18:5) Christ in Jesus has redeemed us from the curse of this Law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree"(Deuteronomy 21:23)—so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through [His] faith."

Revelation 11:15-19 with 15:4 "Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our LORD and of His Christ, and HE will reign forever and ever." And the twenty-four elders who sit on their thrones before GOD fell on their faces and worshiped GOD, saying, "We give thanks to you, LORD God Almighty, Who is and Who was, for You have taken Your great power and begun to reign. The nations raged, but Your wrath came, and the time for the dead (spiritually separated from GOD) to be judged, and for rewarding Your servants, the prophets and saints, and those who fear (greatly reverenced) Your name, both small and great, and for destroying the destroyers of the earth."

Revelation 15:2-4 "I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire—and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of GOD in their hands. And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of GOD, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and amazing are Your deeds, O LORD God the Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the nations! Who will not fear, O LORD, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. All nations will come and worship You, for Your righteous acts have been revealed."

The Secrets and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 8i

Today I want to look into the small phrase in Romans 11:25 this; "until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in." this may require sometime because it contains not only "gentiles" but with that some other things such as our conversion being foretold. The some obvious one is the term of "the fullness" which has for a long time bothered and plagued me as to its meaning. Here is what Tharyer's Bible Dictionary has to reveal; "in the NT, the body of believers, as that which is filled with the presence, power, agency, richness of God and of Christ." Okay from this point I want to look at the Gentiles conversion foretold and then some examples of this action being fulfilled.

Conversion of the Gentiles, foretold,

Genesis 3:9-15 "The LORD God called to the man and said to him, "Where are you?" And he said, "I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself." He said, "Who told you that you were naked? (mans outward eyes were opened to know this) Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?" The man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me fruit of the tree, and I ate." Then the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this that you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent (the spirit of sin, the devil and Satan used the snake to hide his being) deceived me, and I ate." The LORD God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and above all beasts of the field; on your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; (He) he will bruise your head, and you shall bruise his (His) heel."

Genesis 22:15-19 "The angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time from heaven and said, "By Myself I have sworn, declares the LORD, because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring will possess the gate of his enemies, and in your offspring will all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice." So Abraham returned to his young men, and they arose and went together to Beersheba. And Abraham lived at Beersheba."

Psalm 22:25-31 "From You comes my praise in the great congregation; my vows I will perform before those who fear (this is actual fear of) Him. The afflicted will eat and be satisfied; those who seek Him will praise the LORD! May your hearts (Ancient Hebrew Strong's H3824; the authority which resides inside) live forever! All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will worship before You. For kingdom (of His LORD-ship, kingship) belongs to the LORD, and He rules over the nations. All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship; before Him will bow all who go down to the dust, even the one who could not keep himself alive. Posterity (seed of man) will serve Him; it will be told of the LORD to the coming generations; they will come and proclaim His righteousness to a people yet unborn, what He has done it."

Psalm 86:1-10 "Incline your ear, O LORD, and answer me, for I am poor and needy. Preserve my life, for I am godly; save Your servant, who trusts You—You are my GOD. Be gracious to me, O LORD, for to You do I cry all the day. Gladden the soul of Your servant, for to You, O LORD, do I lift up my soul. For you, O LORD, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon You. Give ear, O LORD, to my prayer; listen to my plea for Your grace. In the day of my trouble I call upon You, for You answer me. There is none like You among the gods, O LORD, nor are there any works (wonders) like Yours. All the nations You have made will come and worship before You, O LORD, and will glorify Your name. For You are great and do wondrous things; You alone are GOD."

Isaiah 9:1-7 with 42:4 "But there will be no gloom for her who is in anguish. In the former time He brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the latter time He has made glorious the way of the sea, the land beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations. The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone. You have multiplied the nation; You have increased its joy; they rejoice before You as with joy at the harvest, as they are glad when they divide the spoil. For the yoke of his burden, and the staff for his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, You have broken as on the day of Midian. For every boot of the tramping warrior in battle tumult and every garment rolled in blood will be burned as fuel for the fire. For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder, and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over His kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this."

Isaiah 42:1-4 "Behold My servant, Whom I uphold (hold fast to), My chosen, in Whom My soul delights; I have put My Spirit in [him] Him; He [he] will bring forth justice to the nations. He will not cry aloud or lift up His voice, or make it heard in the street; a bruised reed He will not break, and a faintly burning wick He will not quench; He will faithfully bring forth justice. He will not grow faint or be discouraged till He has established justice in the earth; and the coastlands (the intended destination) wait for His (instruction) law."

Isaiah 60:1-3 "Arise, shine, for your light (Messiah) has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise within you, and His glory will be seen in you. And nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising."

Daniel 7:13-14 "I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and He came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before Him. And to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him; His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will not be destroyed."

Hosea 2:21-23 with Malachi 1:11 "And in that day I will answer, declares the LORD, I will answer the heavens, and they will answer the earth, and the earth will answer the grain, the wine, and the oil, and they will answer Jezreel (meaning GOD sows), and I will sow her for Myself in the land. And I will have mercy on No Mercy, and I will say to Not My People, 'You are My people'; and they (he) will say, 'You are my GOD.'"

Malachi 1:6-14 "A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am a Father, where is my honor? And if I am a Master, where is my fear? says the LORD of hosts to you, O priests, who despise My name. But you say, 'How have we despised Your name?' By offering polluted food upon My altar. But you say, 'How have we polluted You?' By saying that the LORD's table may be despised. When you offer blind animals in sacrifice, is that not evil? And when you offer those that are lame or sick, is that not evil? Present that to your governor; will he accept you or show you favor? asks the LORD of hosts. And now entreat the favor of God, that He may be gracious to us. With such a gift from your hand, will He show favor to any of you? asks the LORD of hosts. Oh that there were one among you who would shut the doors, that you might not kindle fire on My altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you, asks the LORD of hosts, and I will not accept an offering from your hand. For from the rising of the sun to its setting My name will be great among the nations, and in every place incense (worship in spirit and truth, John 4:23-24) will be offered to My name, as a pure offering. For My name will be great among the nations, says the LORD of hosts. But you profane it when you say that the LORD's table is polluted, and its fruit, that is, its food may be despised. But you say, 'What a weariness this is,' and you snort at it? asks the LORD of hosts. You bring what has been taken by violence or is lame or sick, and this you bring as your offering! Will I accept that from your hand? asks the LORD. Cursed be the cheat who has a male in his flock, and vows it, and yet sacrifices to the LORD what is blemished. For I am a great King, says the LORD of hosts, and My name will be dreaded (highly reverenced) among the nations."

Ephesians 3:1-13 "For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner for Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles—
assuming that you have heard of the stewardship of God's grace that was given to me for you, how the mystery was made known to me by revelation, as I have written briefly. When you read this, you can perceive my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to the sons of men in other generations as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit. This mystery is that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel. This was according to the eternal purpose that HE has realized in Christ Jesus our LORD, in Whom we have boldness and access with confidence through His faith in Him, Who is Faithfulness. So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory."

The LORD willing I will look next into "examples of Gentile Conversion" as listed in the Bible.
