Thessalonians part 53

Next in line is the false balances as seen in Proverbs 11 it begins the contrast of both the upright and the wicked on through end of chapter 18 but I'll look at only verses 1 through 5 of chapter 11 which states this: “A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight. (look at Revelation 6:5. where it mentions a pair of balances, these could very well be one for a false religion and the other a false government of law) When pride comes, then comes shame: but with the lowly wisdom*. The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivers from death. The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.”

There is contained within our text a key which opens only to those who have willing taken the Name of Christ into themselves. These people are separated from the other wise religious world in the fact that they adhere to what Israel was told to do but did not and all religions of man have followed their led and suit. The bases for this is found in Deuteronomy 6: 4-6 where we have this statement, “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. These words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart.” With this statement look at what Paul has to say in Romans 12 verses 1 through 3, “I beseech you therefore, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, Will (the Will of GOD is His Word and law which are positioned in our heart and embossed on our minds) of God. For I say, through the Grace (Grace and Truth are both terms of the risen LORD within us, He having been restored to us within our hearts) given to me, *to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think (this is the lowly wisdom that comes down from above of our Psalm.); but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith (faith receives what Grace gives and freely supplies us in aboundance, the True Knowledge of Christ and GOD).”

Faith is not to be tied to any of mans many Religions or the traditions of man tied to them, bar none. Because Jesus excersised Faith when He trusted GOD to do all that was promised to the Son Who was to come as written in the Old Testament but there concealed for Him and those who would become His as promised in Gen. 3:15 and 12:3. Faith is NOT Religion because religion is the abomination of the wicked as stated in our Psalm. This is also scene (John's vision of the war between GOD and fallen corrupt man) in Revelation's form as a mystery and a great Harlot. *Godly wisdom is given through Grace to every man who has Faith restored within them.

Then we had the wicked or false tongue this is seen in Psalm 120 and verse 3 but hereagain I'll begin at verse 1 through the end of verse 4 to maintain the integrity of thought:In my distress I cried to the LORD, and He heard me. Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue. (the LORD'S response is) What shall be given to you? or what shall be done for you, you false tongue? Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.”

We can see how all of this binds and works together in the spiritual realm and will also go with our next topic, the false report.
