The Secret and Mysteries of GOD revisited, part 14.3 divine inspiration cont'ued 5 Saving Faith

Still in verse 11 of Ephesians 1:3-14 where we find we have this, "In Him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him Who works all things according to the counsel of His will." where our next topic is hidden but still actively at work within us. This being "Saving Faith," I guess of all topics the understanding of Faith is among the most discussed among denominations who are worlds apart from GOD and His faithfulness to His word of Promise. This being true I am looking into "Saving Faith" and other related subjects attached to it.

Saving Faith,

The Faith of Christ, that secures our Salvation,

John 3:15 of 9-15, 36 of 31-36 "Nicodemus said to Jesus, "How can these things be?" To this Jesus answered him, 'Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things? Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you do not receive our testimony. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended into heaven except He Who descended from heaven, the Son of Man. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes Him may have eternal life......He Who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all. It is He Who bears witness to what He has seen and heard, yet no one receives His testimony. Whoever receives His testimony sets his seal to this, that GOD is true. For He Whom God has sent utters the words of GOD (Deuteronomy 18:18-20), for HE gives His Spirit without measure. The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. Whoever believes the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, for the wrath of GOD remains in him.'"

John 5:24 of 19-23, 24-29, 30; 6:40 of 35-40 "So Jesus said to them, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of His own accord, but only what He sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise. For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all that HE Himself is doing. And greater works than these will HE show Him, so that you may marvel. For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom He will. The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father Who sent Him.
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears My word and believes Him Who sent Me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live (this is seen in Matthew 27:51-54 and later in Paul's mysteries). For as the Father has Life in Himself, so HE has granted the Son also to have this Life in Himself. And HE has given Him (His) authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man. Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear His voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment.
I can do nothing on My own. As I hear, I judge, and My judgment is just, because I seek not My own will but the will of His Who sent Me.'"

John 6:40 of 35-40 "Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life; whoever comes to Me shall not hunger, and whoever believes Me shall never thirst. For I said to you that you having seen Me and yet you do not believe. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and whoever comes to Me I will never cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will but the will of Him Who sent (has given) Me. And this is the will (plan and purpose) of Him Who sent Me, that I should lose nothing of all that HE has given (in the eons prior to creations world foundations) Me, but raise [it] them up on the last day. For this is the will (plan and purpose) of My Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes Him should have His Eternal Life, and I will raise him up on the last day.'"

John 12:46 of 44-50 "Jesus cried out and said, 'Whoever believes Me, believes not in Me but Him Who sent Me. And whoever sees Me sees Him Who sent Me. (this is my witness of the fall of 1971 in the dead of night, when the LORD appeared before me) I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes Me may not remain in darkness. If anyone hears My words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. The one who rejects Me and does not receive My words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day. For I have not spoken on My own authority, but the Father Who sent Me has Himself given Me a commandment—what to say and what to speak. And I know that His commandment is eternal life. What I say, therefore, I say as the Father has told Me.'"

Why the synoptic gospel of John was written,
John 20:31 of 30-31 with Acts 8:37; 10:43; 13:39; 16:31 and Romans 9:33 "Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name (Christ)."

Acts 8:37 of 25, 26-40; 10:43; 13:39; 16:31 and Romans 9:33 "Now when they had testified and spoken the words of the LORD, they returned to Jerusalem, preaching the gospel to many villages of the Samaritans.
Now an angel of the LORD said to Philip, "Rise and go toward the south to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." This is a desert place. And he rose and went. And there was an Ethiopian, a eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure. He had come to Jerusalem to worship and was returning, seated in his chariot, and he was reading the prophet Isaiah. And the Spirit said to Philip, "Go over and join this chariot." So Philip ran to him and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet and asked, "Do you understand what you are reading?" And he said, "How can I, unless someone guides me?" And he invited Philip to come up and sit with him. Now the passage of the Scripture that he was reading was this:(of Isaiah 53:7-8) "Like a sheep he was led to the slaughter and like a lamb before its shearer is silent, so he opens not his mouth. In his humiliation justice was denied him. Who can describe his generation? For his life is taken away from the earth." And the eunuch said to Philip, "About whom, I ask you, does the prophet say this, about himself or about someone else?" Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning with this Scripture he told him the good news about Jesus. And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, "See, here is water! What prevents me from being baptized? Philip, saying further, "If you believe with all your heart, you may say, "I believe that Jesus is the Christ of GOD and Son of GOD." [some translations leave this verse out] And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him. And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the LORD carried Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more, and went on his way rejoicing. But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he preached the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea."

