The Truth that sets Humanity Free from the snare of Legalism as pushed by man's Religion and it's accompaning Religious forms, this being SIN.

This has been the interest since the last posting of March 2023. It dealing with the hidden things of scripture as part of those same scriptures. Many of which we have touched upon over the years since this blog came about in 2007. So is the heading an explanation of our topics to come next, "The Truth that sets Humanity Free from the snare of Legalism as pushed by man's Religion and it's accompanying Religious formODs, this being SIN." While rereading the Psalms this hit me like a ton of bricks, not all at once but over a short period of time. I guess it actually started in and with my early morning conversations with the LORD Jesus wherein He talks an I listen. This a practice that He established as He works within us to Perfect His Will within all those who are His, not my words but the scriptures. Where each day is a new beginning as we exercises His faith and faithfulness of inseparable love that restores of long time forgot identity of absolute total complete oneness, as in our abiding in Him and He abiding in us. This not a meth or old wise fable of old...but a new and living way of His resurrected life held deep within our being the place of our origin and true identity. Since the beginning we have covered such things as the Promises of GOD, the Secret things of GOD, the Mysteries of Christ, our Relationship in and with Them and so on. Looking forward to more and maybe in depth of the same kind of things as the LORD leads.

There is one thing that has stood out since the last post, it is this with each days teachings of myself by the LORD, there is an accompanying confirmation by two or more independent writers or postings on Facebook, that back up my thought of the day.

Day 2 of this refreshing, I want to take another look at the bases of our relationship with our Father and the LORD Jesus Christ. From a promise made some 430 years before Israel come into view. This found in Genesis 12:1-3, 4a; 28:13-14 (Jacob's dream) where we have this spoken to Abram, taken from the KJV:

Gen 12:1-3, 4  The LORD had said to Abram, 'Get out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you: for I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing: I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you:In you shall all families of the earth be blessed.' So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken to him.

Gen 28:13-14 And, behold, the LORD stood above, and said, 'I am the LORD God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon you lie, to you will I give it, and to your seed; And your seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in you and in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.'

Now from here we shall pick up the follow of this promise again in Galatians 3:16-19, 20-22 and then Romans 4 where Paul inserts the use of the Law of Moses as comparison, then maybe we'll look at Hebrews 4:

Gal 3:16-19 Now to Abraham and his seed was the promise made. GOD said not, to seeds, as of many; but as of one, and to your seed, which is Christ. This I say, that this covenant, that was confirmed before of GOD in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot dis-annul, it nor make the promise of no effect. For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but GOD gave it to Abraham by promise. Wherefore then serves the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to Whom the promise was made; As it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Gal 3:20-22  Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but GOD is one. Is the Law then against the promises of GOD? GOD forbid: for if there had been a Law given which could have given life, truly righteousness should have been by this Law. For the scripture have concluded all under sin, that the promise is by the faith of Jesus Christ, that it might be given to them that believe.

This is then the premise of our reviewing of who we are in Christ Jesus our kinsmen redeemer as the promised seed of His faithfulness resident within us. (Romans 8:8-10) Notice that I said "kinsmen redeemer," for such is Jesus as LORD of all His works.

Heb 4:1-3  Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into His rest, if any of you should seem to come short of it. For to us was the gospel preached, as well as to them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. For we which have believed do enter into His rest, as He said, 'As I have sworn in My wrath (a violent passion of greatest of desires, justifiable, a reaching out after), if they shall enter into My rest: although the works were finished from before the foundation of the world.' Now this area is just loaded with all kinds of inspiration by the Spirit of Truth. This spiritual rest is a promise of GOD'S doing not mans. Those who believe as did Abram acquire this rest, a rest from guilt and condemnation of sin conscience. In addition those who base their trust in Jesus' faith and Father's faithfulness as did Jesus embrace more of the promises of GOD and can enjoy rest from carnal striving and worldly indulgences.
