The saga of "The Secret of GOD", as revealed in 1Peter 1:10; with a renewed mind and our victory as foretold.

Peter is speaking on the theme of the Prophetic era of thought which spoke of humanity's salvation in language that they did not know or understand totally at that time. But we of this age of grace both know and understand by divine inspiration, by the Spirit of Christ within us, redemption's given newness of life. This speaks of humanity's salvation not religions false delay or future offness, as a lie of some day kind of thing.


1Peter 1:10-12 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into." (KJV)

1Peter 1:10-12 "Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and inquired carefully, inquiring what person or time the Spirit of Christ in them was indicating when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the subsequent glories. It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels long to look." 1Peter 1:10-12 "This salvation which we now know as our own, was theme of the prophetic thought; this is what intrigued the Prophets' minds for generations and became the object of their most diligent inquiry and scrutiny. They knew all along that humanity's salvation was by grace revelation, sustained in their prophetic utterance! (Salvation would never be by personal achievement or as a reward to willpower-driven initiative! The Law of required works to show ones obedience would never replace the grace spoken of in shadow language.) In all of their conversation there was a constant quest to determine who the Messiah would be, and exactly when this would happen. They knew with certainty that it was the Spirit as Christ within even them that pointed prophetically and gave testimony to the sufferings of the Christ and the subsequent glory. (Whatever glory was last by Adam, would be redeemed again through Jesus Christ, Emmanuel!) It was revealed to them that this glorious grace message that they were communicating pointed to a specific day and person beyond their own horizon and generation; they saw us in their prophetic view finder! This [1]heavenly announcement had us in mind all along! They proclaimed glad tidings to our advantage, by the Holy Spirit, commissioned from heaven; the Shepherd-Messenger themselves longed to gaze deeply into his complete fulfillment. (Peter uses the word, [1, G312 from G303 and the base of G32 aggelos, messenger] anaggello, where the preposition, (G303 ) ana, points upwards to the source of the announcement.) Did we catch that Peter tells us from whom and by whom the inspiration comes. Now our question is, "'are we ready to learn by him?'" (Matthew 11:29 of 28-30)