Acts 10:43 of 34-43; 13:39; 16:31 and Romans 9:33 "So Peter opened his mouth and said: "Truly I understand that GOD shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears Him and does what is right is acceptable to Him. As for the word that HE sent to Israel, preaching good news of peace through Jesus Christ (He is LORD of all), you yourselves know what happened throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John proclaimed: how GOD anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with Christ of His power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for GOD was within Him. And we are witnesses of all that He did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They put Him to death by hanging Him on a tree, but GOD raised Him on the third day and made Him to appear (in Matthew 27:51-54 and then later by Paul's teachings), not to all the people but to us who had been chosen by GOD as witnesses, who ate and drank with Him after He rose from the dead. And He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that He is the one appointed by GOD (in Deuteronomy 18:18-20 of 15-22) to be judge of the living and the dead (by John's synoptic gospel in 5:22, 27; Acts 17:31). To Him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes Him receives forgiveness of sins through His name."

Acts 13:39 of 26-41; 16:31 and Romans 9:33 "Brothers, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to us has been sent the message of this His salvation. For those who live in Jerusalem and their rulers, because they did not recognize Him nor understand the utterances of the prophets, which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled them by condemning Him. And though they found in Him no guilt worthy of death, they asked Pilate to have Him executed. And when they had carried out all that was written of Him, they took Him down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb. But GOD raised Him from the dead, and for many days He appeared to those who had come up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are now His witnesses to the people. And we bring you the good news that what GOD promised to the fathers, this HE has fulfilled in us their children by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second Psalm, "'You are My Son, today I have begotten you.'" And as for the fact that HE raised Him from the dead, no more to return to corruption, HE has spoken in this way (by Isaiah in 55:3), "'I will give you the holy and sure blessings of David.'" Therefore HE says also in another Psalm (in 16:10), "'You will not let Your Holy One see corruption.'" For David, after he had served the purpose of GOD in his own generation, fell asleep and was laid with his fathers and saw corruption, but He Whom GOD raised up did not see corruption. Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and by Him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the Law of Moses. Beware, therefore, lest what is said in the Prophets should come about (by Habakkuk in 1:5):"'Look, you scoffers, be astounded and perish; for I am doing a work in your days, a work that you will not believe, even if one tells it to you.'"

Acts 16:31 of 25-34 and Romans 9:33 "About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them, and suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone's bonds were unfastened. When the jailer woke and saw that the prison doors were open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped. But Paul cried with a loud voice, "Do not harm yourself, for we are all here." And the jailer called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he fell down before Paul and Silas. Then he brought them out and said, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" And they said, "Believe into the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household." And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he was baptized at once, he and all his family. Then he brought them up into his house and set food before them. And he rejoiced along with his entire household that he had believed in God."

Romans 9:33 of 30-33 "What shall we say, then? That Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness have attained it, that is, a righteousness that is by faith; but that Israel (Isaiah 51:1) who pursued a law that would lead to righteousness did not succeed in reaching that law. Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as if it were based on works. They have stumbled (Isaiah 8:14) over the stumbling stone, as it is written (by Isaiah in 28:16 and *8:14), "Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone of stumbling*, and a rock of offense; and whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame."

Romans 10:9 of 5-13 with 2Timothy 3:15 and 1John 8:1 "For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the Law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them. But the righteousness based on faith says (Deuteronomy 30:12), "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?'" (that is, to bring Christ down) or 'Who will descend into the abyss?'" (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). But what does it say? (in Deuteronomy 30:14) "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is LORD and believe in your heart that GOD raised Him from the dead, you will be saved [to be keep safe and sound]. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says (by Isaiah in 28:16), "Everyone who believes in Him will not be put to shame." For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same LORD is Lord of all, bestowing His riches on all who call on Him. For "everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved (by Joel in 2:32)."

2Timothy 3:15 of 10-17 and 1John 5:1 "You, however, have followed my teaching, my conduct, my aim in life, my faith, my patience, my love, my steadfastness, my persecutions and sufferings that happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, and at Lystra—which persecutions I endured; yet from them all the LORD rescued me. Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life by Christ in Jesus will be persecuted, while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from Whom you learned it (the Spirit of Christ in you) and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by GOD and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of GOD may be complete, equipped for every good work."

1John 5:1 of 1-4 "Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of GOD, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of Him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey His (new testament, new covenant) commandments. For this is the love of GOD, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For everyone who has been born of GOD overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith."
