Our Divine Spiritual Richness

Can two walk as one when not in agreement? The answer is a resounding no, they can not. They will be in opposition with each other in actions and ideas as each has their own opinion on how and what to do or say. So again can two walk together as one? Only when in agreement comes back as our answer. That is why Christ is our only source when we are One being with Him, as He is our Mediator between man and the Eternal Deity Spirit of Truth Light Life and Love, Who we know as Father and GOD. Now for Pastor Hoekstra and his teaching on Grace and how we acquire true faith. And then I will make use of the ESV translation with all being done under the LORD-Christ the Holy One within me, as I look into Christ our Mediator between GOD and man. Remember what started this rant, it was the fact that a young wife mother and friend stated that her Christ was not my Christ and that this thought caused me great anguish and concern. As there is only one life giving word of GOD that I am aware of and He is LORD and Christ, Who is to reside within us as the True Word of GOD. In other words HE is GOD resurrected within those who become willing to receive Him and walk together as One being, again.

"Once More on the Source of Faith"

"Then He who sat on the throne said . . . "Write, for these words are true and faithful" . . . Then he said to me, "These words are faithful and true" . . . So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Revelation 21:5; 22:6 and Romans 10:17)

"Jesus is the faithful and true witness, Who Gives us the reliable infallible Truth, that we must have in order to find life and live life as GOD intends. "Jesus Christ, the faithful witness . . . the Faithful and True Witness . . . And He . . . was called Faithful and True" (Revelation 1:5; 3:14; and 19:11). As we see His faithful and true character, faith toward Him develops in our lives. His word coupled with the Holy Spirit is the vital part of this process, since it has the same character that He has (faithful and true). "Write, for these words are true and faithful . . . These words are faithful and true." His character is the Word! The right and living Word.

When people humbly receive the word of GOD, the scriptures changes their lives. This is how we started out with GOD: "Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of GOD which lives and abides forever, because 'All flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls away, but the word of the LORD endures forever.' Now this is the word which by this gospel was preached to you" (1Peter 1:23-25). We were born again into the family [kingdom] of GOD when the incorruptible, living, eternal word of GOD was planted like a seed in our hearts. This occurred by our hearing of the gospel. We believed the good news of Jesus Christ, and this gospel seed germinated within us unto life eternal. The mighty tree of Jesus' parable.

After being born again by grace through faith in Christ, GOD's plan was that we continue to respond to His word (like those in Thessalonica did). "For this reason we also thank GOD without ceasing, because when you received the word of GOD which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in Truth, the Word of GOD, which also effectively works in you who believe" (1Thessalonians 2:13). These saints welcomed the scriptures into their lives. They knew that it was not a mere human message. They knew it was from the LORD. They were eager to hear it and to rely upon its life-nurturing message. Therefore, it effectively worked in their hearts, as they believed in the truths they were hearing. "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of GOD." Initially and continually, faith comes by hearing the faithful and true words of GOD, and that faith accesses Grace and operates in Love." Faith and Love being the operative law of His kingdom which are the Truth.

Became Mediator, Advocate between GOD and man,

1Timothy 2:1-7 "First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of GOD our Savior, Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the Truth. For there is One GOD, and there is one Mediator between GOD and men, the man Christ Jesus, Who gave Himself as a [our] ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time. For this I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I am telling the truth, I am not lying), a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth."

Hebrews 8:1-12, 13 "The point in what we are saying is this: we have such a high priest, one who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven, a minister in the Holy places, in the true tent that the LORD set up, not man. For every high priest is appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices; thus it was necessary for this priest also to have something to offer. Now if he were on earth, he would not be a priest at all, since there are priests who offer gifts according to the Law. They served as a copy and shadow of the heavenly things. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by GOD, saying, "See that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown you on the mountain." (Exodus 25:40) But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry that is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant HE mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion to look for a second. For HE finds fault with them when HE says: "Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, (Jeremiah 31:31) not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt (Exodus 19:5, 24:6-8 Deuteronomy 5:2-3). For they did not continue in My covenant, and so I showed no concern for them, declares the LORD. (Jeremiah 31:32) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel (Ish-ra-El) after those days, declares the LORD (Jeremiah 31:34; Romans 11:27 ): I will put My laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts (1Corinthians 3:3), and I will be their GOD, and they shall be My people. And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord (Jeremiah 31:34),' for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Isaiah 54:1; John 6:45, 1John 2:27) For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more." (Isaiah 43:25, Jeremiah 31:34, 50:20, Micah 7:18-19)
In speaking of a new covenant, HE makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away."

Hebrews 9:15-22 "Therefore He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance [all of mankind], since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant (the Hebrew children). For where a will is involved, the death of the one who made it must be established. For a will takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive. Therefore not even the first covenant was inaugurated without blood. [the symbol of the true untainted blood that was required] For when every commandment of the Law had been declared by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of calves and goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, saying, "This is the blood of the covenant that God commanded for you." (Exodus 24:8; Matthew 26:28) And in the same way he sprinkled with the blood both the tent and all the vessels used in worship. Indeed, under the Law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. [though it could not cleans mans conscious of guilt and shame]

Hebrews 9:23-28 "Thus it was necessary for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these rites, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices [of spirit and truth in worship and praise and the true redeeming blood] than these. For Christ has entered, not into holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true things, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of GOD on our behalf. Nor was it to offer Himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the holy places every year with blood not his own, for then HE would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, He has appeared once for all at the end of the Ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment, so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for Him."

Hebrews 12:18-24 "For you have not come to what may be touched, a blazing fire and darkness and gloom and a tempest and the sound of a trumpet and a voice whose words made the hearers beg that no further messages be spoken to them. For they could not endure the order that was given, "If even a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned." (Exodus 19:12f) Indeed, so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, "I tremble with fear." (Deuteronomy 9:19) But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living GOD, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable angels in festal gathering, and to the assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to GOD, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel."

1John 2:1-2 "My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world."
