Thessalonians part 75

This is in rather strange language, but here goes looking for the selfish and greedy things in Isaiah 56, beginning at verse 8 though 12 where this is stated, “The LORD GOD which gathers the outcasts of Israel said, Yet will I gather others to Him, beside those that are gathered to Him.

All beasts of the field, come to devour, yes, all beasts in the forest. (look at Jeremiah 12:7 and 9to get the full impact of what GOD is saying here) His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Yes, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. Come, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.”

GOD in His wisdom is chastising Israels fallen nature and sharply criticizes their leaders for their blatant involvement in the paganisms they have imbraced and accepted in their way of life and worthship of Him. Isaiah in the foregoing chapters, having comforted the faithful Jews with many great promises of God’s favor to be extended to them, in the restoration of their ruined state, and in the enlargement of his Church by the admission of the Gentiles; here on makes a sudden transition to the more disagreeable part of the prospect, and to a sharp reproof of the wicked and unbelievers; and especially of the negligent and faithless governors and teachers, of the idolaters and hypocrites, who would still draw down His judgments upon the nation. In the next chapter; in which the charge of corruption and apostasy becomes more general against the whole Jewish Church. Both Isaiah and Jeremiah in chapter 12 and Isaiah in the next chapter; in which the charge of corruption and apostasy becomes more general against the whole Jewish Church. These charges are still in effect now some 3000 – 4000 years later.

As with the above the following speaks to this wise, pastors or watchmen being unmindful of the flock in Ezekiel 34, beginning at verse 1 through 11 where this is stated by Ezekiel, “The word of the LORD came to me, saying, Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the LORD GOD to the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? You eat the fat, and you cloth yourselves with the wool, you kill them that are fed: but you feed not the flock. The diseased you have not strengthened, neither have you healed that which was sick, neither have you bound up that which was broken, neither have you brought again that which was driven away, neither have you sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have you ruled them. And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered. My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yes, My flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.

Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD; As I live, says the LORD GOD, surely because My flock became a prey, and My flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did My shepherds search for My flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not My flock; Therefore, O you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD; Thus says the LORD GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require My flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver My flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

For thus says the LORD GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search My sheep, and seek them out.”

Our last reference is spoken to this end, even to driving the flock away in Acts 20.

Thessalonians part 74

This revelation can be hidden or covered over as reflected in the source of defilement in Leviticus 19 and 20. First 19 and verse 31, which states this, “Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.” Next chapter 20 where in verse 6 and 27 we find this, “The soul that turns after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set My face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.......A man also or woman that has a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.”

Then there is the abominable as seen in Deuteronomy 18, beginning where spiritism is forbidden at verse 9 through the end of verse 14 and this statement, “When you are come into the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you any one that makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that uses divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination to the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD your God does drive them out from before you. You shall be perfect with the LORD your God. For these nations, which you shall possess, hearkened to observers of times, and to diviners: but as for you, the LORD your God has not suffered you to do these things.” (look closely at 2Corinthians 6:11-7:3)

In Isaiah 8 we find this as being a vain thing beginning at verse 11 through verse 22, “The LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, Say not, with confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear with their fear, nor be afraid. But Sanctify the LORD of Hosts Himself; and let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread. And He shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Bind up the testimony, seal the law among My disciples. And I will wait upon the LORD, that hides His face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for Him. Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of Hosts, which dwells in mount Zion.

When they shall say, to seek them that have familiar spirits, and to wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward. And they shall look to the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.”

This is in rather strange language, but here goes looking for selfish and greedy things, our next topic.

Thessalonians part 73

From here I will look at false pastors who exhibited prevalence in Paul's time and even more so in our own because of what has already been shown, in 2Timothy 1 beginning at verse 8 through the end of this chapter where we find this, “Be not therefore ashamed of the testimony of our LORD, nor of me His prisoner: but be a partaker of the afflictions of the (this) Gospel according to the power of God; Who having saved (redeemed) us, and called us with an holy calling (HIS Great Salvation), not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and Grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus (this is the hidden secret of Proverbs 18:10) before the world began, but is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, Who having abolished death, and having brought Life and immortality to Light through the (this) Gospel: Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles. For which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know Whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed to Him against that day. Hold fast the form of sound words, which you have heard of me, in faith and love which is Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed to you keep by the Holy Ghost which dwells in (you, if you be in) us.

This you know, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes. The Lord give mercy to the house of Onesiphorus; for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain: But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me. The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered to me at Ephesus, you know very well.”

The false pastors are a hidden power of Apostasy during this Age, in 1Timothy 4 beginning at verse 1 through 5 where it states this, “The Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times [a greater or lesser period of opportune or reasonable and seasonable time, symply put, this can be repeated as deemed necessary until the time of the gentiles is fulfilled during this economy or dispensation, because with each new generation it is continued as being new] some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God having created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is Sanctified by the word of God and prayer.”

