Discovering the Great and Precrious Promises of GOD (our spiritual Cleansing)

This our second area for GODS Promised dealing with our Cleansing which is paramount for our progressing in our New Life of spirit. Because is a need for a spiritual change, as we change our outer garments some times two or even three times a day. Our inner man of the spirit also has to change and it is this change that so many of us resist because of our fallen nature, it is not freely welcome or even wonted. But change it must this is often expressed in scripture as putting on the new man, defeating the strongman of sin, putting on the new man of Christ, putting on the armor of the Lord and our receiving the light. When man is born in the natural birth he so with one spirit hidden within and is counted as being dead because of the imposture deceitful spirit of mans fallen nature, this spirit is all kinds of sickness and is capable of many evils and operates in mans flesh. It is from this stand point that we will now look at our required Cleansing.

Cleansing:
Psalm 65:3 "Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, You shall (will) purge them away."

Isaiah 1:18-20 "Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land: But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it."

Ezekiel 36:24-29 "I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments, and do them. And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and you shall be My people, and I will be your God. I will also save you from all your uncleanness's."

Zechariah 13:1-2 "In that day (the days of Christ Jesus' first visitation) there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness. And it shall come to pass in that day, said the LORD of Hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land."

Matthew 3:1-3 "In those days (in that day of Zechariah 13:1) came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, saying, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, 'The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare the way of the LORD, make His paths straight.'"

Ephesians 5:19-27 "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things to God and the Father in the name of our LORD, Jesus Christ; Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear (reverence with respect) of God.
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands, as to the LORD. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the Head of the (His) Church: For He is the savior of the Body. Therefore as the Church (Body) is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loves the Church (as a body of One unite), and gave Himself for it; That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, that He might present it to Himself a glorious Church (Body), not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Titus 3:1-7 "Put them in mind (rebuke, reprove and exhort them) to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, to speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared,
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved (Redeemed) us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; (Who is now our LORD as we are Christ, in Christ) That being justified by His (abundant) Grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of Eternal Life."

Hebrews 9:13-15 " For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh (the material world of our flesh which passing away with the use thereof): How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? For this cause He is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the Redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might Receive the Promise of Eternal inheritance."

1John 1:5-10  This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare to you, that God is Light, and in HIM is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with HIM, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the Light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ HIS Son cleanses us from all sin.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth (Christ) is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word (the power of renewal in cleansing) is not in us."

Revelation 1:5-6  "From Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the Prince of the kings of the earth. To Him that loves us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to GOD and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."
