Continuing with Our Eternal link to GOD in Christ as exposed by Him, the I AM. Part 5i.9.1d

No matter how hard I try to bring to an end it just happens again that GOD in Christ and Christ within me with the Holy Spirit of Grace and Truth and faith moves me further on. In our last visit at the end of our searching and seeking of the things of GOD in Christ Jesus I left two passages unanswered they are 1Peter 1:3 and John 11:25-26. So now for a look into them and possibly one more of Colossians 2:12-13.

Now for 1Peter 1 beginning with verse 1 through 9 with an interest on verse 3 primarily again drawing from the KJV: "Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout (Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,) the World; The Elect according to the foreknowledge of GOD the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and by the sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace in you, and peace, be multiplied.

Blessed be the GOD and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fades not away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of GOD through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein we greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, we are in heaviness through manifold temptations: that the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found in praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, we love; In Whom, though now we see Him not, yet believing, we rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls."

Now for John 11 beginning at verse 17 through 27 with our interest directed to verses 25 and 26 and again using the KJV: "When Jesus came, He found that he (Lazarus) had lain in the grave four days already. Now Bethany was near to Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off: and many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother. Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met Him: but Mary sat still in the house. Then said Martha to Jesus, "Lord, if You had of been here, my brother had not died. But I know, that even now, whatsoever You will ask of GOD, GOD will give it to You." Jesus said to her, 'Thy brother shall rise again.' To this Martha said, "I, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day." Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever lives and believes Me shall never die. Believe you this?' She answered with, "Yes, Lord: I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of GOD, which should come into the world."

Now for Colossians 2 verses 8 through 15, but I will begin at verses 6 and 7, but having our interests in verses 12 and 13, here again using the KJV: "As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the LORD, so walk in Him: being Rooted and built up in Him, and established in His faith and obedience, as we have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world's religion's, and not after Christ. For in Him dwelt all the fullness of the Godhead (the Genesis 1 of and verses 26-28, Elohiym's image and likeness in our shared) bodily. And we are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power: In Whom also we are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ (this the action of the Cross and the ascension into the pit of despair where brimstone (sulfur) burns continuously with the resurrection): having been Buried within Him in baptism (the figure of the Cross herein revealed), wherein also we are risen within Him through the faith, this the operation of GOD, Who has raised Him (our shared humanity as a form of Genesis 2:7) from the dead. And you, being dead in your sins (unbelief and lack of knowledge of Him) and the uncircumcised of your flesh, has He quickened (made alive by the circumcision of the hearts flesh) together within Him, having forgiven you all (the power of His mercy) trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, by way of the nailing it to His cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers (this the victory of the pit), He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." (Matthew 27:51-54)

Now granted I did edited the KJV to put into the 'it finished' statement of the Cross' view point, to get the overall narrative corrected. As lead by the Holy Spirit within me, Whom I trust explicitly. Now the circumcision of the heart brought into effect the required purity of heart which the Law of Moses could not bring about.

One more thing just became apparent, where Paul is speaking, it in the following again in the KJV of: 1Timothy 4:11-16 "These things command and teach. Let no man despise your youth; But be an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in you, which was given by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. Meditate upon these things; Give thyself wholly to them; That thy profiting may appear to all. Take heed to thyself, and to the doctrine; Continue in them: for in doing this you shall both save thyself, and them that hear you."
