The saga of "The Secret of GOD", part 11.3 the renewed mind.

Okay, we are again finding more out of the Jews desire to destroy their Messiah of promise, much like today's religions do with each "Sabbath" of their paganism inventions, disguised as being a "Christian" celebration, that was and is not of GOD's direction. For with each invention comes a furthering separation of the external kind in its consistency and practice of use. For Jesus Himself directed us only to remember Him, by the cup and the bread "as often as we partook of them," and these only! Now for the rest of John's chapter 11.

John 11:47-53 "Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, "What do we? for this man doeth many miracles. If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation." And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, "Ye know nothing at all, nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not." And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; and not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad. Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death." (KJV)

John 11:47-53 "So the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered the council and said, "What are we to do? For this man performs many signs. If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation." But one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, "You know nothing at all. Nor do you understand that it is better for you that one man should die for the people, not that the whole nation should perish." He did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, and not for the nation only, but also to gather into one the children of God who are scattered abroad. So from that day on they made plans to put him to death. " (ESV)

John 11:47-53 "The chief priests and Pharisees immediately called a council meeting. "What do we do now? For this man is doing many miracles. If we let him alone everyone will believe in him. Then the Romans will come and dispossess us from our land and our national heritage! (Feeling threatened rather than endorsed in their core identity - thus missing the entire point of their Messiah's mission and message!) And one of them, Caiaphas who was the High Priest at that time, said, "You don't know what you're talking about. If you merely reasoned about this you would have known that it is to our advantage that one should die instead of an entire nation." This he said without realizing that in the office of High Priest he was prophesying Jesus' sacrificial death as the scapegoat of the entire nation. And this was not for Israel only but in Jesus laying down his life as the true Shepherd of humanity, he would lead together into one family all the children of GOD from wherever they have been scattered. (into places and circumstances where they have lost their true identity. His death would bring closure to every lie that humanity believed about themselves, from Genesis 3 onward. Until the cross and the Lord's ascension.) Then from that day they took counsel together to put him to death."

John 11:54-57 "Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews; but went thence unto a country near to the wilderness, into a city called Ephraim, and there continued with his disciples. And the Jews' passover was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country up to Jerusalem before the passover, to purify themselves. Then sought they for Jesus, and spake among themselves, as they stood in the temple, "What think ye, that he will not come to the feast?" Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should shew it, that they might take him." (KJV)

John 11:54-57 "Jesus therefore no longer walked openly among the Jews, but went from there to the region near the wilderness, to a town called Ephraim, and there he stayed with the disciples. Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and many went up from the country to Jerusalem before the Passover to purify themselves. They were looking for Jesus and saying to one another as they stood in the temple, "What do you think? That he will not come to the feast at all?" Now the chief priests and the Pharisees had given orders that if anyone knew where he was, he should let them know, so that they might arrest him." (ESV)

John 11:54-57 "So Jesus no longer moved about publicly in Jewish circles. He withdrew into the hill country bordering the desert where he remained with his disciples in the village of Ephraim. (Near Bethel) The Jewish Passover was coming up and many people were making their way to Jerusalem to participate in the ceremonial purification before this celebration. Jesus was the topic of conversation among the people in the temple courts. Everyone was curious about his whereabouts and wondered whether he would show up during the Passover. The Chief priest and Pharisees [the Sanhedrin] decreed that anyone with information must disclose it so that they could arrest Jesus. (They were seeking Jesus six months before at the feast of tabernacles [John 7:11], but now they were ready to kill him.)" (The Mirror)

We have just looked into the conspiracy to destroy the Jewish Messiah in fulfillment of the Law and Prophets in hidden language in plain sight to all to understand but it remains even today as a mystery and secret of GOD. Primarily because of the blending of pagan practises, without GOD's direction or sanction. We will shortly find the drawing of men to Himself as a sign of His coming crucifixion, along with His being anointed by Mary in preparation of His soon coming death , in the first part of chapter 12.
