The saga of "The Secret of GOD", as shown in 2Corinthians 7:5; with a renewed mind and our victory as foretold.

Today's passages are quite lengthy in number, but lets see how they fit when they are setup as is my standard mode of operation by the Spirit of Holiness. Who will bring our true identity to light. There are a few here now who proclaim a new revival to come upon humanity, well this revival is an awakening to what is already in GOD's humanity. His light of glory that awaits his calling.

2Corinthians 7:5-16 "For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears. Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down(G5011), comforted(G3870) us by the coming of Titus; And not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more. For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season. Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. For godly sorrow worketh repentance(G3341) to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow(G3338) of the world worketh death. For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness(G4710) it wrought in you, yea, what clearing(G627) of yourselves, yea, what indignation(G24), yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter. Wherefore, though I wrote unto you, I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you in the sight(G1799) of God might appear unto you. Therefore we were comforted(G3870) in your comfort(G3870): yea, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all. For if I have boasted any thing to him of you, I am not ashamed; but as we spake all things to you in truth, even so our boasting, which I made before Titus, is found a truth. And his inward affection is more abundant toward you, whilst he remembereth the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye received him. I rejoice therefore that I have confidence in you in all things." (KJV)

2Corithians 7:5-16 "For even when we came into Macedonia, our bodies had no rest, but we were afflicted at every turn—fighting without and fear within. But God, who comforts the downcast(G5011), comforted(G3870) us by the coming of Titus, and not only by his coming but also by the comfort with which he was comforted by you, as he told us of your longing, your mourning, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more. For even if I made you grieve with my letter, I do not regret it—though I did regret it, for I see that that letter grieved you, though only for a while. As it is, I rejoice, not because you were grieved, but because you were grieved into repenting. For you felt a godly grief, so that you suffered no loss through us. For godly grief produces a repentance(G3341) that leads to salvation without regret(G3338), whereas worldly grief produces death. For we see what earnestness(G4710) this godly grief has produced in you, but also what eagerness to clear(G627) yourselves, what indignation(G24), what fear, what longing, what zeal, what punishment! At every point you have proved yourselves innocent in the matter. So although I wrote to you, it was not for the sake of the one who did the wrong, nor for the sake of the one who suffered the wrong, but in order that your earnestness for us might be revealed to you in the sight(G1799) of God. Therefore we are comforted(G3870). And besides our own comfort(G3870), we rejoiced still more at the joy of Titus, because his spirit has been refreshed by you all. For whatever boasts I made to him about you, I was not put to shame. But just as everything we said to you was true, so also our boasting before Titus has proved true. And his affection for you is even greater, as he remembers the obedience of you all, how you received him with fear and trembling. I rejoice, because I have complete confidence in you." (ESV)

2Corinthians 7:5-16 "When we first arrived in Macedonia we had no chance to relax for a moment; we were literally thronged by trouble; we faced conflict on every side and felt deeply alarmed. How wonderful it is to discover GOD's [1,G3870]comforting closeness when one feels like a bird that [2,G5011]cannot rise in flight to escape the flowers; this time GOD's closeness was reinforced in the arrival of Titus! (The word, [1,G3870 from G3844 and G2564] parakaleo, comes from (G3844) para, a preposition indicating close proximity, and (G2564) kaleo, meaning to identify by name, to surname. The word, [2,G5011] tapeinos, means, not rising far from the ground.) Oh, and what a joy it was to hear personally from him how greatly encouraged he was by all of you! He told us how deeply you missed me and how you grieved with sincere concern for me. I immediately went from feeling a little sorry for myself into a happy-dance-mode! For a brief moment I felt a little bad that I had perhaps saddened you with my previous letter yet I have no regrets now! I rejoice in knowing that your sadness caused you to realize my sincere concern for you! The grief you felt brought GOD's heart into clear view and confirmed in you that I have always only had your best interests in mind! To [1,G3341]anchor one's thoughts in GOD's thoughts when faced with difficult or painful experiences, brings escape from sorrow and leaves one with no [2,G3338]regrets; but oh, what a dreadful contrast is the world system (of the law of karma and works) which adds [2,G3338]regret upon sorrow! Whereas the one brings such immediate relief, the other seems to be an inescapable deadtrap! (The word, [1,G3341 from G3340] metanoia means to gather one's thoughts; in this context it means to realize GOD's thoughts. Sadly the Latin word, penance (repentance) became the popular English translation of metanoia. The word, [2, G3338 from G3326 and the middle of G3199] metamellomai, means with deep regret.) Consider how this very thing that causes you such initial grief has turned your attention to GOD! It revived an [1,G4710]immediate sense of urgency to [2,G627]realize your position in grace; almost [3,G24]like when your arm is twisted and locked behind your back, and your own efforts to clear or save yourself were completely neutralized. You were greatly alarmed with an intense desire and burning zeal to [4,G1973]re-endorse the basis of your righteousness. And so in everything your blameless innocence is vindicated! (The word, [1,G4710 from G4692] spoude suggests speed, immediate, urgent. The word, [2,G627] apologia means to answer with reason, to apologize, to defend one's case. The, [3,G24 from G23] aganaktesis , is from (G?) ago, to lead and (G43) anagke to bend the arm. The word, [4,G1974 from G1909 and the later part of G1971] epipothētos means a strong desire and is from compound of, (G1909) epi, meaning upward and (G1971 from G1974) epipotheō means to intensely crave, or as this translator has it. The word, [4] ekdikeo, is a compound word from ek, a preposition denoting origin, and dikeo, two parties finding likeness in one another; which is the basis of the word for righteousness, dikaios. That which originates in righteousness. Look at Romans 12:19, "Do not bother yourselves to get even, dear ones. Do not let anger or irritation distract you; that which we have in common with one another (righteousness) must set the pace. Scripture confirms that the LORD himself is the revealer of righteousness. [ekdikeo]) The object of my writing was not to debate the detail of who was wrong and who was wronged, but you, discovering the heart of GOD [1,G1799]mirrored in our urgent appeal to you. (The word, [1,G1799 Neuter of a compound of G1722 and a derivation of G3700] enopion , in the face or gaze of GOD.) We are so [1,G3874]inspired to know that you [1,G3874]are acquainted your true identity and are overjoyed by the way you have gladdened the heart of Titus; he is so happy and completely blessed and refreshed by all of you! (The word, [1,G3874, from G3870, from G3844 and G2564 ] parakaleo, comes from(G3844) para, a preposition indicating close proximity, with a strong suggestion of union, originating from, and (G2564) kaleo, meaning to identify by name, to surname. Jesus introduces the Holy Spirit in the same capacity: (G3875) parakletos, meaning close companion, kinsman [John 14:16].) It is a wonderful thing to brag about one another and to know that we can never exaggerate the truth! Titus has confirmed our boasting about you! he is absolutely overwhelmed with deep affection for you and reminded of the way you have accurately heard and the warm hospitality that all of you have shown him. The please me so much! I am so proud of you!" (The Mirror)

Boy, was that a task that requires our sticking to it. Now the LORD willing we shall proceed on with more of our true identity. May the LORD bring you and yours to himself.
