"The Secret of GOD", as revealed by John in the Revelation of Christ in 2:1, with a renewed mind and our victory as foretold.

We just finished an over view of some key elements of the Revelation of Christ and how it was that so many world theologians missed the character of this stand alone book of a look at man's condition as an awakened enlightened humanity. Now for chapter 2's beginning which carries into chapter 3 and a new approach to the Ekklesia, that is not of the worlds systems of religion's and how they play in the deception that originated in the first lie, as seen in Genesis 3. As 'Christ sees them', with our version of between the chapters overview at the end of each.

Revelation 2:1, 2-6, 7 "'Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
"'I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;
To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.'" (KJV)

Revelation 2:1, 2-6, 7 "'To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: 'The words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks among the seven golden lampstands.
"'I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false. I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name's sake, and you have not grown weary. But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent. Yet this you have: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.'" (ESV)

Revelation 2:1, 2-6, 7 "'Write to the Shepherd-Messenger of the Ekklesia of Ephesus: The One who holds the seven stars in His right hand and who walks between the seven golden lamp-stands, would say this to you:
'I see how hard you work and all your exhausting efforts; Also your unyielding commitment to the task and how you cannot stand the wicked. You have made it your business to scrutinize some so-called Apostles and judge them to be false. You have applied great diligence and have relentlessly pushed yourself beyond limits-and all along you did it is My Name as if you were representing Me! Here is My problem, you divorced me and abandoned your first love! (A repeat of the garden of Eden! Where Adam and woman (not yet called Eve) preferred the fruit of the tree of their own toil and labor to become like GOD rather than to rest in the conviction of the likeness and union they already enjoyed by design.) Now, I implore you to call to mind that place where you have fallen from. Remember our intimate romance. The poetry of our union is the driving force of your life! It is so different from being guilty or of guilt. It is in your [1]entwining with My thoughts that you are most [2]strategic and effective. (The word often wrongly translated, repent as in the Latin penance, is the word [1, G3340 from G 3326 and G3539] metanoia - with thought. The idea of the [2]lamp-stand suggests a strategic location of influence. Look for the notes on Isaiah 40:31 in James 1:5) I must say to your credit that we both have a common disregard for those who want to abuse their position to [1]control people! (The business of the [1, G3531 is from G3532 and G3532 is from G3534 and G2009] nikolaitoon - is from (G3534) nikao, to conquer, and laos, people...ie, bully people. Translated, Nicolaitans, who I hates.)
Now Listen up with your inner ears! Hear with understanding what the Spirit is saying to the Ekklesia! The [1]conquering one will feast with Me on the fruit of the tree of life from the paradise of GOD. (The word ekklesia is from ek, source and kaleo, to surname-thus those who discover their true identity in Me. The same word, [2, G3528] nikao, to conquer, translated overcome, as in the previous verse! This time it's not lording it over people to abuse them but discovering  the lordship of the Christ-life within us! This reminds us of Genesis 2 and 3's garden trees, the one one being of life, the other beging of the knowledge of good and evil-[poneros] tree. The poneros tree is the tree representing labors annoyances and hardships in human efforts to become by their own doing what they already are by design and by redemption! The word [3, G3857 paradeisos , Hebrew H6508] translated parapise is from para, closest possible union, and eido, to see, clearly; Thus to see from a place of our co-seatedness - This is the opposite of the word Hades - meaning not to see! Look for the note on John 3:12, Why the other tree.) (The Mirror, with editing.)

Until our next visit may the LORD reveal all things to you and yours.
