Thessalonians part 4

1Thessalonians 4:1-8, 9-12, 13-18 “Furthermore then we beseech you, and exhort you by (through/in) the Lord Jesus, that as you have received of us how you ought to walk and to please God, so you would abound more and more. For you know what commandments we gave you by (through/in) the Lord Jesus. For this is the Will of God, your sanctification, that you should abstain from (all forms of spiritual idolatry which is spiritual) fornication: That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification [having passed through deaths door and gate in the LORD'S resurrection within your soul] and [restored to] honor; Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God: That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified. For God has not called us to uncleanness, but to Holiness. He therefore that despises, despises not man, but God, Who has also given to us His Holy Spirit.

But as touching brotherly love you need not that I write to you: for you yourselves are taught of God to love one another (this statement is in total agreement with Jeremiah 31:34-36). And indeed you do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, that you increase more and more; And that you study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That you may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that you may have lack of nothing.

I would not have you to be ignorant, concerning them which are asleep [this touches on 1Corinthians 15], that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him [touching on 2Corinthians 5:14-15 and John 10:14-16, 27-28 and John 17]. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain to the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (raise before) them which are asleep [gone on before us]. For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead In Christ (this is a very misunderstood term because of its intended restrutive nature, no one wants to be left behind but many billions will because they do not understand such passages as found in 1John 1 and others) shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord [the Lord should be in caps, LORD, because we have passed from death onto Life and are now counted as being part of Christ's being, being in Him]. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”

What many try to do is believe strong enough, as if through doing so they could force their way into the kingdom. As if they could work hard enough to acquire entry. This is the fallacy of the worlds religion and church of deception, which places more trust on mans flesh than in GOD's word and the power of Truth or the sword of rhema in the revelation of Christ. This voice is activated when we have acquired His Faith as a spiritual force and not before.
