Thessalonians part 19

Returning to Immanuel (to “hide” is the root of this particular title, to be equal with or more correctly to be in equality with, as in to over shadow and then again more correctly the Almighty, as in being rolled together with) is GOD with us, and Matthew 27:51a, we have the following statement, “Behold the veil of the Temple was rent in twain from top to the bottom,” this veil of the Temple was restored by the Priesthood enabling them to hind and then deny the fact of its being torn by the hand of God from the top down ward. Through the action of God, God revealed His disqualification and dissatifaction with Israel's Priesthood bound up by its many traditions and its assumed status quoe...which to this every day it has saught to maintain before man. In so doing it has created more anti-Christ's and false prophets upon which much of mans religions are all based and even draw strength form. And I might add it has caused Israel though scattered abroad into the nations where it should have died out, like all others. But has maintained by its own resilience hung onto the old forms and false standards in their traditions, rites, rituals, ceremonies, customs, holidays and yes even their heavy burden of Law, a yoke that Jesus broke in death.

This is first revealed when Jesus confronts death of a close friend named Lazarus [meaning God helps] as recorded in John's synoptic gospel chapter 11:1-44, 45-46, I wont to pick up the flow at verses 24-27 first and then move on to verses 38-44, it is verse 44 that I wont to say more on. Verses 24-27, “Martha said to Jesus, I know that he [Lazarus] shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. To this Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes Me, though he were dead [mans spiritual condition], yet shall he live [mans spiritual condition after Jesus' retrun to His place at the Fathers righthand and from which He returns as the Holy Spirit while also being at His place of Power and all Authority]: And whoever lives and believes Me shall never die. Believe you this? She said to Him, Yes, Lord: I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.” From here now look at verses 38-44, 45, “Jesus therefore again groaning (sternly charging death to depart) in Himself coming to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. Jesus said, Take away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, said to Him, Lord, by this time he stinks: for he has been dead four days. Jesus asked her, Said I not to you, that, if you would believe, you should see the glory of God? Then they took away the stone from where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank You that You have heard (answered, understood) Me. And I knew that You hear Me always: it is because of the people which stand by I said, that they may believe that You have sent Me. And when He thus had spoken, He cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes (symbolizing mans religion and mans deadness in being separated from God by these rags, which also Isaiah spoke of in 64:6): and his face was bound (symbolizing the veil that covers mans true reasoning ability and the hinderance of mans own religious forms) about with a napkin. Jesus said, Loose him, and let him go. (this I contend is the true meaning of 2Corinthians 6:11-7:4, as the “coming out from among them” is a two edged sword in meaning and purpose, one the world and the other the religion of man also of the world which hinders and will destroy because of mans traditions, look to Matthew 15:2-3, 6 this is married up with Mark 7:3-13.)

Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, had seen these things which Jesus did, believed Him.”

Looking more closely at Matthew 15:2-3 and 6 and then Mark 7:1-13 to gleen from them their revelation. Matthew 15:1-11 (with emphasis on 2-3, 6): “Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. To which Jesus answered them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honor your father and mother: and, he that curses father or mother, let him die the death (eternal separation from God). But you say, Whoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatever you might be profited by me; they honor not his father or his mother, neither shall he be free. Thus have you made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. You hypocrites (fasle prophets, false christs who feign what they are not, one who has the form of godliness without the power, or who assumes an appearance of piety and virtue, when he is destitute of true righteousness.), well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draws nigh to me with their mouth, and honors me with their lips; but their heart is far from me (Isaiah is speaking from God's perspective as reflected in the “me” of this passage). But in vain (empty is their) they do worship Me, teaching doctrines the commandments of men. He called the multitude, and said, Hear, and understand: It is not that which goes into the mouth that defiles man; but that which comes out of the mouth, this defiles the man.”