Many are looking to a specific day for the LORD Christ's return, not understand the phrase, “as in the days of Noah” as seen in 1Peter 3:20 and Genesis 6;5, 13 nor the meaning of what took place in Acts 2 and how it relates to Acts 1:7-8, 10-11 in this phrase, “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in His own power. But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses of Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth.....while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, men of Galilee, why stand here gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen Him go into heaven.” In Acts 2 we have this, “When the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them cloven tongues like as of fire, and He sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

At Christ's return looking into 2Timothy 4 beginning at verses 1 through 8 is where we have this statement, “I charge you therefore before GOD, and the LORD Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick [those filled with GOD in Christ, the true Life and Light of all men] and the dead [this a metaphor for two kinds of people but they are as one, that is those who have chosen to remain separated from God who are alive and those departed souls who never accepted the Truth or revelation of Christ, as LORD, which His true Gospel affords them, as it did us, as we are now part and parcel of His kingdom Now, today] at His appearing and His kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the Truth, and shall be turned to fables. But watch in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of your ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but to all them also that love His appearing [notable, memorable, appearance to become clearly known as Life and Light].”

I have given a small glimse of the revelation of Proverbs 18:10 with the text herein stated, more on this as we progress.

Thessalonians part 72

Peter in the first chapter of 2Peter in verse 4 tells us that we formerly lived in the corruptions lusts of this evil world but now have become partaker of His divine nature and by so doing have escape its judgment. In chapter 2 Peter joins with Paul in warning against returning to this corruption again by the neglecting of sound teaching. Listen with care to what he has stated about the lustful nature of man in 2Peter 2 beginning at verse, that we looked before, verse 4 through the end of 22 where we find this, “If God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person [signifing that it was from his legacy from Seth on that God called those in this line righteous], a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an example to those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation [way of life or life style] of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord. But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption; And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. But it is happened to them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.”

From here I will look at false pastors who exhibit prevalence in Paul's time and even more so in our own because of what has already been shown, in 2Timothy 1.

Thessalonians part 71

Jesus Himself revealed many of the errors of man and the religion of man held together by his traditions and spoke to this as being bound by traditions, hear Jesus' own words reguarding this, in Matthew 15 beginning at verse 1 through the end of verse 12 through this wise 1-9, 10-12, 13-14. Where we find this statement, “There came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. Jesus answered them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honor your father and mother: and, He that curses father or mother, let him die the death. But you say, Whoever shall say to father or mother, it is a gift, by whatever you might be profited by me; Honors not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. You hypocrites, well did Esaias [Isaiah] prophesy of you, saying, This people draw nigh to me [Me] with their mouth, and honor me [Me] with their lips; but their heart is far from me [Me]. But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

He called the multitude, and said to them, Hear, and understand: It is not that which goes into the mouth that defiles a man; but that which comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man. Then came His disciples, and said to Him, Know You that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

Jesus answered, Every plant, which My heavenly Father has not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”

Man through the cunning craftiness of the deceivers character within them push many to be unstable . This is in 1Timothy 1 beginning at verse 4 through the end of verse 11 where this is found, “Neither give (in other words given no place to) heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do. Now the end of the commandment is charity (which is another word for love and this love is not mans love which has three meanings not one of which comes close to GODS Love which is selflessness and only seeks the good or better thing for others) out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned: From which some having swerved have turned aside to vain jangling; desiring to be teachers of the Law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm. But we know that the Law is good, if a man use it lawfully; Knowing this, that the Law is not made for a righteous man, but for the Lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.”

Since the moment of mans fall from the presence of GOD in what is commonly called mans rebellion Satan's likeness has been prevalent in man which is known as mans being cunningly deceptive. I'll look at what is stated in Ephesians 4 and keep in mind that we are looking at false prophets and false teachers who proclaim a falsehood under the guise of being sent of the LORD or state that they are speaking as He gives them utterance. Many today mistakenly think that a prophet speaks of future things or as a fortune teller not realizing the pattern of the Old Tesament Prophets. Who did indeed speak as the LORD gave them utterance in reguards to that which they were already seeing and were familiar with. They brought to light the sin and error of the people and during this spoke both the words of warning against continued rebellion and also the way of the escape in the LORD'S provision, by turning the other way and not continuing on in the error.
Ephesians 4 beginning with verse 1 through the end of verse 16, where we find this statement, “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that you walk worthy of the vocation [the placement of our being in reguards to our assignment in the family as seen in verse 11 and 12 below] wherewith you are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is One Body, and One Spirit, even as we are called in One Hope of your calling; One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism [this of water and blood, this is not a water only baptism], One God and Father of all, Who is above all, and through all, and in you all (2Corinthians 5:14-15, John 10:14-28, and chapter 17's prayer). But to every one of us is given Grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.(this has to do with what John reveals to us in 1:14, 16-17) Wherefore He said, When He ascended up on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men. (Now that He ascended, what is it but that He also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that He might fill all things [those of 2Corinthians 5:14-15 and John 10:14-28].) And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the Faith, and of the Knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth [our former life in and of the world and the worlds religious forms which are based on the traditions of man] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the Truth in Love, may grow up into Him in all things, which (Who) is the Head, even Christ: From Whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, makes increase of the Body to the edifying of itself in Love.”

