The LORD our Passover

Beginning the indexing for May 10th

Here we are looking at Paul's revelation of the LORD's Last Supper/Marriage Feast or Passover meal and the revelation of our unity In Him through our rightly dividing and understanding the significance of this meal. It is in this process that we become son's of God again as in the beginning, as revealed in Genesis 2:7 and 21-23. It is this that Peter and Paul make reference to as one "the day star arising within our heart," two as "the day of Christ" and our becoming a totally new person now acquiring His character restored within us again. This is Life Eternal for we now carry His yoke of unity with Him of Whom we have learned. This is the meaning of the LORD's High Priestly Prayer of John 17.

In my comments I stated this; Israel being a people, a nation through whom God would bring about the promise spoken in both Genesis 3:15 and 12:3c. As “the seed,” which is in all mankind and especially the seed of redemption which will bring about our Salvation through Christ Jesus as our LORD. As the LORD of our Passover which will bring man back to the estate of man as first found in Genesis 2:7 by the same action of verses 21 through 23 of Gen 2, in reverse. Where Jesus as Christ and LORD is the second Adam, of this same seed (1Cor. 15:22, 45). For this to happen we must accept the yoke of Him our Shepherd. (Mat. 11:29) Beginning with chapter 15 of John's synoptic gospel written many years after the LORD's return in the person of the Spirit of Holiness and Truth as seen in Acts 2:1-4, where the LORD is still speaking.

Looking at 1Corinthians 15:22, we find this beginning at verse 20; “But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death (separation from the Life and Light of God), by man came also the resurrection of the dead (the re-birthing of our soul or spirit, enabling or empowering us to become His sons again). For as in Adam all die, even so In Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at His coming (this is figurative of the day star, or day of Christ when His ontological essence takes His rightful place within our hearts as His home). Then comes the end, when He shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power (the treasonous, rebellious and unbelieving activities of mankind). For He must reign, till He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death (the eternal separation of natural and yes even the redeemed, but this is primarily applied to natural mankind remaining separated from God). For He has put all things under His feet (the earth is His footstool). But when He said, all things are put under Him, it is manifest that He is excepted, which did put all things under Him. And when all things shall be subdued to Him, then shall the Son also Himself be subject to Him that put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.”

Now look to verse 45 and I will begin at verse 42 and will carry it through verse 58 in this fashion, 42-49, 50-57, 58; “So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. (This is in agreement with the revelation of the parable of the fig-tree, natural is only good, spiritual man is possesses both goodness and truth.) And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual (Genesis 1:26-27 and 2:7, 21-23), but that which is natural (Genesis 3:1-15 wherein man becomes natural, and then 16-24 where we find mans covering for his new nature of separation from God); and afterward that which is spiritual (hidden in the old and brought to Light and Life within the context of the New beginning in Acts). The first man is (became) of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven (Spiritual, remained God ruled, the house of Isra-el). As is the earthy, such are they also that are (remain) earthy: and as is (become spiritual) the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly (Son's of God's rule, the true Isra-El of God). As we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

This I say, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (In each generation of man, there is a remnant of those who will become God's Sons. It is these Sons who hear His voice (likened as a trumpet blastas did Saul of Tarsus. Some may even have the same kind of visual manifestation of some sort which will bring them through the eye of the needle, in a figure of death from death to Life Eternal. Into which His character is poured onto the perfect man, as living water and the daily eating of His flesh or Life imparting Word.) For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the Law. But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain In the Lord.”
