Divine Spiritual Richness (Individual call to Consecration)

In keeping with Amos 3:3 which states this in the ESV translation:
"Do two walk together, unless they have agreed to meet?" I am today under the led of the LORD looking at a man that the Bible says walked with GOD. Now it is also said in many places that there were people of "righteousness" which means the same thing. And when it states it in either of these ways means that they were two in agreement and the one of the earth spoke things of GOD much like Israel's King David did, in the Psalms. I am using David because every one knows about Moses and Jesus as GOD's called out Prophets, as well as those who have books bearing their names in our Bible literature. Now for Pastor Hoekstra and his teaching on Grace and then to Enoch. Isaiah reveals the fact or truth hidden within scripture that GOD's presence was with man in chapter 57. As HE from the vary beginning was with man and how it was that HE became One with them as HE does with us. This blog has been unmasking the secret things of GOD as did Paul and this was told to the Disciples by the Lord Jesus, that they were to know the mysteries of GOD. Making it for our own learning of Him.

"God Dwelling with the Humble and Contrite"

"For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: "I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart (authority inside, where understanding and wisdom dwells) of the contrite ones." (Isaiah 57:15)

"GOD delights in pouring out His Grace into humble hearts. "GOD . . . gives Grace to the humble" (James 4:6). What a remarkable arrangement this involves. The GOD Who dwells on high in heaven above wants to also dwell with the humble here on earth below.

Our great GOD, the true and living GOD, is high and lofty. "For thus says the High and Lofty One." HE is exalted. "For You, LORD, are most high above all the earth; You are exalted far above all gods" (Psalm 97:9). HE rules far above, and completely over, every valid authority and every false god. Also, eternity is His rightful habitation: "Who inhabits eternity." Furthermore, holiness is His essential character: "whose name is Holy." Among all professed powers or spiritual usurpers, none is like our Holy LORD. "Who is like You, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?" (Exodus 15:11).

In light of His holy and eternal character, it follows that HE would make this proclamation: "I dwell in the high and holy place." Beyond the atmospheric heavens, beyond the stellar heavens, the LORD dwells in the heaven of heavens. In this spiritual dimension beyond time and space, the fullness of the LORD's presence is known. Yet, HE is even greater than this "third heaven" itself. "Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool . . . Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You" (Isaiah 66:1 and 1Kings 8:27).

The LORD is high, lofty, holy, and eternal. These Truths impact us with awe and reverence. Yet, there is a corollary truth that brings us encouragement and hope (even though it seems almost contradictory). "I dwell in the high and holy place, and with him who has a contrite and humble spirit." GOD essentially dwells on high, but HE also desires to dwell within man here below. Who is the person that experiences the LORD dwelling with them? Such communion with GOD is for the contrite and humble. The LORD wants to make Himself known in repentant and meek hearts in order to bring them spiritual revitalization: "to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones." We are to have His Eternal "light, love and life" in the very core of our own being.

Enoch walked with GOD,
Genesis 5:18 "When Jared had lived 162 years he fathered Enoch."

Genesis 5:21-24 "When Enoch had lived 65 years, he fathered Methuselah. Enoch walked with GOD after he fathered Methuselah 300 years and had other sons and daughters. Thus all the days of Enoch were 365 years. Enoch walked with GOD, and he was not, for God took him."

Hebrews 11:3-5, 6 "By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of GOD, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible. By faith Abel offered to GOD a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, GOD commending him by accepting his gifts. And through his faith, though he died, he still speaks. By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because GOD had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God."

Jude 14-16 "It was also about these that Enoch, the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, "Behold, the LORD comes with ten thousands of His holy ones, to execute judgment on all and to convict all the ungodly of all their deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against Him." These are grumblers, malcontents, following their own sinful desires; they are loud-mouthed boasters, showing favoritism to gain advantage."

Men who walked with GOD,

Genesis 5:24 "Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him."

Hebrews 11:5-6 "By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because GOD had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased GOD. For without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to GOD must believe that HE exists and that HE rewards those who seek Him."

Jude 14-16, 17-18 "It was also about these that Enoch, the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his holy ones, to execute judgment on all and to convict all the ungodly of all their deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him." These are grumblers, malcontents, following their own sinful desires; they are loud-mouthed boasters, showing favoritism to gain advantage.

But you must remember, beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. They said to you, "In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions."
