John opens this chapter with a very timely and sound warning that has missed its in tented mark for centuries now. As the world systems of deception and disintegration have over taken the original church by religious systems of the grosses deception to where even today they can be seen in Americas political system as a graphic illustration of humanity's perversion and delusional mindset, become apparent to all. But then again John's little book of the Revelation of Christ's recovery actions shows this to take place, once our eye and understanding have been born from above, through our coming to grips with the cross' secret. With understanding the mystery of Agape, which lays just ahead. And keep this in the back of your mind there are two and only two systems at work in the lives of GOD'S creation of his humanity made flesh and blood. They are darkness in which evil dwells and Light in which Agape dwells. Now both systems require faith to properly exist.
1John 4:1-6 "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; And even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; But he that is not of God heareth not us. 1John 4:1-6 "Beloved do not be swayed by everything that seems spiritual or prophetic just like with costly metals, there is [1]a reliable test! There are many false prophets who come and go in the religious world-systems! They might even sound very inspirational and carry the name "Christian" as their label; This does not mean that GOD is their source of insight. (The word, [1, G1381 from G1384 from 1380 dokeō, to seem, appear, be of reputation. ] dokimatzo, refers to the testing of metals.) This is how you discern the Spirit of GOD: the incarnation is the central theme of the communication of the Spirit; The fact that Jesus Christ has come into our flesh is what gives legitimacy to every prophetic word. (Look at 1Pete 1:10-14.) No so-called "spiritual revelation" that fails to communicate the revelation of the incarnation of Jesus Christ, is of GOD. This is the anti-Christ spirit that you have heard of and even now witness in the world. Any idea that Jesus Christ is not the incarnate word of GOD, does not originate in GOD but is the typical pseudo mindset of the spirit of this fallen cosmic system. (The Latin rendering from the 2nd century reads, "No spirit that would separate the human Jesus from the divine Christ, is of GOD." GOD is Christ, plan and simply put, and Christ in the incarnate of GOD within those born from above. No longer seen as an image only but now made known.) My darling children, you have nothing to fear; Do not doubt for a moment the legitimacy of your sonship! You originated in GOD and have already conquered the worldly religious systems because of the unveiling of Christ in you! His living presence in you is far superior to the futile anti-Christ mindset present in the world! Their conversation mirrors their source and appeals to a common audience; The pseudo-claim of a pseudo-system has blindfolded multitudes to believe the lie about themselves. Our being-ness originates in GOD; Anyone who knows what GOD knows about humanity's authentic genesis, hears us; Those who do not see their origin in GOD are deaf to what we communicate. This is the difference between the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. (The essence of the incarnation is the revelation that Jesus Christ is the word made flesh; [John 1:1-18] he is the one who as the Son of GOD, mirrors and redeemed our image and likeness of GOD in his and our human form. He declared GOD as the only legitimate Father and architect, engineer of the human race.) (The Mirror, with editing.)
Now have we learned more of the secret of the Cross and Christ that was prophetically revealed within the context of scripture and revealed by Jesus, but little understood? Now may the LORD himself increase our receptivity of truth.
