Continuing with Man being now One with GOD

I am still looking back over John chapter 17 when I come upon this statement in verse 21, beginning at verse 20 through 24, "I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word, that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be in US, so that the world may believe that You have sent Me. The glory that You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one even as We are One, I in them and You in Me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that You sent Me and love them even as You love Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, may be with Me where I am, to see My glory that You have given Me because You loved Me before the foundation of the world."
Now this strikes at no less than three areas of interest for me, these are Oneness, Union and Unity. It is these three that I will focus on for awhile the LORD willing. I may have touched on parts or even all of the material elsewhere but I want to focus on it again as it relates to us today who have received the Spirit of Christ. This point being our reality of fact, it should over time remove all the "if's" in us because of the following. The self-exposing word was, "If you obey My voice, and keep My covenant, then you will be...." Now, the new covenant has no conditions except to receive Christ, which is what we have done. That is all. Therefore we have fulfilled the only condition set upon us by the universe, which is love. When we deviate, and deviate we will, we all ways come back. So God's ultimate Covenant has no conditions and when the new covenant is given us in Hebrews 8, no conditions are with it. He says that He puts out the old covenant with its rules and conditions. For the law is a condition of do's and do not's. Where it states, "if you are, or do, something, then I'll do so and so.....," that means you are not in it and you will be if only you obey. Now GOD or as said elsewhere Christ finding fault with the old covenant, He says, "I'll make a New Covenant with the house of Israel." That is why the prophet Jeremiah said this as picked up in Hebrews 8; "This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days, I will put My law in their hearts. I will be to them a GOD, they shall be to Me a people, they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD;' for they all shall know Me, from the least to the greatest." We are in a conditionless dimension, the heavenly dimension, as a kingdom, because we are it. We are it! No man need teach us to love the LORD, we all know Him, from the least to the greatest, this is the new Israel. This I have covered over the past 1200 plus posts on this blog and my other blog where I look at GOD has One Way for us all.

Now Our Oneness with the Father:

John 10:22-30, 31-39, 14:10, 17:11, 22 "At that time the Feast of Dedication took place at Jerusalem. It was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple, in the colonnade of Solomon. So the Jews gathered around Him and said to Him (with sarcasm), "How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly." Jesus answered them (with authority), "I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name bear witness about Me, but you do not believe because you are not among My sheep. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, Who has given them to Me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are One."
The Jews picked up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, "I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone Me?" The Jews answered him (with disgust of voice and attitude), "It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself God." Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I said, you are gods'? If He called them gods to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be broken— do you say of Him whom the Father consecrated and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'? If I am not doing the works of My Father, then do not believe Me; but if I do them, even though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in Me and I am in the Father." Again they sought to arrest Him, but He escaped from their hands."

John 14:8-14, 15 "Philip said to Him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us." Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know Me, Philip? Whoever has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own authority, but the Father Who dwells in Me does His works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me, or else believe on account of the works themselves. "Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in Me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. Whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (our being restored to sonship as Sons a position of ownership or inheritance)If you ask Me anything in (through) My name, I will do it.
"If you love Me, you will keep My commandments."

John 17:6-19, 20-24 (Jesus is speaking) "I have manifested Your name to the people whom You gave Me out of the world. Yours they were, and You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word. (notice that Jesus here declares a fact of truth as being an active present tense having been  accomplished before it has taken place, as seeing by faith) Now they know that everything that You have given Me is from You. For I have given them the words that You gave Me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from You; and they have believed that You sent Me. I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours. All Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them. And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name, which You have given Me, that they may be one, even as We are One. While I was with them, I kept them in Your name, which You have given Me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. But now I am coming to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them Your word (of solemn promise), and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I do not ask that You take them out of the world, but that You keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. And for their sake I consecrate Myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth."

John 17:20-24 "I do not ask for these only, but for those who will believe in Me through their word, that they may all be one, just as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be in US, so that the world may believe that You have sent Me. The glory (which removes the "if's" spoken of earlier) that You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one even as We are One, I in them and You in Me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that You sent Me and love them even as You love Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, may be with Me where I am, to see My glory that You have given Me because You loved Me before the foundation of the world."

This confirms the name of Christ as known throughout the ancient history of the world as being that of GOD.
