Discovering the Great and Precrious Promises of GOD (the Living Way through the Door)

Today I will reveal something of the greatest of interest to all who truly come to the LORD GOD with all humility and receptive as a young child. And this one thing is but part of a larger revelation of Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit when He has been truly restored within our heart. And the importance of the arrangement and use of LORD vs Lord, verses Christ Jesus Vs Jesus Christ and the application of the Holy Spirit Who is the Person of Christ in GOD as GOD in Christ. First I will make use of Pastor Hoekstra's writing as found in my E-Sword program and also the ESV translation. And remember that I use Capital Letters to emphasize the importance of words.

"The Law Tutoring People to Christ"
"Therefore the Law was our Tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by Faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a Tutor."  (Galatians 3:24-25)

"The ultimate ability of the Law of GOD is its capacity to tutor people to Christ. "The Law was our Tutor to bring us to Christ." It is the plan of God to use His Law to inform us about our great need for  LORD, Christ Jesus. Remember the summaries of the Law of GOD: "be Holy, be Loving, be Perfect."

The Law demands that we be Holy. We are convicted that we are not Holy. Thereby, the Law is saying to us: "You need Christ." The Law requires that we be Loving. We realize that we are not loving. Thereby, the Law is declaring to us: "You need Christ Jesus." The Law insists that we be Perfect. We know that we are not perfect. Thereby, the Law is announcing to us: "You need Christ." In this process the Law functions as Tutor (schoolmaster or child-trainer) instructing people of their need for that which only Christ can provide through His Grace.

Now that we have responded to the Law's Tutoring work, we are no longer under the Tutor. Now that we have placed our faith in Christ Jesus, we are no longer under the Law. "But after faith has come, we are no longer under a Tutor."

Whereas we once were told by the Law to be Holy, now we look to Christ (the anointing of the Spirit) for all personal holiness. "But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us . . .  righteousness and sanctification" (1Corinthians 1:30).

Whereas we once were told by the Law to be Loving, now we look to the Spirit of Christ for all the Love that our lives are to show forth. "But the fruit of the Spirit is Love" (Galatians 5:22). This GODS LOVE not mans weak and beggarly forms of love which pale in comparison.

Whereas we once were told by the Law to be Perfect, now we look to the LORD for all of the perfecting process. "Being confident of this very thing, that He Who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6).

The Living Word A Blessing to those Who Reverence It:

Joshua 1:1-9 "After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD said to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' assistant, "Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land that I am giving to them, to the people of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given to you, just as I promised to Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun shall be your territory. No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I Will be with you. I Will not leave you or forsake you. Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore (by Oath) to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the Law (works of) that Moses My servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your GOD is with you wherever you go."

Psalm 19:7-14 "The Law of the LORD is Perfect, Reviving the soul (spirit of man); the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple; the Precepts of the LORD are Right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear (Reverence) of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the LORD are True, and Righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward. Who can discern his errors? Declare me innocent from hidden faults. Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my Rock (my enlightenment and revelation) and my Redeemer."

Matthew 7:24-27, 28-29 (Jesus is here speaking) "Everyone then who hears these words of Mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock (my enlightenment and revelation). And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it."

When Jesus finished these sayings, the crowds were astonished at His teaching, for He was teaching them as one who had authority, and not as their scribes."

Luke 11:24-28 (Jesus is here speaking) "When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and finding none it says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when it comes, it finds the house swept and put in order. Then it goes and brings seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there. And the last state of that person is worse than the first." As He said these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, "Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts at which you nursed!" To this He said, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of GOD and keep it!"

John 5:18, 19-23, 24 "This was why the Jews (the elitists of the Hebrew people, made up of doctors, lawyers, scribes, Pharisee's and Sadducee's) were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was He breaking the Sabbath, but He was even calling GOD His own Father, making Himself equal with God.

So Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of His own accord, but only what He sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise. For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all that He Himself is doing. And greater works than these will He show Him, so that you may marvel. For as the Father raises the dead and gives them Life, so also the Son gives Life to whom He Will. The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son, just as they honor (respect and reverence) the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father Who sent Him. Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears My word and believes Him Who sent Me has Eternal Life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to Life."

John 8:31-33 "So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, "If you abide in My word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free." To this they answered Him, "We are offspring of Abraham and have never been enslaved to anyone. How is it that you say, 'You will become free'?"

Revelation 1:1-3 "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which GOD gave Him (Christ Jesus) to show to His (Christ's) servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending His angel (the Spirit of Prophesy, Christ) to His servant John, who bore witness to the word of GOD and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that he (is the John or is it Christ Jesus in Spirit) saw.  Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near."

2Corinthians 3:18 "We all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the LORD, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the LORD Who is the Spirit."

Colossians 1:27-28 "To them GOD chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature (perfected) in Christ."