Thessalonians part 70

Many become those who willfully deny the Truth in resistance of it. Many do not see where Paul or the Bible translaters use the term “the gospel,” in many cases it should read, “this gospel.” Because this Gospel is very narrow and restrictive in its over all revelation both of Christ and Christ's character and image being restored with man. This is what these people because of false teaching and misconceptions of fallens man being in darkness do not know or acknowledge. Because we all and without fail are products of the sin and death nature and this nature become more operative the older we all become. Just as when we first become the LORDS it may takes years and years before His character and image are fully restored within us. Why is this so? Because to all goes back to the Bibles beings, is the why and how of it. In this Church Dispensation or Age of Grace many deny or cover up the corruption of mankinds soul thinking that by doing so will bring our, mans evil nature to an end. But this conception is false and is most harmful because it gives one a sinse of welfare when there is NO welfare there, only darkness of soul. And the greatest of offenders is the church or mans Religion because it proclaims another gospel. A gospel of perversion and distortion and the actual denial of GOD'S Truth in Christ.

In 2Timothy 3 beginning at verse 1 through the end of verse 9 is where we have this statement, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the Truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest to all men, as theirs also was.”

Many people have fallen away because of the vain imagination of the mind which is subjected to fables and those hoodwinked become lovers of, self. In 2Timothy 4 beginning at verse 1 through the end of verse 5 where we find this, “I charge you before GOD, and the LORD Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine [this was my own personal charge by the LORD in 1971 shortly after returning from Southeast Asia. When HE in a personal appearance, simular to that of Saul of Tarsus's experience, called me to be a pastor and teacher]. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned to fables. But watch in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of your ministry.”

Because of what happened and stated above the following has also happened, many are become destitute of the truth, Paul in 1Timothy 6 has a stern warning beginning at verse 3 through the end of verse 10 where this is stated, “If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof comes envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the Truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw yourself. But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”

Jesus Himself revealed many of the errors of man and the religion of man held together by his traditions and spoke to this as being bound by traditions.

Thessalonians part 69

Seeing that the word prophet has to do with teaching and today there are also false teachers and pastors that are part of this outline under the same heading. And because these are men and women who are representatives of the kingdom of darkness and are under the covering of the fallen angels who masqerade as angels of light. When in fact there is no light in them, just as there is no truth in Satan, they are blemishes all the while sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with us.

This I will now cover by listing the charactistics of God's Grace: perverted in Galatians 1, offences and to avoid evils in Romans 16, Christ deniers in 2Peter 2, Truth resisted in 2Timothy 3, fable lovers in 2Timothy 4, destitute of the truth in 1Timothy 6, bound by traditions in Matthew 15, unstable in 1Timothy 1, cunningly deceptive in Ephesians 4, lustful in 2Peter 2. These have prevalence of in Paul's time in 2Timothy 1, during this age in 1Timothy 4, at Christ's return in 2Timothy 4. These are all driven on by a familar spirit as described as, source of defilement in Leviticus 19, *abominable in Deuteronomy 18, vain in Isaiah 8, selfish and greedy in Isaiah 56, unmindful of the folck in Ezekiel 34, even to driving the flock away in Acts 20. With those who practice such things are to be, cut off in Leviticus 20, put to death in Leviticus 20. There are many figure and illustrations given but here are only two: consulted by Saul in 1Samuel 28, and Manasah in 2Kings 21.

Grace perverted in Galatians 1 this is found beginning at verse 6 through the ned of verse 9 but here I will carry things a bit farther to the end of verse 12 here we find this, “I marvel that you are so soon removed from Him that called you into the Grace of Christ to another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel to you than that you have received, let him be accursed.

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

But I certify you, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.”

Many have exchanged the Gospel for offences and others to avoid evils in Romans 16 beginning at verse 17 through the end of verse 20 where we find this, “I beseech you, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.(these people distrust no one) For your obedience is come abroad to all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise to that which is good, and simple concerning evil. And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be [actively increasing] with you. Amen.”

There are many who have chosen to be Christ deniers in 2Peter 2 beginning at verse 1 through the end of verse 10 with this break down 1-3, 4-10, where this is stated, “There were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not, and their damnation slumbers not.

For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved to judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample to those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust to the day of judgment to be punished: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise [do not set their affections on the] government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.”
