Thessalonians part 26

Looking at 1Timothy 3:9 and 16 which state the following: 1Timothy 3:9, 16 “Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.....without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached to the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”

Herein we have spoken the mystery of faith, look at Romans 16:24-27 where we find this: “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be within you all. Says the Amen.

Now to Him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation (spiritual understanding) of the mystery (secret things of God, spoken of in Deuteronomy 29:29), which was kept secret since the world began, but now is made manifest (known, revealed), and by (through, as being hidden within) the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations (Gentiles who exercise free will choice) for the obedience of faith: To the only wise God, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. The Amen.”

Those who acquire a pure conscience have revealed these secret things and it is these who become God's Ambassadors, as stewards of these secrets. As such they are then to share by means of revealing them as Paul has done, this he also calls a tradition as being the standard of proper use. This is not the traditions of men in religion, as it “Lets.” This is that which restrains and hinders from mans being able to receive the understanding, designed to end or terminate the meaning of, hitherto, as a work of Satan.” (Romans 1:11-15, emphasis on verse 13 as the other side of the coin of hitherto)

Looking at Isaiah 43:10-15 first and then Romans 1:11-15, in Isaiah 43:10-15 with emphasis on verse 13, we find this stated: “You are My witnesses, says the LORD, and My servant whom I have chosen: that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He (look to Exodus 3:14-15) before Me there is no God formed, neither shall there be after Me. I, I am the LORD; and beside Me there is no savior. I have declared, and have saved, and I have shown, when there was no strange god among you: therefore you are My witnesses, says the LORD, that I am God. Yes, before the day was I am He; There is none that can deliver out of My hand: I will work, and who shall let it? Thus states the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of My Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships (this word has two meaning one of good fruit and the other of bad fruit leaning toward destruction, having no truth). I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.”

Looking at Romans 1:11-19, with emphasis on verse 13: 11-15, 16-17, 18-19; “I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, to the end you may be established; That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me. Now I would not have you ignorant, that oftentimes I purposed to come to you, (but was let (to retard progression) hitherto (for a season or set time in duration, not to end all together), that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles. I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise. So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has shown (revealed)itto them.”

I am imprassed to say something more on “but was let hitherto.” God is not a respector of person, because those who are not His are not. In other words He does not know them and those who become His are scealed by Him as being His own again. This scealing takes place within mans soul, or heart as being the inward parts of man. Making the inward parts His home or temple, which is not seen or known by the outward observation of man. Just as the outward observation of all that was Israel's Temple could be observed, in all of the items used in worship and the hidden inward holiest place were but a stark reality of what was to change. The “but was let” is the Temple of Israel which retards Israel's progession forward to faith through the resurrected LORD and the “hitherto” is the blindness of Romans 11:25 which states this in verses 25-32, “I would not, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness (spiritually speaking) in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in (this the time limtiation pointing towards an expected end in duration, this duration no man knows as it remains hidden in God, Isaiah 59:20 and Matthew 24:36). And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this My covenant to them, when I shall take away their sins. As concerning the (this) gospel, (they are) enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, (they are) beloved for the fathers' (Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and even king David's because he is the repentant king) sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance (the father's are the gifts given Israel through whom the promise of mans redemption was to come about as promised man in Genesis 3:15, this then brings all for whom the LORD died for to His Salvation, John 10:14-28, and 2Corinthians 5:14-15). For as in times past you have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. For God has concluded them all in unbelief, that He might have mercy upon all.” (look at Ezekiel 18:30-31, Acts 2:36-39, 3:19, 26, 26:20, Hebrews 12:14) There is coming a day when God will seal from each tribe, an elect few in number for the work of spreading His Gospel, this is revealed in Revelation 7. This sealing will happen at the moment the Body, Church and Family of the LORD is removed, as it triggers the beginning the times of great wrath. The appointed end of “hitherto,” when the blindness of all man is removed causing mass hysteria in those left behind. This also means that those sealed will bring about the greatest spiritual revival known to man during this great tribulation period.
